Shallow Fakes

One of the things I’ve noticed about the war in Ukraine has been the prevalence of fake photos and fake videos being used to advance the West’s propaganda. The images are generally from some previous conflict, and usually not taken in Ukraine.

New Zealand High Court: Vaccine Mandate Not "Demonstrably Justified", Breach Of Rights

New Zealand High Court: Vaccine Mandate Not "Demonstrably Justified", Breach Of Rights

Authored by Katabella Robert via The Epoch Times (emphasis ours),

The New Zealand High Court has upheld a challenge to a vaccine mandate for Police and Defence Force staff, stating that it was not a “demonstrably justified” breach of the Bill of Rights.

Justice Francis Cooke was asked by a group of Police and Defence Force personnel to judicially review the vaccine mandate enacted under the COVID-19 Public Health Response Act in December.

The mandate required all Defence Force personnel and all Police constables, recruits, and authorized officers to receive two doses of the vaccine by March 1.

But on Jan. 6, three unvaccinated staff who did not wish to receive the shots sought a judicial review of the mandate. They were supported by affidavits from 37 of their colleagues in the same position.

The group claims that two rights of the New Zealand Bill of Rights Act 1990 had been limited by the mandate: the right to refuse a medical treatment and the right to manifest religious beliefs.

Part of the group’s religious objections to the mandate were concerns over the fact that “the Pfizer vaccine had at some point been tested on cells that had been derived from a human foetus.”

According to UCLA Health, COVID-19 vaccines do not contain aborted fetal cells but Johnson & Johnson did use fetal cell lines when developing and producing their vaccine, and Pfizer and Moderna used them to test their vaccines to ensure they work.

The group claimed that “requiring vaccination by such a vaccine was in conflict with the religious beliefs of some of the affected persons.”

Cooke, in a judgment (pdf) released on Friday in New Zealand, did not accept some of the applicants’ arguments but agreed that the mandate “is not a reasonable limit on rights that can be demonstrably justified” and set the order aside.

I conclude that the Order does not involve a reasonable limit on the applicants’ rights that can be demonstrably justified in a free and democratic society and that it is unlawful,” Cooke said.

“The order limits the right to be free to refuse medical treatment recognised by the New Zealand Bill of Rights Act (including because of its limitation on people’s right to remain employed), and it limits the right to manifest religious beliefs for those who decline to be vaccinated because the vaccine has been tested on cells derived from a human foetus which is contrary to their religious beliefs,” Cooke said.

However, he pointed out the court’s decision did not affect any other vaccine mandates or any internal vaccination policies of the police or Defence Force.

“In essence, the order mandating vaccinations for police and NZDF staff was imposed to ensure the continuity of the public services, and to promote public confidence in those services, rather than to stop the spread of COVID-19. Indeed health advice provided to the government was that further mandates were not required to restrict the spread of COVID-19. I am not satisfied that continuity of these services is materially advanced by the order,” he said.

Cooke also concluded that the mandate affected only a small number of personnel: just 164 unvaccinated personnel in a police workforce of nearly 15,700. For the New Zealand Defence workforce, the mandate affected 115 of its 15,480 staff.

“Moreover there is no evidence that this number is any different from the number that would have remained unvaccinated and employed had the matter simply been dealt with by the pre-existing internal vaccine policies applied by police and NZDF. Neither is there any hard evidence that this number of personnel materially effects the continuity of NZDF and police services,” the judge wrote.

The judge also said it was apparent, based on evidence, that the Omicron variant of COVID-19 was highly transmissible and could affect a large number of New Zealanders including police or Defence temporarily but that the termination of jobs arising from the mandate was permanent.

“Vaccination has a significant beneficial effect in limiting serious illness, hospitalization, and death, including with the Omicron variant. But it was less effective in reducing infection and transmission of Omicron than had been the case with other variants of COVID-19,” the judge wrote.

However, Cooke stressed that his decision to set aside the order was not for “the purposes of limiting the spread of COVID-19” but for “the continuity of service of police and Defence.”

But the order made in the present case is nevertheless unlawful and is set aside,” he wrote.

The applicants were awarded costs.

Associate Professor Helen Petousis-Harris, a vaccinologist at the University of Auckland told Stuff NZ that she was disappointed with the decision and that it legally and morally undermines the mandates.

“It’s really disappointing. These are temporary mandates. They are for the benefit of our whole community. Communities have always depended on our people cooperating and working together – right through time since we camped outside the caves. It’s an essential component of a successful society,” Petousis-Harris said.

“This isn’t working together. Right in the middle of a pandemic, it’s not in the spirit of trying to keep us all safe.”

Spokespersons for both Police and NZDF told The New Zealand Herald that terminations of staff who do not get vaccinated will be suspended while the decision is considered by the government.

The Epoch Times has contacted New Zealand Police and NZDF for comment.

Is science dead?

Guest Post by Steve Kirsch

I think so. I asked to give a talk about COVID at MIT, but they couldn’t find a faculty member to sponsor it. Apparently they don’t allow viewpoints that challenge the mainstream narrative.

Twenty four years ago (in 1998), I donated $2.5M to MIT. They named the auditorium in the EECS building named in my honor: the Kirsch Auditorium, Room 32-123.

Kai von Fintel on Twitter: "The audience for Paul Kiparsky's keynote at #NELS50 is gathering." / Twitter

I’ve never asked to speak in the auditorium until now.

I wanted to give a talk at MIT about what the science is telling us about the COVID vaccines and mask wearing and how science is being censored.

I also wanted an opportunity to defend myself against unfair accusations made in MIT’s Tech Review accusing me of being a “misinformation superspreader.”

Am I a misinformation superspreader? Or is MIT one by publishing their article?

Read my rebuttal and decide for yourself who is telling the truth. There were 652 comments, nearly all of them suggesting I sue MIT for defamation.

They couldn’t find a member of the MIT faculty who was willing to sponsor me to give a talk that would examine the possibility that MIT made a serious mistake that jeopardizes the lives of students, staff, and faculty

MIT requires a faculty sponsor for all talks and they said they couldn’t find one willing to sponsor my talk.

Therefore, students will not have the opportunity to consider that there may be an alternate hypothesis that better fits the evidence on the table.

I had always believed that MIT was above politics, but it is clear I was mistaken in that belief.

Science is about objectively looking at the data and making hypotheses that fit the data

My claim is important and relevant to everyone at MIT. I claim that MIT made a serious mistake in mandating vaccines for students, staff, and faculty.

As Robert Malone has often said, “where there is risk, there must be choice.” The evidence couldn’t be more clear that the COVID vaccines are the most deadly vaccines in human history.

Shouldn’t this be a topic of great interest and relevance?

Or does science dictate that anyone with opposing views must be silenced and not given a platform to speak?

I have a message to the MIT faculty: you are on the wrong side of history.

There is ample evidence on the table now from credible sources that cannot be explained if the vaccines are safe.

This is why nobody will debate us. I even offered $1M to incentivize people to show up at the debate table. No takers. So I raised it to a “name your price” offer. Still no takers.

The MIT faculty doesn’t want to hear any of it. They will not let the MIT students hear any of it either.

The safety and efficacy of the vaccines shall not be questioned. The MIT faculty will not allow it.

That’s not how science is supposed to work.

Is there a single member of the MIT faculty who is the least bit curious that there might be another side of the narrative that is being unfairly suppressed?

Why doesn’t anyone want to know the answer to these questions?

There are many important questions that any critical thinker would have that need to be explored:

Apparently, none of the MIT faculty want to know the answer to any of these questions. It doesn’t even merit a serious discussion.

We are left with an unfortunate, but inevitable conclusion.

Institutional science is dead.

State tells teachers to hide student gender transitions from parents

(DAILY WIRE) – A policy in Washington state requires teachers to conceal students’ gender transitions from their parents unless the student gives the green light for their parents to know.

The effects of the policy on children are starting to show, but teachers essentially have their hands tied, according to a teacher in Washington state who spoke with The Daily Wire and requested anonymity out of fear of being fired.

The policy comes down from the state’s Office of Superintendent of Public Instruction (OSPI), the main agency overseeing public education in Washington state.

How to Talk to Your Conspiracy Denialist Friends

This story is about how to talk to your conspiracy denialist friends about "nanobots in vaccines." No really, this story is about how to talk to your conspiracy denialist friends about "nanobots in vaccines"!

The Big Picture: From Mandates to the Internet of Bodies

I've thought about this quite a bit, and here's what I am thinking. The bullying and the hoopla around the COVID injections is a prelude, designed to groom us for the notorious Fourth Industrial Revolution and the so called "convergence of biological forms with AI."

But while the topic of "nanobots in COVID vaccines" is dirty to the ear of any respectable citizen — the plans for the Fourth Industrial Revolutions and convergence of biological life with machines are documented in abundance on official government websites and by respectable NGOs. So there is a chance to follow right in the footsteps of the holy COVID injection and break through!

The entire concept of the Fourth Industrial Revolution is predicated upon "nanobots in everything," which makes the topic of "nanobots in vaccines" a mere subset of the topic of "nanobots in everything."

It also makes the current peasant concern about "nanobots in vaccines" a historical bump, a phase during which the population gets used to thinking about nanotech in our bodies in general — be it with peasant concern or with hearty laughter at the crazy conspiracy theorists — before the "stakeholders" actually roll out "nanobots in everything" in broad daylight and make it a part of our reality.

Excuses are plentiful: pandemic surveillance, financial transactions, "fighting cancer and HIV" — or whatever else they come up with to justify the invasion. There is no "theory" in that conspiracy theory, even though they want us to think that there is no conspiracy.

It is important to remember that while different applications are possible, the main point of "nanotech of everything" is efficient asset management and surveillance. We are not all that valuable in a world that is considered overpopulated, so if their tiny devices end up harming us — biologically, politically, or in terms of our liberties and our access to joy — it will be our problem, just like today, vaccine injury is the problem of the vaccine injured.

That's a fact, not a theory. And if it gets out of control, and this entire thing collapses, then that's what's it's going to be in due time, and we just don't know it. But I keep hoping … I keep hoping that we can prevent it if more of us say no. The vision for the Fourth Industrial Revolution is so grand that the mandates — as abusive and obscene as they are — are just the very first bite by the aspiring technocrats into our bodily and other freedoms. They are just Step One, and there are hundreds of steps after that, unless we stand tall.

Are They Finally "Giving Us Our Freedoms Back"?

In the recent weeks, the script has seemingly flipped, and even the most COVID-crazy politicians started talking about rolling back the restrictions. It changed so suddenly that it almost feels weird! But something about it is off. It's insincere. They are doing it in such a wobbly way, without closing the door, while still leaving half the restrictions in place — that I am almost sure that they'll be back with some other brilliant idea. After all, their most important goal at the moment is to invalidate free will — as under the Fourth Industrial Revolution, the peasants have none of it, and free will is a luxury!

The Internet of Bodies Is Not a Conspiracy Theory

Without further ado, let's look at the evidence. Let's talk about the Internet of Bodies at an economic policy — which is something that we can, with some luck, try to discuss with our conspiracy denialist friends without setting off their "conspiracy theory" alarm. The Internet of Bodies (IoB) is a very serious project, supported by the world's leading politicians, the UN, various NGOs, corporations, and the military.

The Internet of Bodies — a network of bodies, mechanically connected to the internet the way our digital devices are connected today — is a foundational stone of the ambitious Fourth Industrial Revolution. Here is the definition of the Fourth Industrial Revolution — as per Klaus Schwab — on a very serious website, Encyclopedia Britannica:

"The Fourth Industrial Revolution heralds a series of social, political, cultural, and economic upheavals that will unfold over the 21st century. Building on the widespread availability of digital technologies that were the result of the Third Industrial, or Digital, Revolution, the Fourth Industrial Revolution will be driven largely by the convergence of digital, biological, and physical innovations."

"It's important to appreciate that the Fourth Industrial Revolution involves a systemic change across many sectors and aspects of human life: the crosscutting impacts of emerging technologies are even more important than the exciting capabilities they represent.

Our ability to edit the building blocks of life has recently been massively expanded by low-cost gene sequencing and techniques such as CRISPR; artificial intelligence is augmenting processes and skill in every industry; neurotechnology is making unprecedented strides in how we can use and influence the brain as the last frontier of human biology; automation is disrupting century-old transport and manufacturing paradigms; and technologies such as blockchain and smart materials are redefining and blurring the boundary between the digital and physical worlds."

"The result of all this is societal transformation at a global scale. By affecting the incentives, rules, and norms of economic life, it transforms how we communicate, learn, entertain ourselves, and relate to one another and how we understand ourselves as human beings [emphasis mine].

Furthermore, the sense that new technologies are being developed and implemented at an increasingly rapid pace has an impact on human identities, communities, and political structures."

Here is a broadly worded 2019 agreement between the World Economic Forum and the United Nations that lists the Fourth Industrial Revolution as one of the areas for cooperation (more about it in my interview with Mary Otto-Chang, a former UN employee).

"Collaboration between the UN and the Forum to meet the needs of the Fourth Industrial Revolution [emphasis mine] will seek to advance global analysis, dialogue and standards for digital governance and digital inclusiveness; and promote public-private partnerships to address global reskilling and lifelong learning for the future requirements for work and preparing the world's 1.8 billion young people for this transition."

Here is a 2018 tweet by Matt Hancock featuring him together with Klaus Schwab, all giddy about the Fourth Industrial Revolution, apparently (meaning, Hancock is giddy, Schwab is never giddy).

And here is a section on the official UK government website talking about the … you guessed it, the Fourth Industrial Revolution! The UK presentation is called, "Human Augmentation: The Dawn of a New Paradigm."

Next, here is a section on the Canadian government website talking about the convergence of biological forms with machines, or "biodigital convergence," which is another way to refer to the Fourth Industrial Revolution:

"Biological and digital systems are converging, and could change the way we work, live, and even evolve as a species. More than a technological change, this biodigital convergence may transform the way we understand ourselves and cause us to redefine what we consider human or natural."

Next, here is Joe Biden on the 4IR (a World Economic Forum article from 2016 and a Washington Post article from 2020). Next, here is on the Fourth Industrial Revolution. Finally, here is RAND (very serious people) on the Internet of Bodies:

"IoB devices can track, record, and store users' whereabouts, bodily functions, and what they see, hear, and even think. These devices vary greatly in how they are used — some are freestanding, such as infusion pumps and sensor-equipped hospital beds; others are wearable, such as health trackers and prosthetics; and others are implanted, such as cardiac devices and ingestible digital pills."

Thus, I can state with the uttermost confidence: Is the 4IR real? FACT-CHECK: TRUE. The idea that we'll converge with machines and get hooked up to the internet like devices — and that our bodies will intake multiple nano-sized sensors and devices (a.k.a "nanobots") to monitor, report, and influence our functions, thoughts, and feelings might very well be a very crazy idea — but it is none the less an idea that the people in power are currently quite obsessed with. Their idea, not mine!

Behavioral Modification

For decades, behavioral modification has been a topic of intensive military research and corporate ambition. Many people have written about this subject in-depth — including yours truly — but for the sake of keeping this story on point, I will just mention one thing. For those who want to dig in, here is just one "signature" presentation by the expert in weaponized neuroweapons, James Giordano at Georgetown University' Medical Center.

See that bit about "manipulation of neural structure and cognitive, emotional, and behavioral function(s)?" His slide, not mine!

Transhumanism, Singularity, and Other Big Words

In March 2019, Fast Company published an article, titled, "Privacy in 2034: A corporation owns your DNA (and maybe your body)":

"The year is 2034. The world is divided into protected biometric data zones, and every time you go anywhere, your DNA and other biological elements of your body are authenticated across vast databases to confirm your identity (and that you haven't broken any corporate or legal rules). A new economic and social class system has emerged, where the wealthy can pay to anonymize and protect their data.

Powerful companies mine everyone else's biodata, while governments create universal genetic databases to keep tabs on citizens. You have no idea where your data really is, who owns it, and who has access to it."

"It sounds like a hellish dystopia, but it's not coming from a science fiction author. It's one overarching trajectories that Amy Webb, a professor of strategic foresight at the NYU Stern School of Business and the founder of the consulting firm Future Today Institute, and her team identified and published in their 12th annual Emerging Tech Trends report …

She laid out this dystopian scenario at the South By Southwest conference in Austin over the weekend. It's based on one of the biggest societal trends Webb is seeing right now: that privacy is dead."

Sometimes, in order to get an idea about where the wind is blowing, it helps to look at cultural trends. It does not mean that a particular cultural trend will necessarily fully develop or succeed, it just gives us an idea about what's "hip," what's being financed and supported. Earlier, when talking about the mind of a technocrat, I wrote about Ray Kurzweil and Anthony Levandowski of Google, both of whom are rather extreme in their love of AI.

Another interesting character is the best-selling author who has been lauded by famous people like Obama, and a World Economic Forum collaborator, Yuval Noah Harari.

In his 2021 60 Minutes presentation, he talks about how we are on the verge of becoming a new species due to augmentation and merging with AI, how human beings are going to be intrinsically hackable — and how all the soul and such is out of the window. He talks about this with much confidence and palpable anxiety in his eyes.

My response to him: This is Theranos. Luscious funding of the IoB proves only that human beings can act foolish, not that the underlying premise means "progress." And yes, it is possible to mess people up in the process of trying to hack them. It sure is possible. But we are of water and spirit, so the transhumanist house of cards will fall — and hopefully not on millions of people!

From Conspiracy Theory to Conspiracy Practice: A Life Cycle

Here's my conspiracy theory about the life cycle of conspiracy theories. Usually, when there is a nefarious or agenda or a corporate practice that is harmful to the people, the word first gets out in the form of a "crazy conspiracy theory." Those who notice a problem (the toxicity of Teflon; Vioxx harms; the issue with asbestos, etc.,) try to speak out — and they get initially rejected based on sounding "too weird." (By the way, if there were no conspiracies, why would there be RICO?)

As it happens, at first, the media denies the existence of any conspiracy or wrongdoing. At the same time, corporate spies and professional infiltrators — some posing as "respectable citizens," and some, as extra obnoxious and unruly conspiracy theorists — make sure that there is noise but no clarity and no serious debate.

Academics, if they acknowledge it at all, snub the issue with an air of great arrogance — while the people attracted to sensationalism and dogma go for the most dogmatic and sensationalized version of the conspiracy theory — which is then used by conspiracy theory skeptics, academics, agents of the state, and corporate spies to "prove" that the entire thing is ungrounded and ridiculous.

And so it goes! And as long as the talk is harmless to the conspirators or wrongdoers in practical terms and doesn't get in their way, no one in power cares. Which is why, for example, in the USSR, where people took art and language the seriously, censorship was real — whereas in the "old normal" West, for the most part, people could talk all they wanted as long as they didn't move the dial. Those who moved the dial though got the same treatment as the Soviet political prisoners.

Which is also why prior to 2020, it was mostly okay to talk about transhumanism with suspicion — but now that the superwealthy folks are pursuing transhumanism in a practical manner, it's important for them to make sure that bringing it up is perceived by the general public as "crazy" — which will be the case up until the moment the beast is released.

The moment it's out, it will stop being a "crazy conspiracy theory" and become the "great new idea that will change our lives for the better," TED talks and all. And it will be a "crazy conspiracy theory" to suggest that it's bad for us!

Now, the amusing part of the story — the exhibits.

Exhibit A: The Chip

First, let's look at the mother of all crazy conspiracy theories, "the chip." Remember "the chip"? The tinfoil-hatted-folk have been whispering about "the chip" for decades, and they were obviously laughed at in the respectable circles. "Yeah sure, they are trying to chip us, that's right, and you were probably abducted by the aliens?" And so people laughed — but fast-forward to now, and "the chip" is suddenly ready for prime time — but of course, it's not "that" chip, not the crazy conspiratorial chip, it's the respectable chip, the good chip, the chip for our good and convenience!

And, funny as it is, we are suddenly hearing that the aliens are probably real — and, in the light of the new memo, it now takes a special tinfoil-hatted conspiracy theorist to suggest that the media is making up the aliens to distract us from the COVID abuses!

And here is Klaus Schwab advertising "the chip" — the respectable chip:

Exhibit B: Apple Slowing Down Older iPhone Models

This one is a very innocent conspiracy theory comparing to the other ones. Remember the one about Apple deliberately slowing down older devices to "incentivize" people to buy newer ones? Well, it turned out, it was true!

Exhibit C: Weather Modification

It could easily be one of the "craziest" conspiracy theories out there, alongside with "the chip." But lookie here! Scientific American, Insider, EcoWatch, the New York Times, USA Today — all telling us about weather modification and cloud-seeding. Crazy times!

Exhibit D: Vaccine Passports Come Digital Wallets

I do still remember the time when any mention of a vaccine passport by a "crazy conspiracy theorist" was met with laughter!

And here is the Diet ID, the "first electronic health record integration, streamlining diet quality assessment for healthcare providers." And here is Dichotomy, a project in collaboration with MasterCard to limit our purchases based on our carbon footprint:

carbon footprint

And here's a very helpful digital ID from Thales in the UK:

"Why is Digital ID needed now? Over the last 18 months, the digitalisation of public and private services has accelerated like never before. Due to limitations on physical contact and lockdowns around the globe, citizens – often out of necessity – have had to turn to the digital equivalent of services they previously accessed in person. From internet banking to filling out tax returns online, the pandemic has acted as a catalyst for a wholesale change in consumer behaviour."

"Even as we start to return to a sense of normality, this digitalisation of services looks set to gather momentum. This is, in part, due to governments around the world asking their citizens to carry digital health passes to prove they are doubly vaccinated or have a negative test before they can access certain services. As a recent example of this, the UK government made proof of 'full vaccination' a requirement for entering nightclubs from September and countries like Italy or France are following a similar path."

"So-called digital 'vaccination passports' will play a key role in enabling citizens to access all manner of services and will act as a precursor to the rollout of mobile digital ID."

Graphene-based Materials and Nano-tech in Vaccines

Hooray, we can finally talk about graphene oxide and "nanobots in vaccines"! An important point for talking to our conspiracy denialist friends though: As we know, at the moment, there are no official records of either graphene-based materials or nanotech specifically in COVID injections. There are indeed reports by independent scientists, and there is a concern — which is still not going to impress our respectable friends!

But it doesn't matter! Like I mentioned earlier, the Internet of Bodies is on the rise, and it's bad on its own — and there are official records of graphene oxide and nanotech used in other medical and non-medical applications, including non-COVID vaccines. There is proof! Furthermore, we don't need proof of conspiracy to discuss a substance that has the potential to become the new glyphosate with an added bonus of being a perfect material for surveillance!

Intranasal Influence Vaccine Using Graphene Oxide From Georgia State University and Emory

For example here is a paper called, "Intranasal vaccination with influenza HA/GO-PEI nanoparticles provides immune protection against homo- and heterologous strains." It talks about new investigational intranasal influenza vaccines with graphene oxide and states that "two-dimensional (2D) graphene oxide (GO) nanoparticles have great potential as a novel vaccine platform due to their extraordinary attributes." More commentary:

"Researchers at Georgia State University and Emory University have developed an intranasal influenza vaccine using recombinant hemagglutinin (HA), a protein found on the surface of influenza viruses, as the antigen component of the vaccine … The study, conducted in mice and cell culture, found the nanoparticles significantly enhanced immune responses at mucosal surfaces and throughout the body in mice. The robust immune responses conferred immune protection against influenza virus challenges by homologous (same) virus strains and heterologous (different) virus strains."

There you have it! Graphene oxide! In a vaccine! No longer a conspiracy theory! We are talking graphene oxide in an intranasal vaccine application, very close to the brain — and it's known that in the area of biosensing, graphene oxide is used to, in the words of Science Daily, "hear your brain whisper." And now shall we inquire about toxicity?

Toxicity of Graphene-based Materials

A paper in Particle and Fiber Toxicology, titled, "Toxicity of graphene-family nanoparticles: a general review of the origins and mechanism," talks about multiple hazardous properties of graphene materials, including a negative impact on the female reproductive system:

"FNs can induce acute and chronic injuries in tissues by penetrating through the blood-air barrier, blood-testis barrier, blood-brain barrier, and blood-placenta barrier etc. and accumulating in the lung, liver, and spleen etc." "The toxicological mechanisms of GFNs demonstrated in recent studies mainly contain inflammatory response, DNA damage, apoptosis, autophagy and necrosis etc., and those mechanisms can be collected to further explore the complex signalling pathways network regulating the toxicity of GFNs.

It needs to point out that there are several factors which largely influence the toxicity of GFNs, such as the concentration, lateral dimension, surface structure and functionalization etc." "In the chicken embryo model, pristine graphene flakes decreased the ribonucleic acid level and the rate of deoxyribonucleic acid synthesis, leading to harmful effects on brain tissue development and the atypical ultrastructure was observed in the brain."

"Pregnant mice had abortions at all dose, and most pregnant mice died when the high dose of rGO was injected during late gestation. Notably, the development of offspring in the high dosage group was delayed during the lactation period."

Another article titled, "Effects of Graphene Oxide Nanoparticles on the Immune System Biomarkers Produced by RAW 264.7 and Human Whole Blood Cell Cultures," talks about the impact of graphene oxide on the immune system: "The current study shows that GONPs modulate immune system biomarkers and that these may pose a health risk to individuals exposed to this type of nanoparticle."

In other words, move fast, surveil, and break things!! And, briefly, on the topic of nanobots, here is a scholarly article, titled: "Aerosolized Nanobots: Parsing Fact from Fiction for Health Security — A Dialectical View."

"Nanoscalar robotics can be used as both sensors and receiver-delivery devices, and the controllability of these technologies enable their directed activity in biological organisms. Such devices — either operating in tandem as distinct sense-and-engage systems, or as single devices with both sense and delivery modes — could be employed to assess, respond to, or modify molecular and chemical characteristics of a biological target.

As recent studies have indicated, these approaches can be used in clinical care to more precisely monitor tissue, organ, and overall bodily states and to alter the structure and function of biological tissues and systems at a variety of scales, from the subcellular to the systemic and organismic"

And here is from Rice University: "Nanotubes assemble! Rice introduces 'Teslaphoresis.'"

"These nanotube wires grow and act like nerves, and controlled assembly of nanomaterials from the bottom up may be used as a template for applications in regenerative medicine … There are so many applications where one could utilize strong force fields to control the behavior of matter in both biological and artificial systems."

And the list goes on!

In Conclusion:

True, it may be tough to get your conspiracy denialist friends to discuss the topic of "nanobots in vaccines" — but maybe you can interest them in an inquiry into the Internet of Bodies?

CDC to significantly ease pandemic mask guidelines Friday

(AP NEWS) – The Biden administration will significantly loosen federal mask-wearing guidelines to protect against COVID-19 transmission on Friday, according to two people familiar with the matter, meaning most Americans will no longer be advised to wear masks in indoor public settings.

The Centers for Disease Control and Prevention on Friday will announce a change to the metrics it uses to determine whether to recommend face coverings, shifting from looking at COVID-19 case counts to a more holistic view of risk from the coronavirus to a community. Under current guidelines, masks are recommended for people residing in communities of substantial or high transmission — roughly 95% of U.S. counties, according to the latest data.

The new metrics will still consider caseloads, but also take into account hospitalizations and local hospital capacity, which have been markedly improved during the emergence of the omicron variant. That strain is highly transmissible, but indications are that it is less severe than earlier strains, particularly for people who are fully vaccinated and boosted. Under the new guidelines, the vast majority of Americans will no longer live in areas where indoor masking in public is recommended, based on current data.

Insurance claims show 31,254 deaths following COVID-19 vaccines

(CONSERVATIVE CHOICE CAMPAIGN) – The entire COVID-19 vaccine narrative continues to come apart at the seams as yet another media report was published today in Germany stating that a large German health insurance company analyzed data from 10.9 million insured individuals regarding injuries and fatalities following COVID-19 vaccines during the first half of 2021 and into the 3rd quarter which showed significantly higher numbers than what the German government has reported.

This follows news reports out of the U.S. this past weekend where it was revealed that the CDC, FDA, and NIH contained data about significant COVID-19 vaccine injuries and deaths that were not being reported to the public.

Andreas Schöfbeck of German health insurance company BKK Provita was interviewed by the German newspaper Welt, and stated (translated from German): "According to our calculations, we consider 400,000 visits to the doctor by our policyholders because of vaccination complications to be realistic to this day. Extrapolated to the total population, this value would be 3 million. The numbers that resulted from our analysis are very far away from the publicly announced numbers. It would be unethical not to talk about it."

California Bill Would Punish Doctors Who Promote COVID ‘Misinformation,’ as Other States Move to Protect Doctors’ Rights to Treat Patients

California lawmakers want COVID vaccine mandates for all K-12 students and the right to “discipline” doctors who step outside public policy guidelines for treating COVID patients. But other states, including New Hampshire and Kansas, are eying legislation designed to protect physicians who prescribe drugs like ivermectin and hydroxychloroquine.

Before the U.S. Supreme Court last month blocked the Biden administration’s COVID-19 vaccine mandates for large employers and allowed the mandate for healthcare workers to stand, all eyes were on the feds when it came to COVID-related policies.

But state lawmakers also have been busy drafting bills in an effort to shape COVID policies closer to home.

The California Assembly, for example, introduced over the past six months a flurry of bills designed to strengthen vaccination mandates and regulate treatment options for patients.

For example, Sen. Richard Pan (D-Sacramento) last month introduced legislation proposing COVID vaccine mandates for all K-12 students in California schools.

And this month, Assembly Member Evan Low (D-Campbell) introduced legislation (AB 2098) that, according to the Los Angeles Times, would “make it easier for the Medical Board of California to discipline doctors who promote COVID-19 misinformation by classifying it as unprofessional conduct.”

The bill defines “unprofessional conduct” as any action a physician or surgeon takes “to disseminate or promote misinformation or disinformation related to COVID-19, including false or misleading information regarding the nature and risks of the virus, its prevention and treatment; and the development, safety, and effectiveness of COVID-19 vaccines.”

Under the bill, disciplinary action could be brought against a physician for disseminating information that “resulted in an individual declining opportunities for COVID-19 treatment or prevention that was not justified by the individual’s medical history or condition.”

Additionally, doctors could be disciplined for “misinformation or disinformation” that is contradicted by contemporary scientific consensus to an extent where its dissemination constitutes gross negligence” by the physician.

Commenting on the criteria, Dr. Meryl Nass, an expert in epidemiology and vaccine injury and member of the Children’s Health Defense scientific advisory committee, said:

“I think this is clearly an attempt to legislate that the government of California or the Medical Board of California will define what is truth and what is misinformation, and medical providers will have to follow lockstep with that definition.

“This, of course, is the same thing as the Ministry of Truth in George Orwell’s “1984,” and if the California legislature actually votes for this bill, the intent of the  action will be to enforce a one and only truth.

“Nowhere does this legislature define what is misinformation and disinformation. They do talk about contemporary scientific consensus but as we know in the last two years, the so-called scientific consensus — or the public health agency consensus — on masks, on vaccination, on boosters, etc. has flip-flopped all over the place. So we have adequate examples that the concept of “contemporary scientific consensus” is basically meaningless in this context.”

Contrary to typical board practice, under AB 2098, physicians could also be disciplined for public speech, including social media posts, unrelated to the actual treatment of patients.

Supporters of Low’s bill insist the legislation does not impinge on doctors’ freedom of speech.

“This isn’t a call for a policing of free speech,” Nick Sawyer, an emergency room doctor who founded a group called No License for Disinformation, told the LA Times. “This is a call for protecting the public against dangerous misinformation, which patients are parroting back to us in our emergency room departments every day.”

Nass disagreed:

“The result is removing options from doctors and patients. And the longer-term consequence is that doctors will become irrelevant if they are not needed to assess each individual’s personal risks and benefits from each type of medical care.

“The government and its partners in the healthcare industries can simply prescribe one-size-fits-all healthcare for everyone.”

Low’s bill, introduced as part of a larger effort by a group of Democratic state legislators to strengthen vaccination laws, set off a contentious debate over how far the state should go in pursuing COVID mandates.

Other COVID-related bills introduced in California include:

  • Assembly Bill 1993, authored by Buffy Wicks (D-Oakland), would require employees and independent contractors to be vaccinated against COVID as a condition of employment unless they have an exemption based on a medical condition, disability or religious beliefs.
  • Assembly Bill 1797, introduced by Akilah Weber (D-San Diego), allows California school officials to more easily check student vaccine records by expanding access to a statewide immunization database.
  • Senate Bill 866, introduced by Sen. Scott Wiener (D-San Francisco) would let children 12 and older be vaccinated without parental consent.

Other states pursue efforts to support alternative treatments

In contrast to California, several state legislatures are moving to provide legal support for off-label prescriptions and alternative approaches supported by physicians.

In New Hampshire, legislators last month held public hearings on a bill that would allow for over-the-counter dissemination of ivermectin at pharmacies, provided certain treatment plan requirements were met.

New Hampshire HB 1022 would permit pharmacists to dispense the ivermectin by means of a standing order entered into by licensed healthcare professionals.

Sponsors of the bill argued many healthcare workers are unable to prescribe ivermectin, either because of hospital politics or outside professional pressures.

The bill has support from Dr. Paul Marik, who traveled from Virginia to testify at the public hearing.

A former professor of medicine and chief of pulmonary and critical care medicine at Eastern Virginia Medical School, Marik sued the hospital he worked for after it banned physicians from prescribing ivermectin for COVID patients.

Marik resigned late last year in protest of the ban.

During his testimony in New Hampshire, Marik described ivermectin as “cheap, exceedingly safe and exceedingly effective.”

“If ivermectin had been promoted at the beginning of this pandemic, we would not be sitting here today,” Marik said.

Kansas lawmakers last month advanced a bill supporting the prescribing of ivermectin and hydroxychloroquine. The model legislation, also introduced in Tennessee, would require pharmacists to fill prescriptions for the off-label use of ivermectin and hydroxychloroquine.

In direct contrast to the California legislation, the Kansas bill also would mandate that doctors not be subject to disciplinary action for any “recommendation, prescription, use or opinion … related to a treatment for COVID-19, including a treatment that is not recommended or regulated by the licensing board,” Kansas Department of Health and Environment or the U.S. Food and Drug Administration.

“Such actions,” the bill states, “could not be considered unprofessional conduct.”

Kansas lawmaker Sen. Mark Steffen (R-Hutchinson) supports the bill. Steffen, an anesthesiologist, said he’s under investigation by the University of Kansas Health System with which he is affiliated for prescribing ivermectin to COVID patients.

Dr. Festus Krebs III, a physician representing the Catholic Medical Association of Kansas City, also spoke in favor of the bill:

“With ivermectin and hydroxychloroquine, we now have 76 ivermectin COVID-19 controlled studies which show 66 percent overall improvement and 57 percent decreased mortality.”

Meanwhile, in Florida, legislation that would extend protection for hospitals against patient lawsuits over COVID care sits on the desk of Gov. Ron DeSantis, awaiting signature or a veto.

And in New York, the state’s comptroller — citing the investment of the state’s public pension plan in Spotify — sent a letter to the company asking it to increase its screening of “misinformation” on their platform.

22 Observations About The New World War Which Just Started In Ukraine

Like many of you, I have been spending a great deal of time keeping up with coverage of Russia’s horrifying invasion of Ukraine.  I am very upset with the Russians for choosing to invade the whole country, because now a line has been crossed that will never, ever be able to be uncrossed.  From here on out, there will be endless wars and rumors of wars, and countless numbers of people are going to die.  In the future, some historians may look back and determine that the coming Chinese invasion of Taiwan was the start of World War III, and others may point to the coming conflict between Israel and Iran.  But to me, February 23rd, 2022 was the start of World War III, and nothing will ever be the same again.

Since most of you have been closely following news coverage of the war, I am not going to rehash the basic facts here.  The Russians are winning victory after victory, and it appears that the battle for Ukraine could be over in a matter of days.

But once the battle for Ukraine is over, the real war will begin.

The following are 22 observations about the new world war which just started in Ukraine…

#1 Now that Russia has invaded Ukraine, any hope for peace between the United States and Russia is gone forever.

#2 The conflict between our two nations will continue until one side or the other is totally defeated.

#3 Both sides are armed with nuclear weapons, and it is just a matter of time before somebody decides to use them.

#4 As he launched the invasion of Ukraine, Vladimir Putin actually warned other countries that he could use nuclear weapons against them if they attempted to intervene.

#5 The Biden administration, the Ukrainians and the Russians all lied to us over and over again.

#6 We should all be very angry at Vladimir Putin.  He completely destroyed the last hope that the world had for peace when he launched a full invasion of Ukraine.  If he would have kept his forces in just Donetsk and Luhansk there still would have been the possibility of a diplomatic solution.

#7 Joe Biden says that he is considering hitting Russia with the biggest cyberattack in history.  That would be an act of war.

#8 If we launch a cyberattack against Russia, they will retaliate with a cyberattack of their own, and we are extremely vulnerable.

#9 The Russians have more than 1,000 different ways of making us feel pain, and they are not afraid to play dirty.

#10 I think that Volodymyr Zelensky is perhaps the stupidest head of state that I have ever seen.

#11 Zelensky pushed all of his chips into the middle of the table when the Russians knew full well that he wasn’t holding any cards.  Now he is going to lose his entire country.

#12 It appears that Zelensky actually believed that the United States and other western powers would come to his aid if the Russians invaded.  After what we have witnessed over the past year, that was an incredibly foolish thing to believe.

#13 Biden and his minions had a plan for what they wanted to accomplish in Ukraine, and that plan failed dramatically.

#14 At this stage, I think that the Biden administration will try to turn the rest of the world against the Russians and will try to suffocate the life out of them economically.  But that isn’t going to work, because Russia is very self-sufficient when it comes to food, energy and other essentials, and Putin has also signed very extensive trade agreements with China.

#15 I don’t think Putin would have made this move if he didn’t have an understanding with China behind the scenes.  The Chinese are allowing the Russians to invade Ukraine, but in return I believe that there is an agreement for the Russians to support China when the Chinese finally invade Taiwan.

#16 Now that the Chinese have seen how weakly the western powers have responded to the invasion of Ukraine, I that that makes an invasion of Taiwan much more likely.

#17 If the Chinese decide to pull the trigger, they will almost certainly do it while there is still plenty of time left in Biden’s term in office.

#18 Putin is not as smart as I thought he was.  He is going to win the battle for Ukraine, but now his country can never have positive relations with western nations ever again.

#19 The global energy crisis is going to get a whole lot worse.  Russia exports a tremendous amount of energy, and European nations gobble it up like addicts.  This conflict threatens to dislocate the flow of global energy to a degree that we haven’t seen since World War II.

#20 Many warned that our disastrous withdrawal from Afghanistan would embolden the Russians to move against Ukraine.  Those that issued such warnings have been proven right.

#21 The U.S. military is in the worst condition that I have ever seen in my entire lifetime.  At this point, the U.S. military is not at all prepared to fight the Russians or anyone else for that matter.

#22 Many people out there love to criticize President Trump, but even he understood that you don’t mess with the Russians.  Unless they are messing with you, the best thing to do with the Russians is to just leave them alone.  All throughout history, those that have chosen to pick a fight with Russia have ended up regretting it.  The Russians will do whatever it takes to win, and they are absolutely ruthless.

This is truly a sad day, because this didn’t have to happen.

As I have detailed in other articles, it would have been so easy to reach a diplomatic agreement that would have kept the Russians entirely out of Ukraine.

Unfortunately, there is no use talking about that any longer, because the time for diplomacy has passed.

Hopefully many of you are starting to grasp the gravity of what we are facing.  For years, I have been relentlessly warning that war with Russia was coming, and now it is here.

I tried to warn everyone about what would happen if we stayed on the path that we were on, but now it is too late.

There is nothing more than can be done, because World War III has already started.

From this point forward, global events are going to escalate rapidly.  I would encourage all of you to prepare accordingly.

Virus DNA matches code patented by Moderna 3 years before pandemic

Fueling suspicion that SARS-CoV-2 originated in a lab in China, researchers have discovered a tiny piece of DNA in the virus that matches the genetic sequence patented by Moderna three years before the pandemic began.

The odds of Moderna's sequence occurring naturally are about one in 3 trillion, according to the researchers.

The code was discovered in SARS-CoV-2's unique furin cleavage site, the part of the virus that binds to human cells, allowing it to cause infection, London's MailOnline reported.

Many scientists have been saying for some time that the furin cleavage structure could not have developed naturally.

In the new study, published in Frontiers in Virology, the researchers compared the 30,000 letters of genetic code carrying the information needed to spread SARS-CoV-2 with millions of sequenced proteins in an online database.

Earlier this month, The Telegraph of London reported Hungarian researchers discovered an early version of SARS-CoV-2 that appears to have been grown in a laboratory.

The lab-leak theory gained traction in May 2021 when former New York Times science writer Nicholas Wade published a nearly 11,000-word analysis concluding the circumstantial evidence clearly points to a lab leak. The Wall Street Journal later reported three researchers at the Wuhan lab were hospitalized with possible COVID symptoms in November 2019, when the outbreak in the city of 11 million began.

Patented sequence
MailOnline reported the researchers conducting the latest study, led by Dr. Balamurali Ambati of the University of Oregon, found SARS-CoV-2 shares a sequence of 19 specific letters with a genetic section owned by Moderna.

The pharmaceutical giant filed the patent for the sequencing in February 2016 as part of its cancer research division, according to records.

SARS-CoV-2 is the only coronavirus of its type to carry 12 unique letters that enable the spike protein to spread easily between human cells.

The British news site quoted Professor Lawrence Young, a virologist at Warwick University, contending the find was not significant enough to suggest lab manipulation.

"We're talking about a very, very, very small piece made up of 19 nucleotides," he said. "So it doesn't mean very much to be frank, if you do these types of searches you can always find matches."

He said it's a "quirky observation, but I wouldn't call it a smoking gun because it's too small."

From 'conspiracy' to plausible
Earlier this month, independent investigative journalists Matt Taibbi and Matt Orfalea produced a nine-minute video that documents the shift in the establishment narrative from ridiculing anyone who posed the lab-leak theory to accepting it as plausible.

Facebook famously teamed up with Dr. Anthony Fauci to censor the lab-leak theory, including a report by WND. It's now known that Fauci was told early in 2020 by a trusted scientist that the novel coronavirus likely came from a lab and was genetically modified.

See the video:

Last month, the former New York Times science writer, Wade, spotlighted a Jan. 31, 2020, email Fauci received from four top virologists that shows there was strong evidence the virus was engineered in a lab. But after a teleconference the next day with Fauci to discuss the virologists' conclusion, the lead virologist began dismissing the lab-leak possibility as among "crackpot theories" that "relate to this virus being somehow engineered with intent and that is demonstrably not the case."

The virologists then published a March 17, 2020, article in the journal Nature Medicine that stated, "Our analyses clearly show that SARS-CoV-2 is not a laboratory construct or a purposefully manipulated virus."

It mirrored an earlier article published in February 2020 in the British medical journal The Lancet written by zoologist Peter Daszak, known for his work with the "bat lady" Zhi Shengli on bat coronaviruses at the Wuhan Institute of Virology.

The articles persuaded mainstream media not to investigate lab-leak theories and "froze into silence any dissenting voices from the scientific community."

EDITOR'S NOTE: Last year, America's doctors, nurses and paramedics were celebrated as frontline heroes battling a fearsome new pandemic. Today, under Joe Biden, tens of thousands of these same heroes are denounced as rebels, conspiracy theorists, extremists and potential terrorists. Along with massive numbers of police, firemen, Border Patrol agents, Navy SEALs, pilots, air-traffic controllers, and countless other truly essential Americans, they're all considered so dangerous as to merit termination, their professional and personal lives turned upside down due to their decision not to be injected with the experimental COVID vaccines. Biden's tyrannical mandate threatens to cripple American society – from law enforcement to airlines to commercial supply chains to hospitals. It's already happening. But the good news is that huge numbers of "yesterday's heroes" are now fighting back – bravely and boldly. The whole epic showdown is laid out as never before in the sensational October issue of WND's monthly Whistleblower magazine, titled "THE GREAT AMERICAN REBELLION: 'We will not comply!' COVID-19 power grab ignites bold new era of national defiance."
