AP Poll: 65% Of Republicans Say Biden Was Not Legitimately Elected

ORIGINAL LINK

You’re not alone – Lots of Republican voters don’t buy into the results of the fraudulent election.

According to a new poll, 65% of Republicans say that Joe Biden was not legitimately elected.

From The Washington Times:

About two-thirds of Republicans say Joe Biden was not legitimately elected president, according to a new poll conducted barely two weeks after he was inaugurated.

The poll from The Associated Press-NORC Center for Public Affairs Research shows 33% of Republicans say Biden was legitimately elected as the 46th president of the United States, while 65% say he was not. Overall, roughly two-thirds of Americans say Biden was legitimately elected; nearly all Democrats say so.

Now, that the White House has been stolen, even the Left is admitting that the elites worked together to steal the election from Trump.

Molly Ball at TIME Magazine reported:

There was a conspiracy unfolding behind the scenes, one that both curtailed the protests and coordinated the resistance from CEOs. Both surprises were the result of an informal alliance between left-wing activists and business titans. The pact was formalized in a terse, little-noticed joint statement of the U.S. Chamber of Commerce and AFL-CIO published on Election Day. Both sides would come to see it as a sort of implicit bargain–inspired by the summer’s massive, sometimes destructive racial-justice protests–in which the forces of labor came together with the forces of capital to keep the peace and oppose Trump’s assault on democracy.

CDC Sleight of Hand Revealed in Covid-19 Death Rates

ORIGINAL LINK

On March 24, 2020 the Centers for Disease Control fooled all Americans there were more deaths from COVID-19 coronavirus infection by changing the guidelines for determination of co-morbid conditions that contributed to death.

According to a breaking report at GreenMedInfo, this led to a 16.7-fold increase in deaths attributed to COVID-19, or ~425,000 COVID-19 related deaths on January 29, 2021 or 13 deaths over 10,000 Americans.

Using long-established guidelines, the accumulated death toll from COVID-19 would have been just 25,429 deaths on that same date, or less than 1 death per 10,000 Americans (see chart below).  The entire fraud, which violates U.S. law, is described in detail in the October 12, 2020 issue of Science, Public Health Policy & The Law, and has gone unreported by the nation’s news media.

Excerpts from the report are provided below:

“Why would the CDC decide against using a system of data collection & reporting they authored, and which has been in use nationwide for 17 years without incident, in favor of an untested & unproven system exclusively for COVID-19 without discussion and peer-review? Did the CDC’s decision to abandon a known and proven effective system also breach several federal laws that ensure data accuracy and integrity? Did the CDC knowingly alter rules for reporting cause of death in the presence of comorbidity exclusively for COVID-19? If so, why?

“The CDC published guidelines on March 24, 2020 that substantially altered how cause of death is recorded exclusively for COVID-19. This change was enacted apparently without public opportunity for comment or peer-review. As a result, a capricious alteration to data collection has compromised the accuracy, quality, objectivity, utility, and integrity of their published data, leading to a significant increase in COVID-19 fatalities. This decision by the CDC may have subverted the legal oversight of the Office of Management & Budget as Congressionally authorized.

“The CDC’s rules for data collection, published data, and statistical analyses are legally required to comply with the laws established by the Information Quality Act (IQA), enacted by Congress in December 2000 as Section 515 of Public Law 106- 554, which required the Office of Management and Budget (OMB) to “provide policy and procedural guidance to Federal agencies for ensuring and maximizing the quality, objectivity, utility, and integrity of information (including statistical information) disseminates by Federal agencies.”

“We allege that the complete absence of the appropriate Federal Register records is evidence that the CDC knowingly and willingly violated the IQA & PRA. As a direct consequence of implementing the two documents below without OMB approval, there was significant inflation of COVID-19 case and fatality data.

“COVID-19 was declared a pandemic on March 11, 2020 by the World Health Organization. As such, any data gathering related to this illness must be done with the utmost transparency to ensure the public and public officials have sound data upon which to make vitally important decisions.

“Yet, the CDC failed to follow the OMB Guidelines as required by Congress and, in doing so, violated the law and also violated the public trust.

“The Council of State & Territorial Epidemiologists (CSTE) position paper paved the way for unlicensed and medically untrained contact tracers to illegally diagnose patients without any medical examination or confirmatory lab testing. In fact, they could do so without even seeing or talking to the patient in question.

“By adopting both the March 24, 2020 NVSS COVID-19 Alert No. 2 and the April 14, 2020 CSTE position paper, the CDC knowingly and willfully compromised the integrity of data they collected, published, and analyzed. We allege the CDC intentionally violated federal law with respect to integrity of information.

“Tens of thousands of Americans have died without access to potentially life-saving medications like hydroxychloroquine or nutrient therapies like intravenous Vitamin C. Couple this with the tragic reality that so many Americans.

Monsanto’s Roundup and Honeybees a Bad Combination, New Study Confirms

ORIGINAL LINK

A group of Chinese researchers found evidence that commercial glyphosate-based herbicide products are harmful to honeybees at or below recommended concentrations.

In a paper published in the online journal Scientific Reports, researchers affiliated with the Chinese Academy of Agricultural Sciences in Beijing and the Chinese Bureau of Landscape and Forestry, said they found a range of negative impacts on honeybees when exposing the bees to Roundup – a glyphosate-based product sold by Monsanto owner Bayer AG.

The memory of the honeybees was “significantly impaired after exposure to Roundup” suggesting that chronic honeybee exposure to the weed killing chemical “may have a negative impact on the search and collection of resources and the coordination of foraging activities” by bees, the researchers said.

As well, the “climbing ability of honeybees significantly decreased after treatment with the recommended concentration of Roundup,” the researchers found.

The researchers said there is a need for a “reliable herbicide spraying early warning system” in rural areas of China because beekeepers in those areas are “usually not informed before herbicides are sprayed” and “frequent poisoning incidents of honeybees” occur.

The production of many important food crops is dependent upon honeybees and wild bees for pollination, and noted declines in bee populations have raised concerns around the world about food security.

A paper out of Rutgers University published last summer warned that “crop yields for apples, cherries and blueberries across the U.S. are being reduced by a lack of pollinators.”

Conflicts of Interest Taint Investigations Into COVID Origins

ORIGINAL LINK

Story at-a-glance:

  • Peter Daszak, EcoHealth Alliance president, is part of the World Health Organization (WHO) team that is investigating the origins of SARS-CoV-2, the virus that causes COVID-19.
  • Daszak works closely with the Wuhan Institute of Virology (WIV) — the laboratory in question that possibly leaked the virus — and dozens of others on controversial gain-of-function research, which involves manipulating pathogens, including coronaviruses, to make them more infectious or lethal.
  • Daszak has openly and repeatedly dismissed the possibility of the pandemic being the result of a lab leak.
  • WIV researchers have been conducting experiments involving the bat coronavirus RaTG13 — the closest known relative to SARS-CoV-2, with 96.2% similarity — since at least 2016.
  • WHO’s published agenda for its COVID-19 origins research suggests there are no plans to assess whether there might have been a laboratory leak of coronavirus at WIV.

In January 2021, after months of political tension and red tape, a 10-person team from the World Health Organization arrived in Wuhan, China to investigate the origins of SARS-CoV-2, the virus that causes COVID-19. Wuhan is known as the epicenter of the global pandemic and, arguably, the most important research into COVID-19, outside of finding a cure, is how the pandemic started.

There are currently two such investigations underway — one by WHO and another by The Lancet’s COVID-19 commission — but both are essentially “fake,” as they’re riddled with conflicts of interest.

Namely, Peter Daszak, EcoHealth Alliance president, is part of both of these investigations, despite working closely with the Wuhan Institute of Virology — the laboratory in question that possibly leaked the virus — and dozens of others on controversial gain-of-function research, which involves manipulating pathogens, including coronaviruses, to make them more infectious or lethal.

Daszak told The Associated Press in November 2020 that SARS-CoV-2 could have passed from a wildlife poacher to a trader who brought it to Wuhan.3 He also has openly and repeatedly dismissed the possibility of the pandemic being the result of a lab leak.

WHO has no plans to investigate possible laboratory leak

Will the WHO team thoroughly investigate WIV and its potential role in COVID-19? A scientific audit and review of safety measures would seem to be a routine activity, according to Mark Woolhouse, an epidemiologist at the University of Edinburgh speaking with The Associated Press.

But, the AP noted, “According to WHO’s published agenda for its origins research, there are no plans to assess whether there might have been an accidental release of the coronavirus at the Wuhan lab.” Taking it a step further, GMWatch reported that Daszak “has already poured cold water on calls for a forensic investigation”:

“An article in Science quotes him as saying, ‘Some of the more anti-China rhetoric that’s out there, about, we need to go into the lab and look at the video cameras, this sort of thing, that’s not realistic, that’s not what happens.’

“This prompted Richard Ebright of Rutgers to comment, ‘Daszak’s claim that calls for a thorough and credible investigation, as opposed to a cursory and conflict-ridden investigation, are ‘anti-China rhetoric’ is self-serving nonsense.’”

Although the Chinese government already approved WHO’s 10-member investigatory team, some were initially denied entry into Beijing, prompting WHO to issue a “rare” criticism. Still, their “investigation” is centered on reports from Chinese scientists rather than an actual independent investigation. As The Wall Street Journal reported:

“Given that Chinese authorities have been slow to release information, penalized scientists and doctors who shared clinical and genomic details of the novel coronavirus, and have since demonstrated a keen interest in controlling the narrative of how the virus emerged, this is not a promising foundation for WHO’s investigation.

“… critics are concerned that it doesn’t have the expertise for an investigation that would examine possible lab origins. Dr. David Relman of Stanford University, who raised the possibility early on that the virus might have leaked from a lab, told us:

“‘Based on the scant information that has been shared publicly about the WHO investigation, it doesn’t appear that WHO has adequately represented the range of views and perspectives of key stakeholders or incorporated all needed forms of expertise.’”

WHO investigator wants to karaoke with wuhan lab director

Another clue that WHO’s investigation won’t touch WIV is Daszak’s close ties to Shi Zhengli, Ph.D., the director of WIV’s Center for Emerging Infectious Diseases, also known as “bat woman.” She has been studying bat-borne viruses since 2004, including SARS-like coronaviruses.

According to the World Society for Virology, “One of her great contributions is to uncover genetically diverse SARS-like coronaviruses in bats with her international collaborators and provide unequivocal evidence that bats are natural reservoirs of SARS-CoV.”

As reported by Alexis Baden-Mayer, political director for the Organic Consumers Association, Daszak’s EcoHealth Alliance lists WIV and the Wuhan University School of Public Health as subcontractors under a $3.7 million National Institutes of Health (NIH) grant titled, “Understanding the Risk of Bat Coronavirus Emergence.”

EcoHealth Alliance also used millions of dollars of a sub-grant from the University of California at Davis to fund a gain-of-function experiment by Shi and colleague Ralph Baric from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, involving the use of genetic engineering to create a “new bat SARS-like virus … that can jump directly from its bat hosts to humans.”

Now here’s where it gets really interesting. According to Baden-Mayer in the previously linked gain-of-function research article above:

“The work, ‘A SARS-like cluster of circulating bat coronaviruses shows potential for human emergence, published in Nature in 2015 during the NIH’s moratorium on gain-of-function research, was grandfathered in because it was initiated before the moratorium … and because the request by Shi and Baric to continue their research during the moratorium was approved by the NIH.

“As a condition of publication,Nature, like most scientific journals, requires authors to submit new DNA and RNA sequences to GenBank, the U.S. National Center for Biotechnology Information Database. Yet the new SARS-like virus Shi and Baric created wasn’t deposited19 in GenBank until May 2020.”

In case there were any doubt of their close ties, The Sun, a tabloid paper in the U.K., featured a Twitter conversation in which Daszak “appears to say he is looking forward to an alcohol-fueled karaoke party in a bat cave with Shi Zhengli,” GMWATCH noted.

Daszak tweets, “Looking forward to that special moment when we hit the baiju and the karaoke with Zhengli & Linfa [likely referring to Wang Linfa, aka ‘batman,’ another bat researcher and WIV’s chairman of scientific advisory].” He adds, “Right now a party in a bat cave sounds just right to me!!”

Daszak calls lab leak ‘conspiracy theory’

Is it a coincidence that when SARS-CoV-2 first emerged in Wuhan, China, the EcoHealth Alliance was providing funding to WIV to collect and study novel bat coronaviruses — and now Daszak has been the primary expert chosen by the mainstream media to explain the origin of the pandemic as being zoonotic in nature?

You be the judge, but in November 2020, U.S. Right to Know, an investigative public health nonprofit group, reported that emails obtained via Freedom of Information Act requests prove Daszak played a central role in the plot to obscure the lab origin of SARS-CoV-2 by issuing a scientific statement in The Lancet condemning such inquiries as “conspiracy theory.”

Five other members of The Lancet Commission also signed the Feb. 18, 2020, Lancet statement, which puts their credibility in question as well. Meanwhile, a number of government officials have given credence to the lab-origin theory, including U.S. deputy national security adviser Matthew Pottinger, who in January 2021 stated that the lab-escape theory is the most credible, based on a growing body of evidence.

A fact sheet released by the U.S. Department of State on Jan. 15, 2021, further calls on WHO investigators to access WIV’s records that related to research on bat and other coronaviruses prior to the COVID-19 outbreak:

“The U.S. government has reason to believe that several researchers inside the WIV became sick in autumn 2019, before the first identified case of the outbreak, with symptoms consistent with both COVID-19 and common seasonal illnesses.

“This raises questions about the credibility of WIV senior researcher Shi Zhengli’s public claim that there was ‘zero infection’ among the WIV’s staff and students of SARS-CoV-2 or SARS-related viruses.”

The previously undisclosed information in the fact sheet notes that accidental laboratory infections have caused several previous virus outbreaks and the Chinese government has prevented investigators and journalists from interviewing WIV researchers. What’s more, WIV researchers have been conducting experiments involving the bat coronavirus RaTG13 — the closest known relative to SARS-CoV-2, with 96.2% similarity — since at least 2016.

An ongoing cover-up?

Alina Chan, a molecular biologist at the Broad Institute of Harvard and MIT, has been outspoken about China’s apparent efforts to hide information about the source of SARS-CoV-2. According to Chan, the database on bat and mouse viral pathogens, which had been managed by Shi, has been taken offline, restricting scientists and researchers’ ability to analyze the potential origins of SARS-CoV-2.

The U.S. Department of State fact sheet also states, “As part of a thorough inquiry, they [WHO investigators] must have a full accounting of why the WIV altered and then removed online records of its work with RaTG13 and other viruses.”

Other reports claim that WIV was carrying out research infecting humanized mice with a novel bat SARS coronaviruses in 2019, and years earlier a video was released showing WIV scientists working with little or no protective gear while working with live viruses. According to GMWATCH:

“The Chinese news report was meant to showcase the work of Shi Zhengli and her WIV team but what comes across … is ‘a shocking disregard for safety when handling potentially infectious bats both in the wild and in the lab.’ As a result of this lax attitude, WIV bat researchers end up getting bitten and scratched by virus-laden bats, as is clear from the video, which even shows one researcher’s arm swelling after a bat bite.”

Given the glaring need for a thorough and independent investigation into a possible laboratory leak, many have called for Daszak to step down from the WHO investigatory team, as evidence ramps up that a laboratory leak cannot be ruled out.

In an editorial published in the Journal of Human Security, Colin Butler of the Australian National University, a former WHO adviser who not only worked in China but also previously worked with Daszak, argued there is “striking” evidence that COVID-19 may have leaked from a lab.

If the theory is proven, Butler concluded, “then it should be considered an equally powerful, indeed frightening, signal that we are in danger, from hubris as much as from ignorance.” As for Daszak, Butler noted, “He probably sincerely believes in his work but he has built an empire around the idea that zoonoses [animal to human infections] are the most important thing in the world.”

New Defense chief orders stand-down to rid ranks of 'racists and extremists'

The Pentagon has admitted it's unsure how to address the problem or even how serious it is, but the newly confirmed secretary of defense has ordered a stand-down with the ultimate objective of removing white nationalists from the ranks.

Lloyd Austin, the first black defense secretary, emphasized in his confirmation hearing Wednesday the need to rid the military of "racists and extremists."

He didn't say how long the stand-downs pausing military activity would last or how commanders would address the issue.

Pentagon spokesman John Kirby said military leaders must show progress in combating extremism after current and former military servicemembers were found to have participated in the siege of the U.S. Capitol on Jan. 6, Reuters reported.

The wire service noted, however, that the Pentagon has not said how it will deal with extremism and has not presented data estimating how many service members hold white nationalist ideology.

"We don't know how we're going to be able to get after this in a meaningful, productive, tangible way and that is why he had this meeting today and that is why he certainly ordered this stand-down," Kirby told reporters.

Today, I met with senior leaders to discuss extremism in the military. As a first step, I'm ordering a stand down to occur over the next 60 days so each service, each command and each unit can have a deeper conversation about this issue. It comes down to leadership. Everyone’s. pic.twitter.com/wbC21hdHaV

— Secretary of Defense Lloyd J. Austin III (@SecDef) February 4, 2021

Last week, without specifying any threat, the Department of Homeland Security issued a national terrorism bulletin warning that the Capitol riot may embolden extremists to stage additional attacks against the government.

The DHS said there's "a heightened threat environment across the United States" that "will persist" in the wake of Joe Biden's inauguration Jan. 20.

"Information suggests that some ideologically-motivated violent extremists with objections to the exercise of governmental authority and the presidential transition, as well as other perceived grievances fueled by false narratives, could continue to mobilize to incite or commit violence," said the bulletin, which was issued by acting Homeland Security Secretary David Pekoske.

There was no mention of any ideological or political affiliation, but the DHS said individuals "could continue to mobilize a broad range of ideologically-motivated actors to incite or commit violence."

The AP said the bulletin, issued through the department's National Terrorism Advisory System, is "notable because it effectively places the Biden administration into the politically charged debate over how to describe or characterize acts motivated by political ideology and suggests that it sees violence aimed at overturning the election as akin to terrorism."

House Democrats have introduced a bill on domestic terrorism that is aimed at conservatives, warns former Rep. Tulsi Gabbard, D-Hawaii,

Introduced by Rep. Adam Schiff, D-Calif., the Domestic Terrorism Prevention Act of 2021 would undermine constitutional rights of "almost half of the country," she said in an interview with Fox News host Brian Kilmeade.

"We don't have to guess about where this goes or how this ends," said Gabbard, who now serves as an Army Reserve civil affairs officer at a base in California.

Gabbard, who distinguished herself in the 2020 primary by criticizing some of the far-left views of her opponents, noted the recent remarks of former CIA Director John Brennan in an MSNBC interview.

Brennan said the Biden team was "moving in laser-light fashion" to uncover "insurgency" movements that are part of an "unholy alliance" of "religious extremists, authoritarians, fascists, bigots, racists, nativists, even libertarians."

He said "law enforcement, homeland security, intelligence and even the defense officials are doing everything possible to root out what seems to be a very, very serious and insidious threat to our democracy and our republic."

Gabbard told Fox News that the problem will come into focus as the Biden administration builds its profile of a potential extremist.

"What are we talking about? Religious extremists, are we talking about Christians, evangelical Christians?" she asked. "What is a religious extremist? Is it somebody who is pro-life? I mean, where do you take this?"

Gabbard continued: "You start looking at, OK, well, obviously you have to be a white person, obviously likely male. Libertarians. Well, anybody who loves freedom, liberty, maybe has an American flag their house or people who, you know, attended a Trump rally."

She said that "once you start walking this down the path, you see where it leads to a very dangerous undermining of our civil liberties, our freedoms in our Constitution, and a targeting of almost half of the country."

Kilmeade asked Gabbard if she thought the Democrats' talk about "deprogramming" Trump supporters relates to the domestic terrorism effort.

"I think it does, very directly," the congresswoman replied.

“This whole effort, whether you’re talking about this bill or people saying that we have to deprogram these Trump cultists and people who voted for Trump because they’ve been radicalized, all of this just goes to further tear our country apart,” Gabbard warned.

The unholy trinity that hides election-fraud truth from the people

ORIGINAL LINK

The American public deserves the truth – from its politicians and from any and all media. This should be a noncontroversial statement. But it is controversial, apparently. Not only are we not being told the truth; we are being prevented from hearing the truth told to us by anyone who has it – or is actively seeking it. We are increasingly unable to even access information we could use to form our own independent assessments of what is true and what is not. This is appalling, and we must demand that it stop.

Our national press has a long history of keeping the truth from us – and even telling outright lies when doing so fits its preferred narrative (or helps its preferred political candidate). The press' manipulation of the flow of information has been exposed time and time again.

For decades, America had the politicians/press one-two punch: Politicians lie, and the left-wing media cover up for them – at least if they're Democrats.

Until talk radio and the advent of the internet, the public had few sources outside of newspapers and major TV networks, which gave "journalists" (and their pet politicians) a de facto monopoly on the flow of information. But those newer media – to which social media was added even more recently – meant that anyone investigating stories traditional media chose to spin (or ignore altogether) had new platforms for reaching people who were unsatisfied with lies, half-truths and information blackouts.

Now that, too, has been throttled. In place of the old one-two punch, we now have the unholy trinity: Politicians lie; traditional media cover for them; and the Big Tech social media companies (Google, Facebook, Twitter, YouTube) demonetize, deplatform and otherwise censor any information they don't want the American public to have.

We're told these steps are necessary to protect the public from being hornswoggled by unreliable sources peddling "fake news" – like concerns about election fraud.

Bunk.

First of all, as noted above, the traditional media has a lousy track record when it comes to deciding what's true and what isn't, and – oddly – those decisions seem to consistently coincide with the personal and professional interests of left-wing politicians.

Second, what's "unreliable" is a matter of some debate.

Take the National Enquirer, for example. Traditionally known as a gossip rag that peddles unsubstantiated stories from unidentified sources, it was nevertheless the Enquirer that, in the early 2000s, broke the story about Democratic presidential contender John Edwards' affair with Rielle Hunter. Edwards was a Democratic Party golden boy, and so – unsurprisingly – the "reliable" media had largely ignored rampant rumors about Edwards' extramarital liaisons – and the child those liaisons had produced.

If the social media companies are going to follow in the legacy media's footsteps, there's no reason to think their decisions will be any better. Indeed, it's evident that those decisions are even worse.

Dennis Prager's organization, Prager University, or PragerU, publishes popular videos expounding on conservative policy positions. YouTube was sued for blocking and demonetizing PragerU's videos, effectively preventing it from reaching its intended audience and crippling its business model. PragerU lost; the judge held that YouTube is a private company that can publish whatever and whoever it likes.

YouTube has been emboldened by this decision and now routinely deplatforms or demonetizes videos with conservative content in ways that even some traditional liberals – like Glenn Greenwald and Matt Taibbi – warn is dangerous and destructive to a free society.

The Epoch Times just announced that it has been demonetized by YouTube. One may dislike the conservative editorial posture of the Epoch Times – just as one may dislike the progressive bent of The New York Times – but the Epoch Times is a legitimate newspaper with actual investigative journalists. Who are the social media companies to say that the Epoch Times cannot disseminate information it has for its readership?

Ah, but the Epoch Times' alleged crime is its ongoing reporting about election fraud. The powers that be have decided that there was no fraud, there can be no discussion about fraud, and any attempt to provide information about fraud will be shut down.

The social media companies have no right to deprive Americans of information on this issue – or any other. Contrary to what we are being told, litigation, investigations and legislative efforts are ongoing in states across the country:

  • In Virginia in October, a judge ruled that accepting mailed-in ballots that arrived without postmarks after Election Day was unconstitutional and banned the practice going forward.
  • Maricopa County, Arizona, has just begun a forensic audit of votes cast in the 2020 presidential election, and a resolution has been introduced in the Arizona Senate to hold the Maricopa County Board of Supervisors in contempt for its refusal to turn over information and equipment ordered by subpoena.
  • In Michigan, election officials have been ordered to turn over information to ongoing investigations into state election procedures.
  • And states across the country – especially those with Republican-controlled legislatures – are expected to push for election-integrity legislation in advance of the 2022 midterm elections.

Much of this is being driven by widespread concerns about vote fraud that preceded the 2020 election and were exacerbated by it. Americans have a right to get the information they want about this issue and others – and a right to make their own determinations. We are not just going to accept what we're told to believe, especially when those who have the most to lose from truth seem hell-bent on preventing us from finding it.

‘Professor Lockdown’ Modeler Neil Ferguson Resigns in Disgrace

ORIGINAL LINK

Editor's Note:  Of course we know exactly why virtually every single government used this idiot's totally bogus models.  Because it's what they needed to justify every destructive policy that they wanted to impose on free humanity!  They all knew this guy had a track record of totally bogus models and predictions.

By John Fund
NationalReview.com

Neil Ferguson is the British academic who created the infamous Imperial College model that warned Boris Johnson that, without an immediate lockdown, the coronavirus would cause 500,000 deaths and swamp the National Health Service.

Johnson’s government promptly abandoned its Sweden-like “social distancing” approach, and Ferguson’s model also influenced the U.S. to make lockdown moves with its shocking prediction of over two million Americans dead.

Johan Giesecke, the former chief scientist for the European Center for Disease Control and Prevention, has called Ferguson’s model “the most influential scientific paper” in memory. He also says it was, sadly, “one of the most wrong.”

With all of his influence, it’s not surprising British media are making a great deal about Ferguson being forced to resign from the government’s virus advisory board yesterday after revelations he had violated lockdown rules he had championed in order to conduct an affair with a married woman. Ferguson admits he made an “error of judgement and took the wrong course of action.”

Ferguson’s hypocritical violation of his beloved lockdown was the least of his errors in judgment. His incompetence and insistence on doomsday models is far worse.

It’s Not a Vaccine!

ORIGINAL LINK

The brilliant Dr David Martin leads a Zoom discussion between himself and Dr Judy Mikovits, Robert F Kennedy Jr and Dr Rocco Galati in this excerpt from the January 5th, 2021 two-hour online event, “Focus on Fauci”, investigating the man who has been the Globalists’ point man in destroying millions of lives.

He says, “Let’s stipulate that this is not a vaccine. We need to be really clear. We’re using the term ‘vaccine’ to sneak this thing under public health exemption.

“This is not a vaccine. This is an mRNA packaged in a fat envelope, that is delivered to a cell. It is a medical device designed to stimulate the human cell into becoming a pathogen-creator. It is not a vaccine.

“Vaccines are actually a legally-defined term and they’re a legally-defined term under public health law and they’re a legally-defined term under CDC and FDA standards and a vaccine, specifically has to stimulate both an immunity within the person receiving it but it also has to disrupt transmission. And that is not what this is.

“They have been abundantly clear in saying that the mRNA strand that is going into the cell is not to stop transmission. It is a treatment. But if it was discussed as a ‘treatment’, it would not get the sympathetic ear of public health authorities, because then, people wold say, ‘Well, what other treatments are there?’

“The use of the term ‘vaccine’ is unconscionable…Remember, Moderna was started as a chemotherapy company for cancer, not as a vaccine manufacturer for SARS…

“If we said, ‘We’re going to give people prophylactic therapy for the cancer they don’t have, you’d be laughed out of a room because it’s a stupid idea. That’s exactly what this is.”

For a treasure trove of information about the criminal scamdemic, the KickThemAllOut Project has assembled a massive online library, where you can find out the truth about everything related to COVID-19: the fraudulent testing procedure, the fake case and death numbers, who Dr. Fauci really is, who Bill Gates really is, the truth about the vaccine industry and the dangers of their products and more.

‘At First I Thought It Was a Joke’: Academic Media Censorship Conference Censored by YouTube

ORIGINAL LINK

LRC-share.jpg

An academic critical media literacy conference warning of the dangers of media censorship has, ironically, been censored by YouTube. The Critical Media Literacy Conference of the Americas 2020 took place without incident online over two days in October and featured a number of esteemed speakers and panels discussing issues concerning modern media studies.

Weeks later, however, the entire video record of the conference — estimated at around 24 hours of material — disappeared from YouTube. Organizer Nolan Higdon of California State University East Bay, began receiving worried messages from other academics, some of which were shared with MintPress, who had been using the material in their classrooms, noting that it had all mysteriously disappeared.

“At first I thought it was a joke,” said Mickey Huff of Diablo Valley College, California. “My initial reaction was ‘that’s absurd;’ there must have been a mistake or an accident or it must have got swept under somehow. There is no violation, there was no reasoning, there was no warning, there was not an explanation, there was no nothing. The entire channel was just gone,” he told MintPress. Huff is also the director of Project Censored, an organization that sponsored the event.

Higdon suspected that it was the content critical of big tech monopolies like Google, YouTube, Facebook, and Twitter that was the reason why the channel was deleted. “Each video was a different panel and every panel had different people from the other ones, so it is not like there was one theme or person or copyrighted content in all of our videos; this seems to be an attack on the conference, not on a singular video,” he said.

“This wasn’t a keg party with Parler users”

The organizers were careful to avoid copyright infringement, with the large majority of their videos in lecture format, essentially a recorded Zoom call. Speakers included some of the best-known names in media studies, with the event sponsored by institutions like Stanford University and UCLA. “This wasn’t a keg party with Parler users: it was an academic conference,” Huff said.

These are pioneering figures in critical media literacy scholarship. It’s mind numbing that all of this was just disappeared from YouTube. The irony is writ large…This is part of a potentially algorithmic way of getting rid of more radical positions that criticize establishment media systems, including journalism.”

Higdon too, suspected YouTube’s action was politicized: “This is the same year we saw big tech trying to influence Prop 22 here in California, so I am not too surprised that they would be aggressive with folks like us who are critical of media corporations.”

Organizers say they attempted to contact YouTube but did not receive a reply.

MintPress spoke to representatives from Google, YouTube’s parent company, who strenuously denied that they would ever remove content from their platforms purely because it was critical of the company, noting that there is a wealth of videos on the website that challenge or attack them. After looking into the matter, Google said they could find only one video and reinstated it (although the video does not appear on the conference’s channel). As for the hours of other footage, that remains an enigma to them, with no record of its existence. Thus, it appears that there will be no closure or a definitive answer to this mystery.

Algorithms take aim

Media literacy, big tech power, and censorship are hot topics right now. In the wake of the dramatic storming of the Capitol Building earlier this month, a host of companies, including Google, Facebook, YouTube, Twitter, and Instagram, took actions against Donald Trump, limiting his and his supporters’ ability to communicate online. Perhaps most notably, however, Google, Apple, and Amazon Web Services launched a coordinated assault on “free speech app” Parler, a service popular with the far-right for its lax laws on racism. Together, the three effectively took the service offline around the world.

More recently, the Wall Street Bets subreddit, responsible for intentionally sinking a multi-billion dollar hedge fund, has endured retaliation, its communications channels cut by messaging app Discord, amid calls to immediately criminalize their behavior.

While the pros and cons of such decisions can, and have been, debated, the bigger question of should privately-owned companies be allowed to have the power to regulate who can and cannot speak online, has largely been downplayed.

“On the one hand I understand they have the right to deplatform people,” Huff told MintPress. “On a broader level though, I don’t think they should have achieved this kind of power over our communication systems in the first place, and these should be publicly run platforms regulated the same way our government regulates and enforces the First Amendment.”

Higdon was equally worried about the power amassed by the tech giants. “By empowering these tech companies to decide what is and is not appropriate, they are going to look out for their vested interests, and people who are critical of their business model and practices are going to be targets,” he said, predicting that,

These lefties right now who are advocating for censorship…the outcome of this is going to be on them.”

If history is any judge, he will be proven correct. In the wake of the 2016 election and the allegations that Russian disinformation swung the result in Trump’s favor, social media companies changed their algorithms to help halt the spread of fake news. The main result, however, was a throttling of traffic to high-quality alternative news sites and the promotion of corporate media like CNN and Fox News. Overnight, Consortium News’ Google traffic fell by 47%, Common Dreams’ by 37%, Democracy Now! By 36% and The Intercept by 19%. MintPress suffered similar, unrecoverable losses.

Likewise, Facebook CEO Mark Zuckerberg personally approved the deliberate choking of alternative media, admitting that his company deranked Mother Jones because of its left-wing persuasion (despite Facebook’s assurances that it was doing no such thing). Other, more radical outlets have suffered even greater reductions in traffic.

Anti-social media

Whatever decisions big tech companies make reverberate throughout society. 35, 24, and 17% of Americans get their news from Facebook, YouTube, and Twitter, respectively, with similar numbers worldwide. This enormous user base makes them by far the greatest and most influential news platforms on the planet, with the ability to highlight stories, bury others, and even swing elections. Huff was extremely worried about the power of these new media monopolies.

“We can’t get away from the fact that Google, Facebook, YouTube, Twitter, the whole corporate Alphabet soup of this big tech dystopia have gobbled up the public sphere. This is where people can go to congregate and share their information and it is also where invisible forces decide which voices get heard and which do not. Let’s also not forget that all of this tech was initially funded with taxpayer money.”

Worse still, although we now live in an online world, the public is hopelessly ill-equipped to navigate its waters, displaying a shocking lack of awareness and understanding of how they can be manipulated.

A 2016 study from Stanford University found that two-thirds of college-aged “digital natives” — people who grew up using the Internet — mistook native advertising for a genuine news story, even with the words “sponsored content” displayed prominently. “Overall, young people’s ability to reason about the information on the Internet can be summed up in one word: bleak,” the study concluded, leading to calls for more critical media literacy education in schools. “Since we are not teaching people how to use these technologies, or how these technologies use them, they are more susceptible to propaganda and to disinformation. And ironically our conference was designed to combat exactly that problem,” Huff added.

Perhaps more worrying of all is the increasingly close connections between Silicon Valley and the National Security State. “What Lockheed Martin was to the twentieth century…technology and cyber-security companies will be to the twenty-first,” wrote Google executives Eric Schmidt and Jared Cohen. Late last year, the CIA signed a partnership deal worth tens of billions of dollars with Microsoft, Google, Oracle, IBM, and Amazon Web Services. Meanwhile, Facebook has partnered with the NATO cutout organization the Atlantic Council to help them curate the world’s news feeds. Reddit has also hired Atlantic Council official Jessica Ashooh as its director of policy.

The Atlantic Council’s board of directors includes eight former CIA chiefs, multiple U.S. Army Generals, and high statespeople like Henry Kissinger and Condoleezza Rice, meaning that any decisions big tech companies make are only one step removed from the U.S. government. “This is actually [state] censorship by proxy,” Higdon warned.

“These companies, we know thanks to Edward Snowden and others, have contracts with the Federal government. There is a revolving door between particularly the Democratic Party and big tech, and there are also various loans and government protections given to this industry. So this is not some independent set of entities making this decision.”

“If 1984’s protagonist Winston Smith were a real character today he’d be a fact checker at Facebook or a content curator at YouTube, relegating to the dustbins of history whatever programmers are told to or whatever keywords our conference triggered,” Huff added.

Big tech has repeatedly acted at the behest of the U.S. government to silence its international opponents, suspending the accounts of foreign leaders like Venezuela’s Nicolas Maduro or Iran’s Ayatollah Khamenei or deranking foreign media outlets like RT and TeleSUR.

It is in this light that the deletion of the Critical Media Literacy Conference of the Americas can be seen; not as a deliberate decision by an angry Google employee intent on revenge, but as the result of a powerful and Byzantine algorithm designed by Silicon Valley executives who are intimately intertwined with both the government and the corporate world. There is little oversight of their power or recourse to their decisions, given their enormous influence over public life today.

Huff was particularly sardonic about the whole affair:

There are layers of irony here that are certainly not lost on us. But I don’t know if the public at large is realizing the attack that is happening against the very people that are the intellectual bulwark against such institutional censorship. I’m not trying to make us out to be martyrs here, but my point is that I think it has a particular irony when the very public intellectuals who try to educate the public about how these systems work are silenced,” he said.

The Lies Of the Borg Are the Glue That Binds

ORIGINAL LINK

The Borg are an alien group that appear as recurring antagonists in the Star Trek franchise. The Borg are cybernetic organisms linked in a hive mind called “the Collective”. The Borg co-opt the technology and knowledge of other alien species to the Collective through the process of “assimilation”: forcibly transforming individual beings into “drones” by injecting nanoprobes into their bodies and surgically augmenting them with cybernetic components. The Borg’s ultimate goal is “achieving perfection”…

– SOURCE

You will be assimilated.  Resistance is futile.

– The Borg

Ironically, this article begins with an epilogue.  It is because what began four years ago with a dream to Make America Great Again® has now become the nightmare of a collectivist coup and The New Domestic War on Terror®.

For years now, I have speculated on the presidency of Donald Trump as the “bleeding of the brake lines before the big stop”.  Unfortunately, it now appears that speculation has been answered in the affirmative, because it happened:  America has been assimilated into The Collective.

In my last article on The Borg, I took a very hard-line approach on Trump as a Judas Goat hired by The Borg to trick patriotic Americans into a trap.  After all, the only obstacles that remained in the way of The Borg’s “Great Reset” were the U.S. Constitution and those who would defend the nation as founded.  And, yet, a U.S. President who promised to make America great again and swore an oath on a Bible to uphold said Constitution has surrendered the country to a stolen election and foreign governance.

Regardless of anyone’s particular position on President Trump, it is good to have these discussions – especially prior to whatever Citizen Trump may do next. Before the former president begins a crusade on voting integrity, or forms the Trump Patriot Party® or a new Trump Media® Empire, it is wise to debate at least the possibility of him as a traitor to his base.

Certainly, online articles and comments can inform, but this writer views blog posts as a forum to primarily share perspectives and opinions. Although some of my articles are posted to provoke thought, or even persuade, I, mainly write to test ideas and, hopefully, generate comments and views that will enlarge my own perspectives on any given issue and, potentially, even change my mind.

Admittedly, the process often requires assuming a role and relentlessly hammering specific ideological positions.

So perhaps I am, or am not, the wild-eyed Trump hater as presented in my previous article. Either way, I wanted to force the conversation to the point of receiving push back from online commenters whom I respect. Perhaps unsurprisingly, in testing loyalties to Trump, I have mostly received feedback from those who are not yet willing to pronounce harsh judgment on the former president; perhaps out of residual love for his accomplishments and boldness, or because of how he has agitated the snowflakes in such gratifying ways, or a myriad of other reasons.

Yet, I’ve seen no unequivocal evidence that Trump is genuinely who he has presented himself to be; other than The Borg’s apparent oppression of the man, which could have been part of The Borg’s plan of distraction from the beginning. Moreover, as of this time, the outcome of Trump’s presidency has not been overly positive for his supporters; to say the least. Therefore, any remaining loyalty to Trump among his base seems to be visceral – in the same way, perhaps, we might make excuses and allowances for a beloved friend or family member.

When Trump didn’t fully release the Operation Hurricane documentation prior to the 2018 midterms, people said: “He is filling the courts with conservative judges first!” He was always playing 4-D chess or “he’s setting a trap” such as the “watermarked ballots”, etc. Then it was the executive order on foreign interference in elections, a brilliant plan for the “Stop the Steal” on January 6, 2021, and then the national guard in D.C. to arrest the Deep State cabal on January 20, 2021. Even now, some claim the country will be taken back by mid-March or sometime in April. And, yes, it appears Q-anon has played a role in some of the speculations.

But the feedback that gave me the most pause on my last article was as follows from a commenter called Thunderbird:

And speaking of the swamp did Trump not say he was going to expose the swamp creatures; or rather drain the swamp so everyone could see the creatures in it? Well he certainly exposed them. So what now?

Admittedly, Trump did do that. But does it mean Trump is real and still has the means to achieve effective political solutions? Or does it mean President Trump was installed by The Borg to facilitate specific outcomes, demoralize Deplorables, and to demonstrate the futility of resistance?

Perhaps Trump does have some more tricks up his sleeve. Anything is possible. Even so, after all we have witnessed so far, I fail to see how any next moves made by Trump will be anything more than Opposition Lite – just like his presidency over the last four years; and anyone refusing to acknowledge that contention may remain continually caught up in distractions and have difficulty facing the reality of America’s future.

It seems people always say “hindsight is 20/20” in sort of a disparaging, sardonic, or, even, self-deprecating way. However, hindsight can be a good thing if embraced as closure prior to making a new start. Because now we know:  The Borg has assimilated the entire government of the United States. And this is why the GOP, U.S. institutions, and the justice system have all completely collapsed.

The Latin term for this type of assimilation is solve et coagula which means to “dissolve and coagulate”.

Even so, there remain millions of Trump supporters who believe the Democrats have obtained power illegally through fraudulent elections.  It means a large segment of the American population will NOT be persuaded by the lies which bind The Borg. Obviously, this… shall we say… lack of acceptance represents a threat to The Borg in the same way an honest child might jeopardize the fashion show hosted by a naked emperor.  And, this is why Washington D.C. more resembles North Korea currently, as censorship now trends throughout all of The Borg’s media.

Certainly, The Borg fears facts because facts reveal the lies of The Borg. To The Borg, truth is resistance.  Therefore, The Borg now claims thoughtcrime may give rise to potential terrorism. It’s called “terrorism” because any sort of decentralized disruption would threaten The Borg’s very existence.  In fact, the War on Terror is a matter of survival to The Borg.  But, what The Borg now assigns as terror was once called free speech and freedom of association in America.

Why did this happen?  Because the billionaires own all of the biggest media bullhorns, and the lies they propagate are the means to gaslight the public.  This is merely The Borg’s method of manufacturing consent. The lies become narratives and the narratives form beliefs that people act upon in faith.

Honestly, it appears the lies of The Borg have become a new religion of sorts, complete with the accoutrements of faith that separate the believers from the terrorists.

As written in my last article on The Borg:

What do you get when you mind-meld collectivists and useful idiots into The Technocracy?

The Borg.

It is an apt description because people must assimilate into The Borg system or be considered as dead to the system. You are either assimilated, or targeted to be assimilated, or you must die. We are forced to choose because it is their system. It is their grid. They are The Matrix.

In truth, however, that is their illusion and the key to their destruction.

In the precepts of Marxism, there is, undeniably, a fanatically religious aspect to “The Greater Good” complete with its own morality and law; The Greater Good of course, being the survival of The Collective.  But even that is a lie.  Look to all of the purges throughout history to see how The Greater Good has always been primarily about the survival of the Queen Bees in the hive.

Now substitute the word “Marxism” in the above paragraph with “Covid-19”. Do you see it now?

The Borg has assimilated America; and the reason The Borg has done this is to ensure its own survival.  But even more than that, The Borg desires perfection to point of achieving transhumanism through the merger of bio-technology, artificial intelligence, and the technological singularity.  It seems they wish to evolve into gods and, as some believe, fulfill a promise dating all the way back to the Garden of Eden and The Fall of Man.  And given the fact The Borg has now swallowed the entire U.S. Government, this provides an entirely new perspective on the separation of church and state, does it not?

Politics defines mankind’s relations with each other whereas theology addresses Man’s relations to what is perceived by Man as The Greater Construct. It seems throughout history a fundamental conflict has consistently reoccurred between brute survival and the… shall we say… Long View of the Greater Perception.

And what is the Greater Perception? Some would call it spiritual truth, or law, or reason, or accepting Jesus Christ as Savior, or eternal principles, or, even, unselfish love for others.

Greater love hath no man than this, that a man lay down his life for his friends.

– John 15:13

Except The Borg has twisted the Biblical standard of love into people sacrificing their lives for The Borg.  This is being done through deception and currently being administrated by the highest offices of American government, transnational corporations, and globalist organizations.  And, unfortunately, there appears to be little or no resistance at the national or global levels.

Therefore, in the vacuum of genuine leadership, the time has come for those who cherish the individual, and liberty, to abandon party politics and become the anti-borg.

Just as former presidential candidate Ron Paul once stated:  “In a time of universal deceit, telling the truth becomes a revolutionary act“, so does maintaining one’s Higher Perception become revolutionary during times of lawless tyranny.

English philosopher John Locke claimed:   “The end of law is not to abolish or restrain, but to preserve and enlarge freedom. For in all the states of created beings capable of law, where there is no law, there is no freedom.”  This means, in a lawless nation, the governing authorities will always attempt to extinguish freedom.  It is happening now:  An illegal authority expects to enforce its own laws.  And that is the very definition of tyranny.

Those who maintain a Higher Perception have an understanding of Natural Law and “certain unalienable Rights, that among these are Life, Liberty and the pursuit of Happiness”. And, certainly, none of these are bestowed by The Borg.  In fact, all The Borg has to offer are deception and political power growing from the barrels of guns.   Their guns, that is; and that is why The Borg must now have your guns.  Because no more political power for you.

It’s true The Borg now has the advantages of deception and technology but it’s also a fact the anti-borg has the modern perspective of history; including the insights of former Soviet dissident and historian Aleksandr Solzhenitsyn:

And how we burned in the camps later, thinking: What would things have been like if every security operative, when he went out at night to make an arrest, had been uncertain whether he would return alive and had to say good-bye to his family? Or if, during periods of mass arrests, as for example in Leningrad, when they arrested a quarter of the entire city, people had not simply sat there in their lairs, paling with terror at every bang of the downstairs door and at every step on the staircase, but had understood they had nothing left to lose and had boldly set up in the downstairs hall an ambush of half a dozen people with axes, hammers, pokers, or whatever else was at hand? After all, you knew ahead of time that those bluecaps were out at night for no good purpose. And you could be sure ahead of time that you’d be cracking the skull of a cutthroat.

― Aleksandr Solzhenitsyn, The Gulag Archipelago 1918–1956

In comparing the civil rights leaders Martin Luther King, Jr. and Gandhi, activist Malcolm X once claimed Gandhi was a big black elephant sitting on top of a little white mouse and King was a little black mouse sitting on top of a big white elephant.

The Borg knows it’s a little mouse riding an elephant harnessed by technology and this is why the new gulags have been digitally and robotically enhanced. It’s why the switches and gates are now being closed via the Covid lockdowns and the vaccine agenda. The Borg fully expects to inject all Americans with genetic software while licensing The People’s firearms and electronically billing their insurance companies for precautionary anal swabs.  And if American’s don’t cooperate, then forced mandates will soon occur under extreme duress in the wake of more false flags, or war, and martial law.

So what should be the response of the anti-borg?

The ideal would be to become the opposite of The Borg.

The anti-borg answers The Borg’s call for global centralization and digital cash, with local decentralization, barter, and genuine value.

Whatever The Borg seeks to bind, the anti-borg sets loose:

The Borg believes its survival is paramount.

The Borg believes people must assimilate into its system because it is The Borg’s grid and they are The Matrix.

The Borg believes resistance is futile.

The Borg believes the entire earth belongs to them.

The Borg believes its illegitimate laws will be enforced and obeyed by human drones willing to trade their souls for status and security in an ersatz empire.

The Borg believes its destiny is secured through technology.

The Borg believes its army of drones and robots are superior to human dignity.

Of course, these are just a few of the lies that glue The Borg together. Yet the illusions are far more fragile than The Borg can comprehend.

If the Borg binds The Collective through fear and lies, the anti-borg responds with random dismantling, on an individual basis, with courage and truth. When areas of vulnerability are identified, the anti-borg questions what can be won, separately, and in the right places at the right times. The anti-borg is a randomly accidental array of anonymous glitches in the system.

What can be won?

The anti-borg acts individually to defeat deception with truth while esteeming courage above cowardice, and faith over fear. Unlike The Borg’s beastly concern for dominance as its means to survive, the anti-borg enjoys the Long Perspective of Eternal Principles; as these transcend death.

The anti-borg values fundamentals like constitutional law, life, liberty, and the pursuit of happiness over political correctness and political party dialectics. The anti-borg appreciates the grand inevitability of historical and generational transitions with clarity and humility.

The anti-borg prepares and decides. It is cautious, and will not cast its pearls before swine. It chooses its options carefully, deliberately, and has identified which hill to die upon. The anti-borg sets realistic priorities and realizes what it does now and next are all that matter.

The anti-borg understands the divisions in the military and law enforcement and identifies them by their actions:

…as long as Mr. Security Agent remembers that he swore the same oath that millions of Americans swore, to defend the Constitution against all enemies, foreign and domestic, he will certainly not permit himself to take part in gun confiscation raids. But if he does, well, let’s be frank: tens of millions of Americans would then consider him to be the very domestic enemy that they swore to defend the Constitution against.

The anti-borg has an understanding of the Long View of the Greater Perception and knows what is at stake at all times:

For what shall it profit a man, if he shall gain the whole world, and lose his own soul?

– Mark 8:36

Cities, counties, and entire regions can be secured when constitutionally-committed law enforcement agents coordinate with current civil administrations.  But the heads of select institutions and agencies must collaborate quickly and decisively to achieve self-sufficiency before The Borg assimilates them all.

Disbanding the glue that binds The Borg requires its illusions be shattered by surprise solutions – applied at the right time in the right locations.

What can be won?

The answers to that question are what the Borg fears most and this is why challenging The Borg’s illegitimacy has been labeled as “terror”. It fears “Irish Democracy” because no “conspicuous rebels” mean there are none for The Borg to “crucify for the edification of the public”.

So turn off the television, ignore the news, and courageously challenge the lies which bind The Borg.  Splinter and split the illusions from within, or out on the walls, in the shadows, just ahead, or around the corner: at times anonymous and apart, while making a stand or on the run.  In the words of musical artist Lou Reed:  “break up into a million pieces and fly into the sun”.

Unanswered questions shadow NIH-funded Wuhan lab that performed COVID research pre-pandemic

Critical questions continue to surround a series of coronavirus research projects performed at a viral laboratory in Wuhan, China just prior to the start of the pandemic there, with significant amounts of the funding sourced to the National Institutes of Health by way of a science nonprofit.

UK COVID Conundrum: The Mysterious Case Of Disappearing Flu

UK COVID Conundrum: The Mysterious Case Of Disappearing Flu

Authored by Banson Wilcott via Principia-Scientific.com,

At the end of 2020 many statisticians, doctors and independent scientists noticed something amiss about this extraordinary year. The Office of National Statistics, Public Health England shows that the numbers for death from influenza and those from Covid-19 are askew.

Despite the media and government pandemic presentations, we need to step back and consider the larger picture.

Sometimes it is difficult to see the forest for the trees, but perhaps we have succumbed to seeing a single tree and ignoring the rest of the forest.

Is the fact that one virus has suddenly been given a name, Covid-19, (with wildly hyped media coverage) taken our focus off the overall reality of the annual flu season group of viruses? Has one name and media hype highjacked our lives?

With the 2019–2020 flu season, there have been a number of reports of Covid-19 illnesses in the UK and USA well before the end of 2020. Just today there was a report of Covid-19 illnesses in China as early as August, 2019.

Until the introduction of the PCR test for Covid-19 in late February, Covid-19 cases and deaths did not exist. This gives the impression that the virus appeared just then, while it was undoubtedly present much earlier as part of the flu season, from numerous anecdotal reports. Various reports indicate symptoms typical of Covid-19 in the U.S. as early as November–December, 2019 and likely even earlier.

With growing attention given to the virus and the increasing availability of PCR testing, we started receiving regular accounts of the number “cases” of the virus. Stepping back a bit and looking at general numbers and ignoring the contentious PCR accuracy regarding positive and negative cases, we see an overall pattern that is very similar to past flu seasons. Cases of flu-like illness generally start in October/November and last until March or April in the UK.

The observation can be made that this fairly well describes the 2019–2020 flu season, including Covid-19. The 2019–2020 Covid-19 death numbers appear as a spike because there was no PCR test until about the middle of the flu season, giving the impression that Covid-19 physically appeared late in the season. No, the test appeared late in the season. Despite the testing results, the UK government actually declared the pandemic over in March, but then, oddly, imposed a lockdown a week or two later.

The government declaration of the pandemic’s end can be considered innocently valid and devoid of politics. The advent of lockdowns and more could then be considered political. [So often, when an event occurs, the first observations prove to be the most honest, while the spin and changes come later.]

Much confusion has been generated by different accounting systems regarding illnesses and deaths. There are disparities in the cause of death, whether with the virus or without, and with an over reliance on the PCR test. In addition, many Covid-19 cases were diagnosed solely from symptoms, ignoring the fact that such symptoms are often seen during the flu season.

The observation that some people loose their sense of smell and taste with Covid-19 clearly ignores that these effects occur in every flu season, but now people are told that this is diagnostic for Covid-19. [Dogs are animals and can have spots, but all spotted animals are not dogs.]

We have always taken these symptoms in stride and happily waited until our senses returned. Suddenly, these symptoms are unique and diagnostic of Covid-19. It simply defies reality. If they suddenly reported that you could get a flesh-eating disease from a hang-nail, we would suddenly start considering every incipient hang-nail as a life-threatening event, when, in fact, they are not.

No careful lines have been defined to tell whether deaths have been due to a single virus, multiple viruses, comorbidities (conditions already burdening an individual’s health), or a virus with complications, such as pneumonia. Bacterial pneumonia often has a chance to take hold when one’s lungs are compromised by a flu-type illness. [Note that subsequent pneumonia is not a comorbidity.] Curiously deaths from influenza in the US have recently dropped to about zero; more on this below.

Making our understanding of illness and death in the UK and other regions more difficult are the inclusion of diagnoses determined solely by the PCR test and others solely by symptoms. It is very clear that the traditional symptoms of cold and influenza broadly overlap those of Covid-19, thus making definitive diagnoses very difficult. Add to this the purported rate of false positives from the PCR test (now +97% according to the WHO) and accounting of nonlethal “cases” becomes what they call “problematic.”

To really eliminate the many possible confusions and conditions that can be placed on death rates and possible death causes, it is useful to step back and look at the overall death rate, from all causes, for a country or state. The focus here is on the UK, but the US also provides some guidance.

First, the concept of a pandemic needs to be addressed. A pandemic is the  movement of a disease, bacterial or viral, that moves around the world and has a higher than normal damaging effect. Until recently this was described as a higher than normal mortality. The definition has been changed at WHO’s website such that the flu season is now a pandemic despite death rates being within a normal range. [5] (It is also curious that the definition of herd immunity originally included the benefits of natural and vaccinated immunity, but the definition now only includes vaccinated immunity. Very curious.)

Flu season viruses move around the world every year, largely deriving from farms in Southeast Asia where flu-type viruses are exchanged and hybridized between fish, pigs, and chickens and eventually transmitted to farmers, thus starting the next round of viruses for the annual newly-defined “pandemic.” From teaching Environmental Science, I learned that there has been an effort to break this chain of virus evolution by encouraging farmers to specialize in only one major livestock, thus decreasing viral exchanges between these species. This virus hybridization (mixing) is the source of the H#N# marker recombinations that vaccine labs try to detect early for each new flu season and then attempt to offer appropriate vaccines.

The flu season in the tropics is actually all year round and, because of the humidity, virus transmission is low but constant. However, in the more temperate regions, transmission blossoms when Fall arrives and people start spending more time indoors, in a relatively closed environment, and closer to each other.

It is a bit counter intuitive that humidity (which goes with warm temperatures) decreases transmission rates. It is a good deal in the tropics, sunlight on clear days kills viruses and humidity is always on the job. Small water droplets containing virus, from speaking, coughing, sneezing, and even breathing, tend to gain weight under humid conditions and fall to the ground more quickly than under dry conditions.

Flu season in the Southern hemisphere appears to mirror the Northern hemisphere, but flu viruses are likely introduced to the south by air travel during their summer and, thus, possibly starts and dilutes their six-month later flu season over a longer period.

For all of this, it is very difficult to see the forest for the tree (Covid-19, highlighted by the PCR test), but one statistic that sums up and ignores all the various causes of death and various biases in categories is the overall death rate of a country or state [4], such as the UK, which is a well-defined population with good reporting capabilities.

There are some interesting aspects to death rates. Again, from Env. Sci. teaching, when a heat wave hits a city, as happened in Paris a number of years ago, the death rate rises as people succumb to the physiological burden of heat. However, after the heat wave is gone, the death rate tends to dip below normal for a time. This indicates that the heat wave took people who were already very frail and likely to die in the near future, in a couple of weeks or months, the old “one foot in the grave,” which is not an inaccurate description in many cases..

With cold snaps, there is also a spike in the death rate, but after it is over, there is no dip in the death rate, as it goes back to normal. This is because cold does not discriminate and kills all ages. Heat tends to impose a physiological burden on those already heavily burdened, but cold is a much simpler core temperature problem that is a critical problem for all ages.

That said, is there anything we can learn by comparing the death rates from the last year of “the Covid” and previous years? Focusing mainly on the UK as a single, well-defined population and putting aside all reporting bias and possible cause of death confusions, what do the overall death rates tell us?

It has been speculated, not unreasonable, that many more people died from Covid-19 at home, fearful, unwilling, unable to go to hospital, and thus not counted in the Covid death total.  However, overall deaths in the UK in the last year would also include those who died at home. Overall deaths effectively eliminates all biased death factors and includes deaths not immediately reported.

The excess total deaths for the UK show a well-defined peak in the 2nd quarter of 2020, from mid-March to mid-May. Looking at the age break-down, it is clear that those over 45 and particularly over 65 were most susceptible to whatever virus or viruses of the flu season were making people ill. The rest of the year showed a low (normal) death rate that was low until Fall, when the new flu season arrived, which showed then a broader peak more similar to a flu season.

It is a realism that every year more people have aged or developed infirmities that make them susceptible to a flu-like illness and/or complications. The fact that there is an annual peak does not indicate unusual illness or mortality; it’s the flu season that we have had for many years.

We need to resist the temptation to think that we are seeing something new in our world. By the same token, with a focus on flu-type infections and the elderly, it is easy to conclude just from the effective hyping of such deaths that many people are dying.

Elderly with complications die from complications all year round, just more in the flu season and this is very usual. It is curious that suddenly the public has been sensitized to the elderly death rate, as if it was a new thing. Suddenly, a virus is singling out the elderly, while, in fact, the elderly are always at risk, while the risk to other age groups varies from season to season.

It is also clear that the overall death rate in 2020 was exceeded by the five years of 1999-2003.  I need to define the death rate here, as it is based on the deaths per thousand people, which eliminates the fact that populations were lower in earlier years. It’s a given that larger population might have a higher death total from a given disease, but not a higher death rate. Diseases work on the susceptible individuals of a population and, thus, it is a proportion of the population that becomes ill or dies. [6]

That said, how does the death rate in the UK for 2020 compare to previous years?

It is clear that the death rate in the UK for 2020 was not exceptional compared to previous years.

How can that be?

If you have Covid-19 as well as influenza killing people, what is going on?  An observation has been made that, for some mysterious reason, influenza, as of April in the US, dropped to zero and continues at zero in the latest flu season.

In light of the apparent missing influenza, claims have been made that masking, distancing, and lockdowns were completely effective against influenza, but then there is no talk about its failure in stopping Covid-19, which is a virus of the same size and transmission mode.

Then, we are told that Covid is still around because people are not masking and such properly, which means influenza should also still be around in the US. Since these are infectious viruses, how can these restrictions be effective against one virus and not the other? It does not make sense.

It is also easy to find that US states with strict mandates have the same rates of PCR-positive cases as those who do not. The conjecture can be made that influenza cases are largely reported as Covid-19, based either on a positive PCR test result or on symptoms alone.

In the US, it is clear that there has been a monetary incentive for diagnosing the disease and encouraging hospitalizations. The cessation of other medical procedures and tests during this period clearly is going to lead to increased overall deaths. The fact that there appears to be no excess deaths despite this, indicates that the C-19 virus itself was not as lethal as they claim.

Overall, the death rate in the UK is not out of line with the normal death rates from other years and clearly not close to the highest in the last 22 years.  It is difficult to consider influenza deaths when there appears to be a bias toward categorizing influenza and other causes as Covid-19 deaths.

Every year and, for that matter, all year long, there is a population of health-critical individuals who may be overwhelmed by a flu-like illness and open to pneumonia complications. The questionable Covid-19 PCR test appears to be keeping the presence of Covid-19 alive, possibly detecting viruses of the current flu season.

The WHO is now admitting that that this test can be 97% false positives or more, with higher processing cycle numbers.  The argument could be made that we have an epidemic of testing.

A little exploration of the Office of National Statistics, Public Health England shows that the numbers for death from influenza and those from Covid-19 are askew.  They show 4649 cases mentioning influenza and only 380 with influenza only. This means 92% of these cases had other complicating conditions. However, the same week they report 6057 cases mentioning Covid-19 and 5387 mentioned only Covid-19, with 89% being Covid-19 only.

This defies logic. What happened to pneumonia? It is well-known that flu-like illnesses open one up to pneumonia but, according to the above numbers, 89% of deaths from this virus were ONLY from this virus. That does not correlate with the many reports of illnesses with complications and does not at all correlate with the US CDC’s report that only 6% of their Covid-19 related deaths were from Covid-19 only, which means 94% had comorbidities or complications, such as pneumonia.

This is pretty much the exact opposite of UK statistics. However, the CDC is not that far off from the UK’s own death numbers, showing a small fraction of defined Covid-19 deaths, showing 13,844 deaths from Covid and 50,000 with Covid.

One could ask what happened to influenza. There appears to be a strong tendency to list illnesses as Covid-19 to make the situation appear more dire and possibly more profitable. In the US, there is a financial incentive to diagnose Covid-19 and encourage hospitalizations.

A sad fact is that unethical medical personnel can talk people into feeling sicker than they really are, particularly when they are primed by fears of a deadly virus.  From multiple points of view, looking at the lack of a proper virus isolation and description, the highly variable Covid-19 symptoms, and the fact that a variety of viruses comprise the flu season, I believe that this undescribed virus is most likely not present anymore, but there is no way to show that it is or not because the only “evidence” is the poorly designed PCR test. It is very hard to prove a negative.

Finally, we give the last word to Tony Robbins who appears to have stumbled on to this 'conundrum' also...
