WASHINGTON, Nov 6 (Reuters) – A U.S. federal appeals court issued a stay Saturday freezing the Biden administration’s efforts to require workers at U.S. companies with at least 100 employees be vaccinated against COVID-19 or be tested weekly, citing “grave statutory and constitutional” issues with the rule.

The ruling from the United States Court of Appeals for the Fifth Circuit comes after numerous Republican-led states filed legal challenges against the new rule, which is set to take effect on Jan 4.

In a statement, Solicitor of Labor Seema Nanda said the Labor Department was “confident in its legal authority” to issue the rule, which will be enforced by the Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA).

“The Occupational Safety and Health Act explicitly gives OSHA the authority to act quickly in an emergency where the agency finds that workers are subjected to a grave danger and a new standard is necessary to protect them,” she said. “We are fully prepared to defend this standard in court.”

The stay comes two days after the Biden administration unveiled the rule, which was immediately met with vows of legal action from Republican governors and others, who argued it overstepped the administration’s legal authority. read more

The action on the private-sector vaccinations was taken under OSHA’s emergency authority over workplace safety, officials said. The rule applies to 84.2 million workers at 1.9 million private-sector employers, according to OSHA.

Saturday’s court order came in response to a joint petition from several businesses, advocacy groups, and the states of Texas, Louisiana, Mississippi, South Carolina and Utah. The rule is also facing separate legal challenges before other courts. read more

The two-page order directs the Biden administration to respond to the request for a permanent injunction against the rule by 5 p.m. Monday.

"People Don't Know The Special Fund Exists" - Feds Pay Zero Claims For COVID-19 Vaccine Injuries/Deaths

"People Don't Know The Special Fund Exists" - Feds Pay Zero Claims For COVID-19 Vaccine Injuries/Deaths

By Adam Andrzejewski, CEO/Founder of Mission: “Every Dime, Online, In Real Time.” First published in Forbes,

In fiscal year 2021, the U.S. government paid $246.9 million in claims for vaccine-related injuries and deaths. Not a single payout was related to Covid-19 vaccines.

Each person with a “provable” injury from a Covid vaccine could claim up to $379,000 from a special Covid vaccine fund set up by the federal government. The payout for death could be as high as $370,376.

However, according to an investigation, the federal government didn’t pay a penny for Covid-vaccine claims.

The special fund for these claims is called the Countermeasures Injury Compensation Program (CICP).

There were only 1,357 claims filed that alleged “injuries/deaths from the Covid vaccines,” and 53 were listed as deaths, according to recent reporting by the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services (HHS). By contrast, the self-reporting Vaccine Adverse Reporting System (VAERS) lists 16,310 deaths related to Covid vaccines. Of these, “5,326 of the deaths occurred on Day 0, 1,or 2 following vaccination[.]”

The low number of applicants to the CICP fund for injuries or death from the Covid vaccine suggests that people don’t know the special fund exists.

The “normal” vaccine fund, the National Vaccine Injury Compensation Program (VICP), has existed since 1988 and provides compensation for injuries or deaths associated with most vaccines routinely administered in the United States (such as pediatric and seasonal influenza vaccines), according to the Congressional Research Service.

Last year, this fund paid out $246.9 million in vaccine-related injuries and deaths. Payouts include $250,000 for a vaccine-caused death and $250,000 “for pain and suffering and emotional distress.” A special vaccine court handles these claims.

However, in the case of Covid-19 vaccines developed and approved under Project Warp Speed, deaths resulting from a Covid vaccine would pay out through the CICP and would pay more money than a vaccine-related death in normal times.

Since the benefit for a death caused by a Covid-19 vaccine is $370,376 for fiscal year 2021 and $50,000 per year for lost employment income (with a lifetime cap to be “generally $379,000”). So, the death benefit is $120,376 higher than for other vaccines ($250,000).

However, there is no equivalent to the VICP’s $250,000 “for pain and suffering and emotional distress” under the current Covid-19 parameters.

Here are some other differences between the two vaccine-injury funds:

  1. No attorney fees. The Covid fund is not authorized to provide reimbursement for attorneys’ fees. Therefore, lawyers have less incentive to represent claims.

  2. Injured children receive small payouts. A Covid vaccine-injured child would only be reimbursed for “reasonable medical expenses.” Since the child survived and isn’t employed, there’s no other compensation.

  3. Narrow window to file a claim. The Covid fund allows a one-year window to file a claim whereas the regular vaccine fund has a three-year window.

And sure enough, the CICP fund hasn’t paid out a dime in Covid-vaccine claims. HHS bluntly states online, “As of October 1, 2021, the CICP has not compensated any Covid-19 countermeasures claims.”

The federal government is still operating under the “public health emergency” declared by Trump administration HHS Secretary Alex Azar on February 4, 2020. This declaration created a different funding stream for claims from adverse reactions to vaccines.

Congress established the Countermeasures Injury Compensation Program (CICP) as part of the PREP Act in 2005 to encourage the rapid development and deployment of medical countermeasures during a public health emergency.

The Public Health Emergency (PHE) declaration has been renewed multiple times, most recently by Biden Administration HHS Secretary Xavier Becerra, on October 15, 2021, effective October 18, 2021. (Under federal law, the declaration lasts 90 days and can be renewed).

For the most part, since that February 4, 2020, declaration, “manufacturers, distributors, and health care providers are generally immune from legal liability (i.e., they cannot be sued for money damages in court) for losses related to the administration or use of covered countermeasures against Covid-19[,]” CRS reports.

This liability protection enabled those industry players to shift into high gear to address the pandemic without fear of lawsuits. Under the PHE declaration, the CICP funds any lawsuits related to adverse reactions proven by victims or their families

$246.9 million in non-COVID-vaccine-related claims (FY2021)

According to the VICP’s latest report dated October 2021, $4.6 billion in total compensation has been “paid over the life of the program” (which began in 1988). From 2006-2019, 6,054 claims were compensated out of the 8,516 petitions for compensation that were “adjudicated by the Court[.]”

According to the table included on page nine of the report, in fiscal year 2021 the U.S. government paid out $210.4 million to 722 petitioners, and, after adding in attorney’s fees the total U.S. taxpayer outlay was $246.9 million.

With such a complicated and bureaucratic process in place, it’s no wonder that zero Covid-vaccine claims have been paid to victims or their families.

The vaccine injury/death compensation issue was first tipped to us by the prestigious Illinois watchdog organization, Edgar County Watchdogs. Learn more here.

We reached out to Health and Human Services and a spokesperson replied. Review the entire response here.

The Countermeasures Injury Compensation Program (CICP) is working to process claims as expeditiously as possible. For the majority of COVID-19 countermeasure claims, including COVID-19 vaccine claims, the CICP is still waiting for records and documentation to be submitted. About 90 percent of claims are awaiting medical records for review. Requesters are permitted to submit the necessary medical records after the claim is filed and this is the most significant factor in the processing time for CICP claims.”

"Health Should Not Be Political": Packers' Aaron Rodgers Deflects Hysteria About Being Unvaccinated In Lengthy Interview

"Health Should Not Be Political": Packers' Aaron Rodgers Deflects Hysteria About Being Unvaccinated In Lengthy Interview

The Green Bay Packers' Aaron Rodgers tested positive for Covid and revealed to the world he was unvaccinated this week, despite previously leading on that he had been immunized.

Rodgers, who appeared on the Pat McAfee show to talk about his decision to not get vaccinated, said he was already feeling better and that he was following the same path for treatment that got Joe Rogan better within days: monoclonal antibodies, vitamins and ivermectin.

"I realize I'm in the crosshairs of the woke mob right now so before my final nail gets put in my cancel culture casket, I'd like to set the record straight on so many of the blatant lies out there," he says at the onset of defending himself.

Rodgers started the interview by saying that right off the bat, after speaking to experts, he knew two vaccines were going to be off the table for him since he's allergic to an ingredient in the mRNA vaccines.

"Much like the study I put into hosting Jeopardy, I met with a lot of people to get the most information about all the vaccines," Rodgers told Pat McAfee.

From there he goes on to explain that the JNJ vaccine wound up in the news for clotting issues around the time he would have needed to make the decision to get vaccinated, so he didn't take it. He also notes that he followed protocol for unvaccinated players and tested every single day.

In the interview, Rodgers says he now "feels great" after testing positive for Covid.

He also brought up some great common sense points, like asking: "If the vaccine is so great, why are so many vaccinated people getting sick?" and "If it is so safe, why to the manufacturers need legal immunity?"

Rodgers points to the study out of Israel saying he'll have more robust immunity than he would with a vaccine and makes the point that when Trump was pushing the vaccine, the same hysterical left was all saying they'd never take it.

"Everyone on the squad knew I was not vaccinated. Everyone in the organization knew I was not vaccinated," he said.

"I was trying to minimize this conversation going on and on. There were some people in the media who found out about it and sat on it, so I knew I would have to discuss it."

"The problem with this is that it's so political," Rodgers continues. "Health should not be political."

Speaking about the NFL and the woke mob trying to ensure everyone was vaccinated, Rodgers said: "It was such a witch hunt. They wanted to out and shame every single person that didn't get vaccinated."

He also then brought up the rarely-broached-by-the-left topic of why the virus is easier to handle for those in better shape: "Has anyone actually talked about real health? Exercise? Drinking water, eating real food? No. I'm making a decision based on what's best for me and my own health - and for me, it's a no brainer".

"You have a moral obligation to object to unjust rule," Rodgers concludes, quoting Martin Luther King.

Spot on from Aaron Rodgers..

“The right is gonna champion me and the left is gonna cancel me. I don't give a sh*t about either of them. Politics is a total sham. I'm not going on Fox News just like I'm not going to go on CNN.”

Biden Defied The Military Establishment: Is The Kennedy-Nixon Rule Still In Effect?

Biden Defied The Military Establishment: Is The Kennedy-Nixon Rule Still In Effect?

Authored by Paul Ryder via,

In a 2020 essay, “Removing a president without an election,” I described attempts to remove five presidents in the middle of a term: Franklin Roosevelt, John Kennedy, Richard Nixon, Bill Clinton, and Donald Trump.

Kennedy and Nixon, the two presidents whose terms were cut short, had made the mistake of defying the U.S. military establishment, on Cuba and Vietnam respectively. The other eleven modern presidents subordinated themselves and served their full terms in office unmolested. Even Trump, who hurled vulgar insults at the military, ended up doing what they wanted. Every time he signed an order that was out of line, they talked him out of it, delayed it, changed it, ignored it, or lied to him by saying they had carried it out.

At the core of the military establishment are the Pentagon, big tech firms and weapons manufacturers led by Lockheed Martin, Boeing, Northrup Grumman, Raytheon, and General Dynamics. Elsewhere in the government, it includes the Congress, Supreme Court, White House, Departments of Energy, State, Treasury, and Homeland Security, CIA, FBI, National Security Agency, and fifteen other intelligence agencies, AID, and the National Endowment for Democracy. Playing supporting roles are big media, foundations, think tanks, universities, consultants, Democratic and Republican parties, and private security services contractors.

During the 2020 election, the safe bet was that Joe Biden would join the ranks of obedient presidents. His voting record, platform, contributors, advisers, and staff all pointed to it. His foreign policy decisions as president have been largely consistent with this.

Afghanistan was an exception. Year after year, the military establishment had successfully lobbied the White House to continue the U.S. occupation. George W. Bush didn’t need persuasion, Barack Obama was easily overcome, and while Trump talked about getting out, he didn’t succeed.

Surprisingly, only months into his presidency, Joe Biden insisted on a full U.S. troop withdrawal from Afghanistan, and made it happen.

This is the first time in a half-century a president has violated the unwritten Kennedy-Nixon Rule. He defied the military establishment on a significant foreign policy matter.

Under the rule, the establishment should now be moving to remove Biden from office. If so, they are off to a good start.

In August, Biden found himself under siege from every direction. The New York Times led the way, as Gareth Porter described in “Afghan collapse reveals Beltway media’s loyalty to permanent war state.”

During the crucial three weeks in August, producers of the five Sunday talk shows — NBC, ABC, CBS, CNN, and Fox — scheduled thirty-four appearances by twenty-two U.S. guests to discuss Afghanistan. All were either elected officials who had taken military industry PAC money, consultants or advisors to the military industry, former members of the military, or high administration officials. The result was scathing commentary on Biden’s decision to withdraw (”Afghanistan withdrawal: Sundays with the military industrial complex”,” Fairness and Accuracy in Reporting (FAIR), October 20, 2021).

Attacks also came from Britain and Europe with a notably personal tone.

Czech President Milos Zeman called Biden’s decision to pull troops out of Afghanistan “a betrayal” and “cowardice,” adding that “the Americans have lost the prestige of a global leader.”

Former Swedish Prime Minister Carl Bildt said Biden’s “‘America is back’ suggested a golden age in our relations. But it didn’t happen . . . The complete lack of consultations over the withdrawal has left a scar.”

Bill Clinton’s protégé, former UK Prime Minister Tony Blairwrote that Biden acted “in obedience to an imbecilic political slogan about ending ‘the forever wars’.” Then Blair called for a “respectful exchange of different points of view.”

Oxford-graduate Blair must know “imbecilic” is not a respectful word. It comes from Latin, meaning “too feeble to hold a walking stick.” During the heyday of eugenics, it referred to people with an IQ between 26 and 50. People thus labelled suffered hellish mistreatment. “Imbecilic,” long since abandoned, is the word Blair chose to label Biden.

In the movies and in real life, just before an assassination the target notices their companions and bodyguards have suddenly vanished. A puzzled look turns to one of doom. That’s how Biden must have felt in August.

Nancy Pelosi, Chuck Schumer, Jim Clyburn, Kamala Harris, and Bill Clinton offered perfunctory words of support or said nothing.

Hillary Clinton had already publicly split with Biden in May. She told CNN’s Fareed Zakaria the consequences of Biden’s decision included “probably civil war,” “a huge refugee outflow,” and “resumption of activities by global terrorist groups, most particularly Al-Qaeda and the Islamic State [ISIS].”

Barack Obama tried to have it both ways. On April 14, he called Biden’s decision to withdraw from Afghanistan “bold leadership.” By August, however, when criticisms were flying and Biden needed help, Obama was silent.

The least Obama could have done is persuade former high officials in his administration to support Biden’s decision. Instead, a parade of his top officials went on television to attack Biden, including Leon Panetta, Secretary of Defense and CIA Director; Robert Gates, Secretary of Defense; John Brennan and David Petraeus, both CIA Directors; Jeh Johnson, Secretary of Homeland Security; Mike Mullin, Chairman of the Joint Chiefs of Staff; David Axelrod, Senior Advisor; and Ryan Crocker and James Cunningham, both Ambassadors to Afghanistan.

Biden’s subordinates turned their backs on him as well. At the end of September, Defense Secretary Lloyd Austin, Chairman of the Joint Chiefs of Staff General Mark Milley, and Commander of U.S. Central Command General Kenneth McKenzie testified before the U.S. Senate Armed Services Committee. The three assured the committee they could not and would not discuss their conversations with the president. With that formality out of the way, they made it clear they advised Biden not to withdraw, but he did it anyway.

Not even Antony Blinken and Jake Sullivan forcefully spoke up for their boss’ decision. On the Sunday talk shows, “in four of Secretary of State Antony Blinken’s seven appearances, and three of National Security Adviser Sullivan’s five appearances, they were only asked process questions, and made no statements in support of the decision to withdraw,” according to the FAIR review cited above.

The media siege worked. Biden’s job approval rating plunged to 43%, putting him and the Democratic Party in political danger.

In modern times, there have been seven midterm elections in which the president’s approval was 45% or less. In these elections, the president’s party lost an average of forty House seats. If Biden’s party loses just three seats next year, their House majority will be gone.

It’s hard to tell whether Biden has other decisions in mind that would defy the military. His statements on Yemen, Iraq, Syria, Ukraine, and Taiwan have been incoherent at best.

Where is all this headed?

The conflict over Afghanistan policy does not reflect a “split in the ruling class.” Every part of the ruling class is united in favoring continued U.S. occupation. Biden is isolated. Only public opinion favors withdrawal. There are no vested interests in peace involved, and no peace movement.

That is why the U.S. war in Afghanistan may not be over.

The military establishment may decide the only flaw in its media campaign this year was starting too late. If it had begun in February instead of July, they might have been able impress Biden with how alone he was. By July, however, he was too committed to his position to change.

With that in mind, the Pentagon is laying the groundwork for reversing Biden’s withdrawal decision. On October 26, Colin Kahl, Undersecretary of Defense for Policy, told the Senate Armed Services Committee. “We could see ISIS-K generate that capability [to launch an attack, ‘including against the United States’] in somewhere between six or twelve months. . . And for al Qaeda, it would take a year or two to reconstitute that capability.”

We can expect to see months of dire warnings, incidents, atrocities, false flag attacks, and other pretexts. Then will come a demand for a new U.S. occupation voiced by the same parade of people who flayed Biden in August.

Is the Kennedy-Nixon Rule still in effect? What about Biden’s defiance?

When Kennedy and Nixon were removed, the U.S. empire was at its apex. Half a century later, the U.S. military establishment is not what it was. Too much money for too long will rot anything. Eventually it becomes unable to enforce obedience from its presidents, and that day may have arrived.

If, however, the Kennedy-Nixon Rule is still enforceable, the military establishment will take further steps to remove Biden before the 2024 election. This would create a vacancy for Vice President Kamala Harris to fill. There is nothing in her record to suggest she would defy the military establishment, and the Biden example would serve to remind her who runs Washington.

There would be another problem. If Donald Trump runs for president in 2024, he might win. Even though the military establishment always got its way with Trump during his first term, it was chaotic and dangerous. They surely don’t want to go through that again and may well be considering their options.

Employer Vaccine Mandates: When the Feds Pay the Piper, they Call the Tune

Advocates for vaccine mandates—led by the Biden Administration—are apparently unconcerned that the mandates are likely to drive down total employment and reduce access to government services. In many cases these are the same services that mandate-pushing politicians have always insisted are utterly “critical” and must be expanded. Instead, the party is taking the position that the drive for vaccination must be placed before all other values in society, including public safety and employment for working class Americans.

The whole affair helps illustrate, yet again, the problem of allowing the state to have a monopoly on services like fire protection. These are services that can be (and have been) canceled or reduced for political purposes. Mandates also show the danger of governments that maintain lucrative contracts and financial ties with countless ostensibly private firms and local-government employers. This has made many private sector firms reliant on federal dollars. All combined, these factors have made it easier for governments to demand compliance with vaccine mandates. Even if the regulatory power of the federal government can be curtailed when it comes to vaccine mandates, the enormous federal financial footprint in the private sector will continue to provide a means for federal regulators to get what they want by threatening to cut off the gravy train.

Workers Refusing to Report Vaccination Status

The financial bribery made possible by government contracts is convenient indeed. It appears that governments will be needing all the tools they can muster, and proponents of coerced vaccines have increasingly looked for both carrots and sticks that can help drive greater mandate compliance among workers. The administration has threatened sanctions for all employers with more than 100 employees if mandates are not imposed, and has also threatened to cut off federal money from contractors. Yet, many workers continue to resist even in spite of ongoing threats to throw working people out on the street for refusing the jab.

It’s difficult to guess the full extent to which workers are refusing to prove vaccination status in exchange for being allowed to work. But the effect clearly isn’t negligible. As Reuters reported this week,
In Wichita, Kansas, nearly half of the roughly 10,000 employees at aircraft companies Textron Inc and Spirit AeroSystems remain unvaccinated against COVID-19, risking their jobs in defiance of a federal mandate, according to a union official.

'We're going to lose a lot of employees over this,' said [the] head of the local Machinists union district.
Meanwhile, at Boeing, more than 7,000 workers have applied for religious exemptions and around 1,000 are seeking medical exemptions. While this represents only 6% of the total Boeing workforce, this make a non-trival difference at the margins, especially when we’re talking about skilled labor.

Other anecdotes are numerous, as NPR reports:
Washington state reports that so far, nearly 1,900 state workers, including the head football coach at Washington State University, have quit or been fired for refusing the vaccine. In Michigan, 400 workers at the Henry Ford Health System in Detroit walked away from their jobs. North Carolina-based Novant Health fired about 175 employees. And the list goes on.
Countless local governments have imposed their own mandates for employees as well. The government of New York City is a notable example, and local mandates there mean “Roughly 9,000 municipal workers were put on unpaid leave Monday for failing to meet the deadline and comply with the COVID-19 mandate.”

Moreover, Fire Department employees appear to be calling in sick to avoid the mandate with “Roughly 2,300 members of the New York City Fire Department claimed they were sick and didn't show up to work on Monday.” The FDNY employs about 11,000 uniformed workers. The New York Post even reports the FDNY “shuttered 26 fire companies citywide on Saturday due to staff shortages caused by the COVID-19 vaccination mandate.”

How Government Power Is Enhanced by Federal Contracting

The administration has attempted to force compliance on these workers by directly using regulatory sanctions on firms the employ unvaccinated workers. It remains unclear how practical this is.

Fortunately for the administration, however, it is far easier to financially punish firms that depend on revenue through contracts with the federal government. The administration need only cancel its contracts with noncompliant firms.

The firms depending on these federal dollars are plentiful, and these government contractors include many more firms than just weapons contractors like Raytheon or General Dynamics. The list includes a wide swath of the American employer landscape including companies like Honeywell and Microsoft—and, of course, Pfizer. Many of these contracts total hundreds of millions of dollars. Sometimes much more.

The practice of federal contracting thus turns a great many major American employers into de facto adjuncts of the state. And now we’re seeing the predictable results in terms of using these firms to indirectly enact federal policy.

Those Boeing employees protesting mandates are learning the downside of working for what is essentially a government agency. After all, Boeing—which has long been dependent on federal taxpayer dollars—is no more a truly private firm than is the “military contractor” firm Academi (formerly known as Blackwater).

The expansion of federal dollars into every corner of American commerce—be it higher education, computing, or healthcare—provides the federal government with a direct means of expecting compliance with the latest federal whims at any time.

The problem of federal contracting applies to state and local governments as well. Federal grants to state and municipal governments are widespread, meaning greater direct federal control over local governments in practice.

Comply or Die: Cutting Back Emergency Services to Force Vaccine Compliance

A second lesson here is that government monopolization of certain services allows the regime to withhold those services for political purposes.

For example, the fact that governments maintain a monopoly over fire departments and police departments means government policymakers have a lot of leeway in choosing to cut back services with impunity. So, when a city—such as New York—decides it would rather close down entire fire companies rather than allow workers to defy the vaccine mandate, it is saying to the public “we don’t care about your emergency services, we have other priorities.” Moreover, the public has no recourse when this happens. What if many taxpayers preferred unvaccinated firemen to no firemen at all? Well, the government’s position is clearly “tough luck.” Although the taxpayers are forced to now pay for services they’re not receiving at all in some cases, the taxpayers have no other options. Ironically, these services that politicians insisted were far too important to allow the private sector to handle have now decided those services aren’t actually all that important after all.

Effects on Prices and Production

Ultimately, by driving down employment, these policies that lead to mandate-forced layoffs will also drive down production of goods and services. This will further fuel price inflation in an economy where production already isn't keeping with with the growth in new money. Fewer services. Higher prices. More families facing unemployment. Perhaps its no wonder that one labor union leader told Reuters
A life-long Democrat, [union official Cornell] Beard said he would no longer vote for the [Democratic] party. 'They'll never get another vote from me and I'm telling the workers here the same thing.'
Advocates of vaccine mandates are apparently doubling down on this. and their job has been made much easier thanks to federal contracts.

CEO of Large Doomsday Bunker Builder Says The Global Elite “Fear A Rebellion is Brewing”

According to the CEO of one of the world’s largest doomsday bunker builders for the elitists, those who are in power currently fear a “rebellion” of those who they are ruling over.  Ron Hubbard, the CEO of Atlas Survival Shelters, while being interviewed by The Canadian Prepper tells us right away, the ‘bunker building business‘ is exploding as the elitists begin to fear the masses waking up.

We know we are slaves, and those who have followed this blog know we aren’t “losing freedom” but we never had freedom.  What we are losing is the illusion that we are free. But the rest of humanity is finally waking up and evolving past needing masters to enslave them and steal the fruits of their labor.  This is a good thing, but we also know the rulers will not go down easily. As the year 2021 winds down, however, the doomsday bunker business is picking up and those who are buying these bunkers are the ones currently fearing the “great awakening” or the “apocalypse,” the lifting of the veil. They fear people finally realizing that they were born into slavery.

Hubbard warns that one reason this is happening now is the globalists believe a “rebellion” is brewing in America and likely very near, with the American people growing increasingly angry with the entire establishment and those who control it. The system is failing. People are evolving mentally and many know they were not to be slaves.

What the elitists want is massive chaos and division, which is why we are divided in every way possible. If we cannot get along and work together, they will achieve their goal. “The elites are almost exclusively building bunkers right now because they’re the ones that can afford it,” Hubbard says in the video. “America is within days, if not weeks of a rebellion. There is a panic buy of bunkers right now, especially in the United States.”

He says it isn’t just in the United States either. This whole spirit of liberty and freedom from government has gone global.  They know they are losing control and all it’ll take is massive noncompliance, and people realizing they were not born to be slaves to any ruling class.

We do not have to make this a violent rebellion, and even Hubbard admits that this won’t necessarily be a violent rebellion. But it will happen. As people face losing their jobs and everything they spent years working for, they will have no choice but to wake up to what is really going on.

Noam Chomsky Goes Off The Deep End – Proving That All Socialism Leads To Tyranny

Noam Chomsky Goes Off The Deep End – Proving That All Socialism Leads To Tyranny

Authored by Brandon Smith via,

I was recently watching a new interview with 92-year-old Noam Chomsky, a figure of general worship among leftist academics, and I began reminiscing about the first time I read the book ‘Manufacturing Consent’. Though I have never agreed with Chomsky’s politics I have always appreciated his analysis on the methods the establishment uses to control mass psychology and silence popular discourse. I have long felt that this was an area where the political left and conservatives might intersect in our views and find common ground. This is why I felt an extra dose of disappointment when I witnessed Chomsky go off the deep end this week and suggest that people who refuse to comply with vaccine mandates need to be ostracized from society.

Chomsky compared people who don’t comply with the vaccines to people who don’t comply with traffic lights, suggesting we pose an imminent danger to others and that we should be removed. When asked how unvaxxed people forced out of the economy could be fed (how would they survive), he asserted “that is their problem.” Chomsky does not explicitly say that force should be used to eliminate the unvaxxed from social participation, he merely insinuates that “actions” might be required to get the desired effect.

I was around 20 years of age back in 2001 when I first read Manufacturing Consent. I was young and not fully aware at the time of a basic function of the political left and socialism that is vital to understand: Many people claim there is a “spectrum” of political beliefs on the left and that there are those that support socialism or centralization while also supporting freedom, but this is simply not so. At the core of their ideology freedom has no home, and when pressed on where they truly stand every socialist WILL eventually support tyranny as a means to achieve their Utopian vision of society.

Chomsky has long claimed himself to be a “libertarian socialist.” In the past I have found that a classic misdirection of covertly authoritarian people is to tack the “libertarian” label onto whatever they believe in. Con-men like Chomsky figure that most normies don’t actually know what libertarianism is, but they’ll assume it means that you “support liberty.” It’s a calculated abuse of the ideology designed to mask the collectivist’s true intentions.

I don’t even know that I personally fit into the libertarian framework, but I do hold some of its basic tenets as fundamental.

A key pillar of libertarianism is the Non-Aggression Principle – A foundational rule for society that says the use of force or coercion to impose one’s beliefs or ideology on others is wrong, and the use of force in general is wrong unless it is in defense of yourself or the lives of others. The problem with socialists and collectivists is that they ALWAYS find a way to claim that their brand of force is somehow in defense of the lives of others. That is to say, the “greater good” is the go-to excuse for all modern totalitarians.

Chomsky will claim that his hard-line stance against unvaccinated people is predicated on saving lives, and that’s the great swindle. When science and logic is applied, we see that the vax mandates have nothing to do with protecting the lives or safety of the public. That said, those same mandates are very effective in elevating the socialist goal of total centralization. How convenient…

Chomsky’s bias is evident in the lack of rational thought he puts forward. In fact, Chomsky never addresses the basic contradictions inherent in his claim that traffic laws and vaccine mandates are the same.

Firstly, covid mandates are NOT laws; they are dictates that have never been voted on by a single legislature nor the American people. This means mandates are meaningless in a legal sense. At least with new traffic laws the voters or legislators get some say in potential changes. The vaccine mandates are purely totalitarian in nature and completely circumvent all constitutional checks and balances.

Imagine if one day Biden assumed defacto control over all traffic rules, and then claimed the authority to deny all people who run red lights access to the majority of jobs and the overall economy? That would be absurd, right? Well, that’s exactly what Biden and his globalist handlers are doing with the covid mandates.

Secondly, obeying a traffic light is not the same as allowing yourself to be injected with a barely tested experimental mRNA cocktail – a “vaccine” which numerous health and virology professionals have warned could have potentially damaging side effects including autoimmune disorders, blood clots and infertility. Traffic lights have been in existence for decades; we know a red light is not going to harm our health. The covid vaccines have been in existence for about a year and have no long term testing (that has ever been released to the public) to back their safety.

All vaccines in common usage today were tested for at least 10 to 15 years before being released for use on the wider population. The covid vaccines were slapped together at “warp speed”, at least according the official story. Who are the guinea pigs for these mRNA jabs? The entire human population. Every person in the country is now considered a guinea pig.

We have no idea what the implications of this unprecedented experiment will be in the next few years.

Chomsky’s comparisons are obviously ridiculous and it’s frustrating that I’m required to point this out.  One would think that the co-author of ‘Manufacturing Consent’ would be able to easily discern the massive differences in terms of violating public freedom. But, for some reason he can’t seem to grasp the foolishness at the heart of his debate. Or, he is being deliberately ignorant because he thinks, like many globalists, that there is something to be gained in going along with the farce…

The “greater good” theory is meant to either appeal-to or silence conservatives and libertarians that oppose the vaccines on the grounds of the non-aggression principle. Covid mandates rely on the claim that the unvaccinated are an integral danger to society as a whole, and thus force is justified. Now, I have been asking this question over and over again for the past year to any vax fanatic I run across, and not a single person has come up with a valid counter-argument:

If the vaccines work, then how are unvaccinated people a threat to vaccinated people? If the vaccines don’t work, then why take them in the first place and why mandate them?

What does Chomsky think the average death rate of covid actually is? Is he aware that according to dozens of peer reviewed studies the median Infection Fatality Rate (IFR) of covid is only 0.27%? Who exactly are the unvaxxed a threat to? Less than 1% of the population? And if we are actually a threat to these people, then maybe THEY should take the vaccines, if they think the vaccines truly work.

What about the fact that vaccinated people still transmit the disease to others, according the the CDC narrative?

Furthermore, new studies from countries with very high rates of vaccination have shown that natural immunity formed by people who have already had covid (like I have) is superior in protection against future contraction or transmission of the covid virus. Natural immunity is up to 27 times more effective than the vaccines. It trumps the jab to an epic degree.

And what about all those breakthrough cases and deaths of fully vaccinated people? Chomsky must be ignoring those as well. Nearly 60% of all people hospitalized in Israel are fully vaccinated; 56% of all covid deaths from April to October in Ireland were people who received at least one vaccination. Who caused that? Unvaxxed people most of whom have superior natural immunity? Or, vaccinated people with low comparative immunity and the ability to transmit the disease?

Maybe Chomsky just isn’t educated on the science, or maybe he doesn’t care. Either way, his mentality is destructive and typical of socialists and leftists.

I am reminded of a radio show I did many years ago out of the UK which presented itself as a kind of liberty forum. As it turned out, the host was a socialist with some tourism into libertarianism and he was anxious for a debate. I was a little annoyed with the ambush on the merits of socialism but my position on it is simple enough that anyone should be able to understand it:

If a group of people want to form a community or collective based on socialist values then they should be allowed to do so in peace, as long as all participation is voluntary and they don’t try to harm anyone in the process.

At first the show host appeared to agree with this idea, but his support of personal freedom proved superficial as the debate went on. His argument was “What about all the people in society that need our help, such as those that are in poverty or are disabled? Don’t we need a centralized system in place to manage these kinds of problems?”

My response: “By all means, go and help those people if you want to help them. Just don’t try to force me to do it. I might want to help them too, but I will do it in my way, not yours.”

And here is where every single socialist shows their true authoritarian colors – The host then argued that while I might be a good and charitable person the majority of people, in his mind, are not. And so, we must all be forced by government to contribute to society in the manner “society” has deemed appropriate.

There you have it. Like Chomsky, this socialist was appealing to the greater good as a tool to impose HIS ideological vision onto everyone else; not to protect the lives and freedoms of individuals, which is the ONLY purview of government, but to make people participate in the way HE thinks they should participate. People must be forced to uphold social standards, and the social standards are coincidentally defined by the very people that benefit most from collectivism.

At no point do socialists and leftists ever suggest that more individual freedom might be the best option for elevating the greater good. Their solutions always involve progressively less freedom for the individual and more power for the government, the same government which they expect to control.

To be clear, I’m not talking about silly notions of anarchy, just constitutional protections for inherent freedoms. The political left only seeks to erode the liberties codified in the Bill of Rights, and no matter where they are on the leftist spectrum they all end up at the same terrible draconian place given the right circumstances.

This is evident as the vax mandates spread around the world, with nations and states run by leftists now mired in oppression.  The facts are undeniable – Blue states are enslaved, red states are free.  Leftists support tyranny, conservatives support freedom.  Millions of people are trying to escape blue states; almost no one wants to relocate to one.

Even Noam Chomsky, a supposed anti-establishment champion, reverts to little more than a decrepit dictator rationalizing mass starvation when the opportunity to enforce vaccine mandates arises. Maybe he is feeling his mortality along with his age and fear of covid has overwhelmed his senses. I doubt it. I suspect the promise of collective power is so intoxicating to all socialists that their masks and costumes fall away and their true character emerges whether they want it to or not.

There is not a single shred of scientific evidence to support the forced vaccination argument. There is not a single shred of proof to support the claim that an unvaxxed person is a threat to the safety of anyone else. I’ll say it again – Mandates are not laws, and even if they were they would be unconstitutional laws. There is nothing legal, rational, scientific or moral compelling me to submit to an experimental vaccine. Chomsky and his ilk have no leg to stand on.

So, we are at an impasse. They want power over us, and we will not give it to them. Therefore, the law of the jungle takes over. The bottom line is this:

I will not comply with your illegitimate mandates. IT-WILL-NEVER-HAPPEN. And if you think you can use leverage to force me to comply, threatening me with poverty and death through economic discrimination, then I will view your actions for what they are – An attack on my freedoms and my life. I will therefore respond in kind and eliminate the threat by any means necessary, and, I will be justified in doing so, constitutionally, rationally, scientifically and morally.

Covid cultists like Chomsky, most of them leftists and socialists, should keep this in mind as they continue down this path. They think that the greater good is on their side but this is a fantasy driven by their own hunger for dominance. The question you need to ask yourselves is this: Do you really think your desire to force the mandates and your political ideology on me is greater than my will to stop you and remain free? Are you ready to risk death to impose the vax mandates? Because I am ready to risk death to end them.

COVID-19: Moderna Gets Its Miracle, by Whitney Webb

The financial machinations behind Moderna are gruesome enough, but when you read how they affected the medical science and testing of Moderna’s vaccine you won’t get until they hold a gun to your head. Even then you might be “hesitant.” From Whitney Webb at

Google's biggest attack on this pioneering online news source

It's just the latest attack, but the greatest existential threat yet to WND.

Over the last few years, Big Tech has unleashed many different attacks on WND, the pioneering Christian journalism organization now in its 25th year. From classifying WND as an "extremist group," to writing WND out of its search algorithms, to de-monetizing WND's YouTube channel, to confining WND to "Facebook jail" for over a year, the attacks never end.

But now we're faced with unprecedented move by Google, which controls 80% of online ad revenue and, worse,is a virtual monopoly on the ability to serve them to you, our customers.

We've been de-monetized, blacklisted, ostracized, canceled,

That could end up cutting WND's online ad revenue roughly in half, since not only does de-monetization mean the removal of all Google ads from the site, but the removal of ads from alternate advertising services as well, since many of these companies utilize Google Ad Manager to serve their ads.

So, what did WND do to merit such a punishment?

According to Google's "Violation Explanation," WND is loaded down with "dangerous or derogatory content," as well as "misrepresentative content" and "unreliable and harmful claims."

"We do not allow content," explains Google, "that incites hatred against, promotes discrimination of, or disparages an individual or group on the basis of their race or ethnic origin, religion, disability, age, nationality, veteran status, sexual orientation, gender, gender identity, or other characteristic that is associated with systemic discrimination or marginalization." Or which "harasses, intimidates, or bullies an individual or group of individuals."

To say Google's attitude toward a news organization with a different view of the world is "chilling" doesn't begin to begin to convey the truth. We are one of the few pioneers of the internet. We started when Google was just another kid on the block – but now is a behemoth granted with the ability to crush and destroy others with the power of a cruel, heartless, malevolent, brutal monopoly. To them, it's wrong the United States upholds the rights included in the First Amendment. They are the true arbiters of what's wrong and right. They know more than God Almighty.

With regard to WND's supposedly "unreliable and harmful claims," Google says that it does "not allow content that makes claims that are demonstrably false and could significantly undermine participation or trust in an electoral or democratic process." Or which "promotes harmful health claims, or relates to a current, major health crisis and contradicts authoritative scientific consensus."

What they've done to WND is tyranny – nothing short of it. No business – certainly none with unprecedented profits – has any claim to such powers.

So, we have been forced, among other things, to ban one of the mainstays of the internet because of WND's supposedly "dangerous, derogatory, unreliable and harmful" content – personal views readers express in WND's commenting section. WND is held responsible for every comment – even if we ourselves don't agree or approve of them.

As a result of being de-monetized by Google, WND has temporarily suspended all commenting on WND stories to give our tech team the time to investigate how best to bring back WND commenting while, hopefully, not losing all the advertising that helps support the site.

Of course, there is much more to which Google objects. A good measure of WND's news reporting published daily currently focuses on the three big topics Google cites as most troubling: "COVID misinformation," allegations of voter fraud and the transgender issue.

I can assure you, we will not cease or slow down in any way from reporting on these or any other issues – truthfully, honestly, eagerly. We will never stop this kind of this kind of journalism. We intend to keep on doing what we've done for 25 years and doing it professionally – so help me God.

SPECIAL APPEAL TO WND READERS: Help keep WND alive during this time of nonstop – and accelerated – attacks. WND's loyal readers comprise the one source of support for WND that Google, Facebook, Twitter, the "mainstream media," the Biden administration, the Deep State, and the rest of today's ruling elite can neither control, muzzle, nor restrain. So please partner with us.

For those who are not already aware, WND took the trouble to do what a few other forward-thinking news organizations have done – to form a sister 501(c)3 organization called the WND News Center. This IRS-approved nonprofit charity is dedicated to promoting "independent, fearless, truthful news and analysis in an age of rapidly increasing lies and deception" and "shining a bright and honest journalistic light on today's world, including the lawless political and cultural forces that daily threaten Americans' happiness, well-being, security and freedom."

Please consider making a generous tax-deductible donation to the nonprofit WND News Center. If you prefer to mail your donation, please make your check out to "WND News Center" and mail it to: WND News Center, P.O. Box 100, 580 E Street, Hawthorne, NV 89415-0100. How Your Insecurity Is Bought and Sold

In the 1920s, women didn’t smoke. Or if they did, they were severely judged for it. It was taboo. Like graduating from college or getting elected to Congress, people believed women should leave the smoking to men. Honey, you might hurt yourself. Or burn your beautiful hair.

The COVID vaccines are the most dangerous vaccines in human history… by a long shot

Guest Post by Steve Kirsch

The smallpox vaccine used to be the most dangerous vaccine in human history. The COVID vaccines are over 800 times more deadly.

Almost 20 years ago, 60 Minutes ran a story “The Most Dangerous Vaccine” which quoted Paul Offit:

“We know if we immunize a million people, that there will be 15 people that will suffer severe, permanent adverse outcomes and one person who may die from the vaccine,” says Dr. Paul Offit, one of the country’s top infectious disease specialists, and he knows all about vaccines that prevent those diseases. In his lab at Children’s Hospital of Philadelphia, he studies and creates new vaccines. There’s nothing new about the smallpox vaccine.

The vaccine was created in 1796. The vaccine used today is essentially the same, Offit says. “We tend to think of vaccines as being very safe and every effective, which they are. But all the vaccines that we use today are the result of modern technology. That’s not true of the smallpox vaccine. It has a side effect profile that we, we would not accept for vaccines today,” he says.

According to multiple independent analyses summarized here, the death rate from the COVID vaccines used in the US is at least 400 deaths per million doses. That’s 800 deaths per million fully vaccinated.

That makes the COVID vaccines the new leader by a long shot: the most dangerous vaccine ever created in history. They are 800X more dangerous than the smallpox vaccine with respect to death, and over 25X worse with respect to permanent disability (since the permanent disability rates are 10% higher than the death rate as you can see from the OpenVAERS redbox summary for US reports).

According to Offit, this rate of death and disability is unacceptable. I couldn’t agree more. I’ve been calling for a halt to these vaccines since May 25, 2021 when I wrote this very long article for TrialSiteNews summarizing what I found after 3 weeks of intensive research.

Fast forward to the present. Offit voted to approve these same vaccines for kids at the October 26 VRBPAC meeting because he refuses to look at the safety analysis (done using 8 different data sources). Offit thinks nobody has died or been permanently disabled by these vaccines. What does he think caused all those VAERS reports? I wish I could ask him that question. He doesn’t think there is a single death caused by the vaccine. That’s impossible. The VAERS data shows that virtually all the deaths in VAERS are excess deaths. If the vaccine didn’t cause those deaths, what did?

Nobody at the FDA, CDC, or on the committees has figured out that the COVID vaccines are 800X more deadly than the former record holder. I’m pretty sure I’m the first one to figure this out.

Why won’t Offit debate my team of vaccine experts?

Dr. Offit: my team of experts are the biggest and most prominent misinformation spreaders on the planet. If you want to end vaccine hesitancy, then show the world we are wrong by agreeing to a debate. Here’s the offer made by TrialSiteNews: Challenge to the Scientific Community – It’s Time for Honest and Open Debate on Vaccine Safety. Will you accept? Or will you admit you are afraid of open scientific debate?

Ooops! Biggest US Productivity Drop In 40 Years

Joe Rogan Warns Politicians Have ‘Ultimate Power’ Due To COVID After New Zealand PM Ends Presser Over Vax Question

New Zealand Prime Minister Jacinda Ardern shut down a press conference and apologized to members of her country’s corporate media after an “unaccredited” reporter began asking questions that contradicted her narrative on COVID vaccines and mandates. Ardern has often been at the forefront of the global left’s oppressive COVID response, leading podcast legend Joe Rogan to warn of her hunger for absolute power.

As Ardern told members of the press that New Zealand’s authorities were in the midst of a major push for mass COVID-19 vaccinations and mandates, a skeptical citizen journalist began asking questions that countered the narrative of Ardern and her global political allies. Specifically, he pointed to the highly vaccinated nation of Israel and its repeated surges in severe and fatal cases of COVID-19.

“Why is the vaccine not working in Israel?” the man asked. “And you are still pushing it,” he continued before Ardern began threatening to shut the press conference down, informing him that only “accredited reporters” approved by the left-wing government may report the news in New Zealand.

“I’m going to answer the questions of the accredited media,” Ardern said. “I will shut down the press conference if you do not cease.”

Ardern went on to apologize to the corporate media members before storming off and ending the press conference. Ardern also remarked that the press conference would be rescheduled, and held at an indoor location so that authorities could better control access.

— Abbey Wakefield (@Beywake) November 2, 2021

Ardern, a darling in the eyes of the global left who led the charge to confiscate firearms from law-abiding New Zealanders after a tragic shooting, has been sharply criticized online over her rebuke of the free press and enthusiastic support for COVID mandates and restrictions.

Universally popular podcaster and COVID-19 rebel Joe Rogan mocked Ardern on his show over the incident, remarking that the New Zealand Prime Minister must believe she is a queen and above reproach.

“Have you seen that lady who’s running New Zealand?” Rogan asked a pair of his podcast guests. “If she even gets asked questions at press conferences, if people yell out questions she goes ‘we’re going to shut this down! We’re going to shut this down if you keep yelling out!'” Rogan explained, employing his rendition of a Kiwi accent.

“She just leaves, she’s like ‘accredited press only,'” Rogan went on. “She took the f***ing press conference indoors because they were yelling out about the vaccine program that they have in Israel, how it’s not working, about how the vaccinated people account for a vast percentage of the people that have tested positive and even deaths,” Rogan said.

Joe Rogan slams Jacinda Ardern for her inability to answer questions – shut it down!

— Zeitgeist NZ (@ZeitgeistNZ) November 4, 2021

“They have ultimate power now,” Rogan warned of governments in a post-COVID world. “They have the power to shut down businesses, keep people in their homes. It’s not as simple as just protecting people, it’s also that they have power so when they have power they f***ing like it, man.”

BREAKING: Biden Vaccine Mandate Starts Jan 4, Workers Must Get Vax Or Be Banned From Corporate Employment Indefinitely

The Biden regime, using the Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA) regulatory agency of the Department of Labor, will begin inspecting businesses with over 100 employees to determine whether employees are fully vaccinated with one of the controversial COVID-19 vaccines starting on January 4, 2022. Businesses not compliant with the Biden regime’s vaccine mandate will be fined heavily.

Apparently undaunted by the humiliating defeats Democrats suffered in Virginia and across the country, the Biden regime is pushing ahead with its vaccine mandate. Beginning next year, businesses with more than 100 employees that do not require their workers to be vaccinated, or do not fire unvaccinated employees, will be fined $14,000 per employee that is not compliant. The only way to avoid the fines is to COVID-19 test employees resisting the controversial vaccines weekly.

However, rules are harsher for the overwhelming majority of healthcare workers. In any facility receiving funding from federal programs Medicare and Medicaid, employees must be vaccinated and are not permitted to undergo testing as an alternative.

In effect, Biden is firing an unknown percentage of the 17 million U.S. healthcare workers impacted, and is firing them at a time when shortages of doctors, nurses, and other healthcare workers is reportedly diminishing quality of life for patients and workers at hospitals across the country.

Additionally, those who resist the vaccine will be singled out from those who participate in the vaccine program using face masks. Only those who are unvaccinated, per the Biden regime, must continue to wear face coverings at the workplace starting next year.

OUT: Masks as source control.
IN: Masks as punishment and social ostracism for choosing not to get a vaccine.

Biden's OSHA mandate is even worse than previously reported.

— Phil Kerpen (@kerpen) November 4, 2021

Worst yet, there is no end in sight to the vaccine mandate. As OSHA has currently outlined the Biden regime’s mandate, it will continue indefinitely, or until the Biden regime wills it to end.

On the heels of this week’s devastating defeat for Democrats in polls across the United States, perhaps most notably in Washington, D.C.’s neighboring Virginia, Senate Republicans announced a plan to stop the vaccine mandate, which went viral after Sen. Roger Marshall (R-KS) released a video informing his constituents of the plan. National File reported:

“I hope was President Biden was listening to the people in the state of Virginia yesterday, in a state that he won by double digits, a Democrat governor lost,” said Marshall, a medical doctor. “I think the Virginia people were telling the President we still value our freedoms, our individual liberties.”

“I want the people of Kansas, I want Congress, I want the President to know that we are going to use every tool in our toolbox, every arrow in our quiver to stop Joe Biden’s unlawful vaccine mandate,” said Marshall.

“Including, if we have to, stopping cloture on the CR to fund the government unless they take out this language which harms hard-working Americans.”

Republicans in Virginia, including Governor-elect Glenn Youngkin, made opposing vaccine mandates a key part of their platform throughout the election season. While millions of Americans suffer at the hands of Biden’s mandate, it appears Democrats could suffer politically in the 2022 midterm elections.

Almost 8,500 Active-Duty Air Force Troops Have Missed The “Vaccine” Mandate Deadline

Around 5,000 continue to seek exemptions on religious grounds, which we know is a systematic joke and won’t be allowed anyway. Only  800 members of the Air Force “refused” the “vaccine” outright. In fact, out of all of the approved exemptions, zero religious exemptions have been approved.

While just over 1,800 troops have been granted an exemption so far, including 1,634 on medical grounds and another 232 who were allowed “administrative” exemptions, zero have been approved for “religious accommodation,” the Air Force figures show, raising questions about the fate of the nearly 5,000 who’ve already applied, reported RT.

There are no questions about the fate of those who already applied. They will not be allowing religious exemptions. It’s become laughable to think the rulers, who desperately need humans to take this shot to complete their agenda, will accommodate personal beliefs. They think we are slaves, treat us as slaves, and we act like slaves. We beg to be allowed to not take a shot instead of just massively not complying and waking up to the fact that we actually don’ have to obey them just because they wrote some words on paper and some guy signed it.

In updated vaccination stats for troops released by the Air Force on Wednesday, the branch said that 8,486 soldiers remain unvaccinated, including 2,753 who have not started the process, 4,933 currently seeking a religious exemption, while 800 flat-out declined to take the jab.

However, despite the holdouts, the vast majority of the 326,000 active-duty personnel in the Air Force and Space Force – or nearly 96% – have been fully vaccinated and successfully met one of “the most aggressive timelines amongst the military services” in terms of immunization deadlines, the Air Force said. -RT

“Our Airmen need to be prepared to operate anytime, anywhere in the world,” Air Force Chief of Staff General CQ Brown Jr. said in a statement. “Getting vaccinated ensures we are a ready force to meet our commitments to the nation while protecting the health of our team and families.”

They are going to do everything possible to force this shot into everyone. We know this. They have made it painfully obvious that this “vaccine” is somehow a part of the agenda.  Keep using your own discernment, however, and come to your own conclusions. Life is too short to live it as an obedient slave to anyone.

BREAKING: Biden Regime Announces It May Expand Vaccine Mandate To Smaller Businesses

This morning the Biden regime announced that it may expand the politically divisive vaccine mandate to businesses with less than 100 employees, subjecting small businesses – the backbone of America’s economy – to $14,000 fines if they do not fire their unvaccinated workers or test them weekly for COVID-19.

After the news broke this morning that the Biden regime was moving ahead with its COVID-19 vaccine mandate despite staggering losses in Virginia, it was later reported that the vaccine mandate may be expanded after a 30-day public comment period.

“OSHA left open the possibility of expanding the requirement to smaller businesses,” reported the Associated Press. “It asked for public comment on whether employers with fewer than 100 employees could handle vaccination or testing programs.”

Currently, businesses with more than 100 employees must fire their unvaccinated workers or face fines of $14,000 per employee from OSHA, a regulatory agency within the Department of Labor.

JUST IN – OSHA will consider expanding the vaccine mandate to smaller businesses with fewer than 100 employees during a 30-day comment period, according to the U.S. Labor Department.

— (@disclosetv) November 4, 2021

Comment from small businesses in support of expanding the divisive vaccine mandate further seems unlikely. Already, the vaccine mandate is wildly unpopular among Republicans. Prior to his opponent’s radical anti-parent stance, Virginia Governor-elect’s campaign was based largely around opposition to COVID-19 vaccine mandates, mask mandates, and lockdowns.

Additionally, Senate Republicans have already announced that they will stop a government funding bill and risk shutting down the federal government if Joe Biden and his White House do not blink on their vaccine mandate. Sen. Roger Marshall (R-KS) recently revealed the plan in a video released to his constituents, as National File reported:

“I hope the president heard loud and clear to never get between a mama bear and her cubs,” the Republican from Kansas continued. “And whether the issue is guardrails for our school curriculum or the issues is a vaccine for our children, or maybe making that choice between a jab or a job for those children’s parents, that the President is listing – that we still value our individual liberties.”

Additionally, Rep. Andy Biggs (R-AZ) made another move that may gain significant support should Republicans retake the House of Representatives in 2022. Biggs introduced the Nullify the Occupational Safety and Health Administration Act to abolish OSHA, the regulatory agency charged with inspecting and fining small businesses as part of Biden’s vaccine mandate.
