The scientist who funded the Wuhan Institute of Virology’s ‘gain of function’ research on coronaviruses, which many now believe to be the source of the pandemic, has finally been removed from a position of investigative authority.
As we previously reported, Peter Daszak - a noted friend and colleague of Dr. Anthony Fauci - was tapped to head up The Lancet’s UN backed commission to investigate the origins of the coronavirus that caused a global pandemic.
The British scientist was picked despite the fact that he was intimately associated with the Wuhan lab, had repeatedly dismissed the lab leak hypothesis a ‘dangerous conspiracy theory’, and created a pressure campaign via a letter published by The Lancet to force the scientific community into avoiding looking into the lab as a potential source of the outbreak.
Daszak was also the lead investigator for the World Health Organisation investigation that determined within 3 hours of visiting the Wuhan lab in February 2021 that there was no leak purely based on the word of researchers there.
Daszak was later employed as an ‘expert fact checker’ by Facebook when it was monitoring and removing ‘misinformation’ about the origins of COVID on its platform, much of which was credible scientific research. Facebook has since reversed the policy of banning any posts containing information suggesting COVID-19 was “man-made”.
It became abundantly clear that Daszak has the biggest motive to dismiss the lab leak notion, yet he kept landing roles in investigating it.
No longer it appears as The Lancet’s origins commission website lists Daszak as "recused from Commission work on the origins of the pandemic."
At the beginning of this week, The Lancet also issued a statement saying it has invited the other scientists who signed Daszak’s original letter, several of whom are involved in the investigative commission, to “re-evaluate their competing interests.”
As we previously noted, other members of The Lancet’s task force are practically all minions of Daszak, some of whom helped him draft the letter that unequivocally stated the lab leak theory was dangerous, and others who either worked with him on ‘fact checking’ for Facebook, or were cited as sources during that activity.
The new statement also includes an expanded disclosure by Daszak in which he denies that he or his company EcoHealth received any money directly from the Chinese government.

It also states “EcoHealth Alliance’s work in China … includes the production of a small number of recombinant bat coronaviruses to analyse [sic] cell entry and other characteristics of bat coronaviruses for which only the genetic sequences are available… NIH reviewed the planned recombinant virus work and deemed it does not meet the criteria that would warrant further specific review by its Potential Pandemic Pathogen Care and Oversight (P3CO) committee.”
Essentially, Daszak is still claiming he had nothing to do with gain of function research, perhaps because it is now clear that this is the likely cause of the outbreak.
As Daszak also states, he is still currently a member of the WHO investigative team that continues to study the animal origins of the virus in tandem with China.
This cannot be due, or entirely due, to any genuine concern for children’s health, considering Gates’ effective ownership of that colossus, and its globalist agenda.
Perhaps the real concern is that children’s deaths and jab-related catastrophic injuries will harden “vaccine-hesitancy” nation- and worldwide.

Sadly, many people have every reason to mistrust science, medicine and the public health system because of the endless pandemic lies.
The biggest, long-lasting lie is the attack on the use of hydroxychloroquine for early COVID home/outpatient treatment. It was always more about politics than medicine and health care.
The chief protagonist in the battle against HCQ is Anthony Fauci, the darling of big media. The details of this travesty were laid out in my book, "Pandemic Blunder."
Recently, a physician in India made this fascinating observation: "In the 1985-86 edition of 'Harrison's Principles of Internal Medicine' [a highly recommended book for students in medical school], Dr. Fauci wrote that HCQ worked as an anti-viral agent despite being an anti-malarial drug. There was no COVID-19 back then. HCQ's anti-viral properties were known."
Did Fauci forget what he knew 35 years ago? He had no hesitancy in ignoring a mountain of evidence for the effectiveness of HCQ against the COVID virus. Maybe that can be explained by the fact so ignored by big media that Fauci is not a trained virologist. As a loyal friend of the drug industry, he has shown no skill in following any science that conflicts with that industry's interests.
This reference to such an early work explains why physicians in Europe and the U.S. in the early months of 2020, when the pandemic was just exploding, thought to use hydroxychloroquine. Dr. Vladimir Zelenko in New York became famous for his cocktail based on HCQ that worked to safely cure his mostly elderly patients hit with the COVID virus. In France, Dr. Didier Raoult was one of the earliest to discover its usefulness. He treated over 1,000 patients with azithromycin and hydroxychloroquine, and almost 99% recovered.
But there was much more scientific data to justify what pioneering doctors did early in the pandemic. Jump forward by about 20 years and see still more evidence that Fauci had a long-time positive view of HCQ. In 2005, he pushed HCQ as a treatment for all types of coronaviruses. It was reported that he was a strong proponent of HCQ, because it worked against SARS, a cousin of the current SARS-CoV-2 virus that causes COVID-19. He admitted that HCQ "completely abolished SARS-CoV infection."
This came about because of research done in connection with the SARS outbreak that concluded HCQ was effective at stopping the SARS coronavirus in its tracks. COVID-19 is a coronavirus, and though not exactly the same virus as SARS, it is genetically related to it and shares 79% of its genome. They both use the same host cell receptor, which is what viruses use to gain entry to the cell and infect the victim.
The Virology Journal published what now seems a historic article on Aug. 22, 2005, under the heading, "Chloroquine is a potent inhibitor of SARS coronavirus infection and spread." Five of the eight authors were from the CDC. "We report … that chloroquine has strong antiviral effects on SARS-CoV infection of primate cells. These inhibitory effects are observed when the cells are treated with the drug either before or after exposure to the virus, suggesting both prophylactic and therapeutic advantage." What works with chloroquine will likely work with its safer cousin hydroxychloroquine.
Now known as an unrepentant flip-flopper, Fauci used his considerable power to block HCQ use in 2020, despite what science was saying. The follow-the-science hypocrite suddenly decided that HCQ could not be widely used, despite extremely positive results from both research and frontline doctors. He pushed the clinical results aside as "anecdotal." Real-world data endorsed in a 2016 federal law were dismissed arrogantly by Fauci.
Which brings us to this understanding: Despite compelling real-world data starting in March 2020 that cheap, safe and FDA-approved hydroxychloroquine really worked, big media, federal officials and public health despots maintained their vicious attacks. Even into the present.
Despite recently revealed new medical data from early June proving once again HCQ's lifesaving capability, big media in conjunction with Fauci have suppressed the remarkable results. If you doubt this, do an internet search for something like "recent positive hydroxychloroquine results." I did and found no major news outlet covering the newest positive data on HCQ summarized below.
Why all the lies, disinformation and information suppression?
The biggest reason for steadfastly condemning hydroxychloroquine was to protect the global market for COVID vaccines.
This has been a bigger commitment by Fauci than saving and protecting lives. Importantly, HCQ was shown in many studies not only to cure COVID, but also to act as a prophylactic to prevent infection. Considering the endless reports of deaths and many serious health impacts from COVID vaccines, having a cheap, safe way to stay protected is clearly a threat to the trillion-dollar global market for them.
Early in June, the two studies showing HCQ effectiveness were released but largely ignored. They merit serious attention.
The first provided very good results for hospitalized COVID patients, which stands out because for the most part HCQ was never seen as relevant for those late-stage cases. Most studies have demonstrated its effectiveness for early home/outpatient treatment. The title of the article is "Observational Study on 255 Mechanically Ventilated Covid Patients at the Beginning of the USA Pandemic." The patients were in a New Jersey hospital. The impressive result was that a high dose for HCQ with zinc and the antibiotic azithromycin improved survival by nearly 200% in this population of seriously ill patients.
This was the same kind of cocktail used by the early frontline doctors in France and the U.S.
Though big media ignored the New Jersey study results, former Trump administration official Peter Navarro spoke out: "I had 60 million tablets of HCQ that Tony Fauci wouldn't allow the American public to use because of Hydroxy Hysteria." To his credit, last summer Navarro attempted to distribute those 60 million tablets of hydroxychloroquine that were stored in the Strategic National Stockpile. However, that did not happen because the FDA refused to issue an emergency use authorization, or EUA (which it did for the experimental COVID vaccines), despite all the evidence that HCQ was effective. Navarro was correct in saying that Fauci and big media had "blood on their hands."
Rather than treating infected people, the second new study determined that HCQ is an effective prophylactic or means of preventing COVID. The highest prevention rate of 72% was found among those given HCQ over six weeks or a longer duration. The authors of this study said this "is the largest multicenter study on HCQ prophylaxis on HCWs (healthcare workers), covering over 12,000 HCWs at the risk of COVID-19."
To be clear, there is a mountain of evidence for the effectiveness of HCQ that can be accessed by going to this website: HCQmeta.com. This regularly updated material shows there have been positive results for 191 studies involving 270,418 patients. The studies can be accessed.
Further, a survey from Jackson & Coker in April 2020 is worth attention today. It showed an overwhelming majority of doctors would prescribe HCQ to a family member suffering from COVID. Specifically, "Sixty-five percent of physicians across the United States said they would prescribe the [HCQ] to treat or prevent COVID-19 in a family member," revealed the survey, which questioned 1,271 doctors in 50 states. "Only 11 percent said they would not use the drug at all." Moreover, a significant number of doctors said they would prescribe HCQ to those exposed to the virus as a preventative measure and would take it themselves if they became sick from the disease. And many have.
One of the most trustworthy experts, Dr. Harvey Risch of Yale University, made this wise observation back in July 2020: "HCQ is a political drug now, not a medical drug, and that's caused the complete population's ignorance. And I think we're basically fighting a propaganda war against the medical facts."
To sum up, the preponderance of all the medical evidence has always been that HCQ worked to safely and cheaply treat and prevent COVID. Yet big media refuse to admit this, as does Fauci. Anyone who says otherwise is a pandemic liar who belongs in hydroxy hell, because so many American deaths – over 500,000 – and so much suffering could have been prevented. The American public deserves the truth. When more people know the truth, maybe the judicial system will prosecute those responsible for so many deaths, especially Fauci.

A recent pre-print review based on peer-reviewed studies has found that using antiparasitic drug ivermectin could lead to “large reductions” in COVID-19 deaths and its use could have a “significant impact” on the pandemic globally.

For the study (pdf), published on June 17 in the American Journal of Therapeutics, a group of scientists reviewed the clinical trial use of ivermectin, which has antiviral and anti-inflammatory properties, in 24 randomized controlled trials involving just over 3,400 participants. The researchers sought to assess the efficacy of ivermectin in reducing infection or mortality in people with COVID-19 or at high risk of getting it.
Using multiple methods of sequential analysis, the researchers concluded with a moderate level of confidence that the drug reduced the risk of death in COVID-19 patients by an average of 62 percent, at a 95 percent confidence interval of 0.19-0.79, in a sample of 2438 patients.
Among hospitalized COVID-19 patients, the risk of death was found to be 2.3 percent among those treated with the drug, compared to 7.8 percent for those who were not, according to the review.
“Moderate-certainty evidence finds that large reductions in COVID-19 deaths are possible using ivermectin. Using ivermectin early in the clinical course may reduce numbers progressing to severe disease,” the authors wrote.

Since the start of the pandemic, both observational and randomized studies have evaluated ivermectin as a treatment for, and as prevention against, COVID-19 infection.
“A review by the Front Line COVID-19 Critical Care Alliance summarized findings from 27 studies on the effects of ivermectin for the prevention and treatment of COVID-19 infection, concluding that ivermectin ‘demonstrates a strong signal of therapeutic efficacy’ against COVID-19” the researchers wrote, referring to one recent review, which was based on data from both peer-reviewed studies and preprint manuscripts.
They cited another recent review that concluded that ivermectin reduced deaths by as much as 75 percent, while noting that neither the National Institutes of Health in the United States nor the World Health Organization (WHO) have recommended the use of ivermectin outside clinical trials for use in the fight against COVID-19.

The Food and Drug Administration (FDA), in a note on “Why You Should Not Use Ivermectin to Treat or Prevent COVID-19,” warns that it has received “multiple reports of patients who have required medical support and been hospitalized after self-medicating with ivermectin intended for horses.”
“Using any treatment for COVID-19 that’s not approved or authorized by the FDA, unless part of a clinical trial, can cause serious harm,” the FDA said in the note, adding that it has not reviewed data to support the use of ivermectin in COVID-19 patients.
The WHO said in March that “the current evidence on the use of ivermectin to treat COVID-19 patients is inconclusive” and that, until more data becomes available, the agency recommends that “the drug only be used within clinical trials.”
The authors of the ivermectin efficacy study argued, however, that the drug has an “established safety profile through decades of use” and “could play a critical role in suppressing or even ending the SARS-CoV2 pandemic.”
“The apparent safety and low cost suggest that ivermectin is likely to have a significant impact on the SARS-CoV-2 pandemic globally,” they argued in the study abstract.
The authors noted in their publication that all the studies on which they based their conclusions have been peer-reviewed.
The UK's vaccine watchdog is "closely monitoring" claims that 4K+ women have suffered period problems after receiving the COVID-19 jab. While side effects like sore arms, lethargy, soreness and muscle aches are included in warnings about potential drawbacks of receiving the vaccine, there are no warnings about period-related complications.
Nowhere are period irregularities listed as a potential side effect of vaccination, so British regulators are trying to determine whether there is actually a link between the complaints and the vaccines.
Official data obtained by The UK's Sunday Times show that the Medicines & Healthcare products Regulatory Agency - better known as MHRA received 2,734 reports of period problems linked to the AstraZeneca vaccine, 1,158 related to the Pfizer jab, and another 66 linked to the Moderna vaccine as of May 17.
Complaints focused on "heavier than usual" bleeding, and it's possible that this could have affected many more women who didn't think to report their issues. The majority of issues were reported by women aged between 30 and 49. ;
So far, at least, MHRA says that there's no evidence that it should add period complications to the list of side effects. That is, the "current evidence" don't suggest an "increased risk of period problems following the jab, the regulator said.
But others are calling for more data to be collected. For example, Dr. Sue Ward, vice-president of the Royal College of Obstetricians and Gynaecologists, said "anecdotally some women seem to be reporting heavier periods after receiving the Covid-19 vaccine and we would support more data collection in this area to understand why this might be the case. If you do notice any bleeding that is unusual for you, we would recommend you contact your doctor."
Complaints haven't only been seen in the UK. In the US, some women have taken to Reddit to share their experiences.
Victoria Male, a reproductive immunologist at Imperial College London, said more women were likely to have been affected than the number of case reports. "It’s definitely true that not everyone will be reporting any menstrual changes they have noticed to Yellow Card [the MHRA’s scheme for people to report suspected side effects] simply because not everyone knows that it exists and that they can file a report."
Although a clear link between the COVID jab and menstrual disorders hasn't been established, "lots of people have contacted me to tell me about changes that they have noticed in their periods following vaccination," Male said. "The kinds of things they are telling me about, mostly periods that are heavier or later than usual, are very similar to the reports we are seeing in Yellow Card."
Angharad Planells,a 34-year-old from Cheltenham, said her period had been 11 days late following her second dose of the AstraZeneca vaccine. "My whole life I’ve been pretty regular and I track my period on an app. It was super late," she said. "When it did start, it was one of — if not the — most painful periods I’ve ever had, to the point where I felt a bit nauseous." Planells, who reported the suspected adverse reaction to the MHRA, added: "I would still have the vaccine again. I have had family members die from COVID. It’s just the lack of information out there."

After fifteen months of assiduous reading, study, observation, and research, I have come to some conclusions about what is called COVID-19.
I would like to emphasize that I have done this work obsessively since it seemed so important.
I have consulted information and arguments across all media, corporate and alternative, academic, medical, books, etc. I have consulted with researchers around the world. I have read the websites of the CDC, the World Health Organization, and government and non-government health organizations.
In other words, I have left no stone unturned, despite the overt or covert political leanings of the sources. I have done this as a sociologist and writer, not as a medical doctor, although many of my sources have been medical doctors and medical studies.
My succinct conclusions follow without links to sources since I am not trying to persuade anyone of anything but just stating for the public record what I have concluded.
Life is short. I am going to say it now…
I know that vast numbers of people have been hypnotized by fear, threats, and bribes to accept the corporate mainstream media’s version of COVID-19. I have concluded that many millions are moving in a trance state and do not know this. They have been induced into this state by a well-organized, very sophisticated propaganda campaign that has drawn on the human fear of death and disease.
Those behind this have no doubt studied the high incidence of hypochondriasis in the general population and the fear of an invisible “virus” in societies where belief in God and the spiritual invisible has been replaced by faith in science. Knowing their audience well, they have concocted a campaign of fear and confusion to induce obedience.
I do not know, but suspect, that those who have been so hypnotized tend to be mainly members of the middle to the upper classes, those who have invested so much belief in the system. This includes the highly schooled.
I know that to lockdown hundreds of millions of healthy people, to insist they wear useless masks, to tell them to avoid human contacts, to destroy the economic lives of regular people have created vast suffering that was meant to teach people a lesson about who was in control and that they better revise their understanding of human relations to adjust to the new digital unreality that the producers of this masquerade are trying to put in place of flesh and blood, face to face human reality.
I know that the PCR test invented by Kary Mullis cannot test for the alleged virus or any virus and therefore all the numbers of cases and deaths are based on nothing. They are conjured out of thin air in a massive act of magic.
I know that the belief that it can so test began with the unscientific PCR Corona protocol created by Christian Drosten in Germany in January 2020 that became the standard method for testing for SARS-CoV-2 worldwide. I am sure this was preplanned and part of a high-level conspiracy. This protocol set the cycle threshold (amplification) at 45 which could only result in false positive results. These were then called cases: An act of fraud on a massive scale.
I do not know if the alleged virus has ever been isolated in the sense of being purified or detached from everything else aside from being cultured in a lab. Therefore I do not know if the virus exists.
I know that the experimental mRNA “vaccines” that are being pushed on everyone are not traditional vaccines but dangerous experiments whose long-term consequences are unknown. And I know that Moderna says its messenger RNA (mRNA) non-vaccine “vaccine” functions “like an operating system on a computer” and that Dr. Robert Malone, inventor of mRNA vaccine technology, says that the lipid nanoparticles from the injections travel throughout the body and settle in large quantities in multiple organs where the spike protein, being biologically active, can cause massive damage and that the FDA has known this.
Additionally, I know that tens of thousands of people have suffered adverse effects from these injections and many thousands have died from them and that these figures are greatly underestimated due to the reporting systems. I know that with this number of casualties in the past these experimental shots would have been stopped long ago or never started. That they have not, therefore, convinces me that a radically evil agenda is under way whose goal is harm not health because those in charge know what I know and much more.
I do not know where this alleged virus originated, if it exists.
I know that from the start of this crisis, there was a concerted effort across the world to deny access to proven effective treatments such as hydroxychloroquine, steroids, ivermectin in a planned effort to vaccinate as many people as possible. This alone reveals an agenda centered, not on health, but on getting as many people as possible to submit to being vaccinated and controlled. Social control is the name of this deadly game.
I know that those pushing these vaccines – The World Economic Forum, the World Health Organization, the Gates Foundation, the Rockefeller Foundation, etc. – have a long history of wanting to drastically reduce the world’s population and that their promotion of eugenics under various names is very well known. I am convinced that the totally untested mRNA-type “gene therapy” is the key to their plan for population reduction.
I do not know if they will succeed.
I know they must be resisted.
I do not know why so many good people cannot see through this evil. I can only attribute it to having been seduced by a massive hypnotic propaganda campaign that has appealed to their deepest fears and will result in those fears being realized because they thought they were free. It is a great tragedy.
I know that all the statistics about cases and deaths “from” COVID-19 have been manipulated to create a fake pandemic. One of the most obvious proofs of this is the alleged disappearance of the flu and deaths from influenza. Only someone in a trance could fail to understand the absurd logic in the argument that this was the result of mask-wearing when at the same time the air-born COVID-19 spread like wildfire until that stopped precipitously in January 2021 when a tiny number of people had been vaccinated.
I know there has been barely any excess mortality throughout all this.
I do not know where it will all end but hope against hope the growing opposition to this fraud will grow and defeat it despite the organized censorship that is underway against dissenting opinions. I know that when organized censorship on this scale takes place those behind it are afraid of the revelation of the truth. A simple understanding of history confirms this.
I know that the temporary reprieve the authorities have granted to their subjects will be followed by further restrictions on fundamental freedoms, the corona virus lockdowns will likely return, “vaccine” boosters will be promoted, and the World Economic Forum’s push for a Great Reset with a Fourth Industrial Revolution will lead to the marriage of artificial intelligence, cyborgs, digital technology, and biology with the USA and other countries continuing to slip into a new form of fascist control unless people across the world stand up and resist in great numbers. I am heartened by signs that this resistance is growing.
Finally, I know if the authoritarian forces win the immediate battle, someone will write a book with a title like that of Milton Mayer’s classic, They Thought They Were Free. It will be censored. Perhaps it will first be shared via samizdat. But in the end, after much suffering and death, the truth about this evil agenda will prevail and there will be much weeping and gnashing of teeth.
We are in a spiritual war for the soul of the world.

Recently the sports world took note of a remarkable feat: American gymnast Simone Biles became the first woman to complete a Yurchenko double pike in competition. On the one hand, this is clearly something to celebrate. Biles is a rare athlete who stands head and shoulders above her competition. Any time an athlete dominates his or her sport – consider Mike Tyson, Serena Williams, or Michael Jordan – fans and competitors alike take notice.
On the other hand, Biles was not the first person to accomplish this feat. Curiously, it’s not easy to locate a definitive list of men who have completed the maneuver. An email to the office of USA Gymnastics reveals that the uncertainty is not limited to casual observers. A vice president of the organization came up with a short list going back to 2002 but added this caveat: “There may have been others, but I’m not sure of who or when.”
This leads us to an interesting fork in the logical road. Either men and women are fundamentally different – and therefore what Simone Biles achieved is a significant advance in women’s gymnastics – or men and women are physically interchangeable, and the media’s fawning reports are the arbitrary celebration of one athlete who happens to identify as a “woman.”
For most of human history, the notion that men and women are biologically different in ways that matter, and that biological sex and gender are not separable, were truths that virtually everyone accepted as blatantly obvious. In recent years, though, gender has been separated from biological sex and transformed to a psychological state that expresses one’s authentic self. If a person’s biology and gender match, he or she is “cisgender.” But because gender is merely a psychological state rather than a biological fact, gender may not match biology. When biology and gender don’t match, a person is said to be “transgender” or “genderqueer.” Hormone therapy and reconstructive surgery have made possible the radical alteration of bodies in an attempt to coerce biology to agree with psychology.
Despite the cheers from most of the media and awards for courage, the damage extends to far more than individual bodies. One of the most significant harms is to girls’ and women’s sports. Consider the case of Chelsea Mitchell (no relation). On May 22, USA Today published an opinion piece by Mitchell titled “I was the Fastest Girl in Connecticut. But Transgender Athletes Made it an Unfair Fight.” She noted: “I’ve lost four women’s state championship titles, two all-New England awards, and numerous other spots on the podium to male runners. I was bumped to third place in the 55-meter dash in 2019, behind two male runners. With every loss, it gets harder and harder to try again.”
Sour grapes? Perhaps Mitchell is just a poor loser who needs to work harder rather than hire an attorney. If men and women are interchangeable – if psychology trumps biology – then that is clearly the appropriate rejoinder. But if we take that path, we need to follow it to its logical end: the existence of biologically male and biologically female sports teams is an antiquated holdover from a now-discredited “age of sexual binaries.” We have apparently been perpetuating outdated gender roles by countenancing sports programs divided by sex. If men and women can interchangeably compete on teams quaintly designated “men” and “women,” then half of those teams are redundant, at best. At worst, they perpetuate harmful stereotypes.
We can use the WNBA as a case study. By the prevailing logic, biological men should be able to play on women’s teams. They would, to be sure, need to identify as women, but since gender is psychological rather than biological, that hurdle is purely subjective. Of course, the freedom technically works both ways, so women who identify as men should be allowed to play in the NBA. At this point it becomes obvious that the existence of both the NBA and the WNBA is a silly holdover from a less enlightened era. Clearly it is time to merge the two organizations and allow the various players (regardless of their biology or psychology) to compete on a footing rendered truly equal.
But here is where reality pushes hard against the gender-fantasy of our confused age. No biological woman in the WNBA could make an NBA roster, much less earn a starting spot on a team. The possibility of a biological woman securing a spot on the NBA All-Star team is infinitely more remote. The practical result of following the prevailing logic is the disqualification of virtually all women and girls from competitive athletics. Most people rightly balk at such a conclusion, but it seems unavoidable once the logic of the trans movement is embraced.
Interestingly, Caitlyn Jenner, the poster child of trans-positivity and former Olympic gold-medal decathlete, recently declared that transgender girls should not be allowed to compete against biological girls. Why? It’s just not fair. Despite ingenious cosmetic surgeries and an intense desire to alter nature, men and women are, apparently, biologically different.
There is another path that, for most, is still pretty obvious. If we begin with the simple affirmation that biological men and women are different, we can appreciate the different accomplishments of both. We can celebrate the skill and athleticism of Sue Bird and LeBron James, even though they could never legitimately play on the same team. We can cheer when Simone Biles sticks a landing and dominates her sport. In so doing, we affirm the fact of difference and the resulting propriety of sports teams and programs limited to a specific biological sex.
Ultimately, one cannot affirm the transgender agenda and at the same time support the legitimacy of girls’ and women’s sports. Are you pro-woman? If so, support women’s sports. The only credible way to do that is to acknowledge the biological differences between men and women – and, thus, appreciate the real differences between male and female performances.

The ultimate goal of every totalitarian system is to establish complete control over society and every individual within it in order to achieve ideological uniformity and eliminate any and all deviation from it. This goal can never be achieved, of course, but it is the raison d’être of all totalitarian systems, regardless of what forms they take and ideologies they espouse. You can dress totalitarianism up in Hugo Boss-designed Nazi uniforms, Mao suits, or medical-looking face masks, its core desire remains the same: to remake the world in its paranoid image … to replace reality with its own “reality.”
We are right in the middle of this process currently, which is why everything feels so batshit crazy. The global capitalist ruling classes are implementing a new official ideology, in other words, a new “reality.” That’s what an official ideology is. It’s more than just a set of beliefs. Anyone can have any beliefs they want. Your personal beliefs do not constitute “reality.” In order to make your beliefs “reality,” you need to have the power to impose them on society. You need the power of the police, the military, the media, scientific “experts,” academia, the culture industry, the entire ideology-manufacturing machine.
There is nothing subtle about this process. Decommissioning one “reality” and replacing it with another is a brutal business. Societies grow accustomed to their “realities.” We do not surrender them willingly or easily. Normally, what’s required to get us to do so is a crisis, a war, a state of emergency, or … you know, a deadly global pandemic.
During the changeover from the old “reality” to the new “reality,” the society is torn apart. The old “reality” is being disassembled and the new one has not yet taken its place. It feels like madness, and, in a way, it is. For a time, the society is split in two, as the two “realities” battle it out for dominance. “Reality” being what it is (i.e., monolithic), this is a fight to the death. In the end, only one “reality” can prevail.
This is the crucial period for the totalitarian movement. It needs to negate the old “reality” in order to implement the new one, and it cannot do that with reason and facts, so it has to do it with fear and brute force. It needs to terrorize the majority of society into a state of mindless mass hysteria that can be turned against those resisting the new “reality.” It is not a matter of persuading or convincing people to accept the new “reality.” It’s more like how you drive a herd of cattle. You scare them enough to get them moving, then you steer them wherever you want them to go. The cattle do not know or understand where they are going. They are simply reacting to a physical stimulus. Facts and reason have nothing to do with it.
And this is what has been so incredibly frustrating for those of us opposing the roll-out of the “New Normal,” whether debunking the official Covid-19 narrative, or “Russiagate,” or the “Storming of the US Capitol,” or any other element of the new official ideology. (And, yes, it is all one ideology, not “communism,” or “fascism,” or any other nostalgia, but the ideology of the system that actually rules us, supranational global capitalism. We’re living in the first truly global-hegemonic ideological system in human history. We have been for the last 30 years. If you are touchy about the term “global capitalism,” go ahead and call it “globalism,” or “crony capitalism,” or “corporatism,” or whatever other name you need to. Whatever you call it, it became the unrivaled globally-hegemonic ideological system when the Soviet Union collapsed in the 1990s. Yes, there are pockets of internal resistance, but it has no external adversaries, so its progression toward a more openly totalitarian structure is logical and entirely predictable.)
Anyway, what has been so incredibly frustrating is that many of us have been operating under the illusion that we are engaged in a rational argument over facts (e.g., the facts of Russiagate, Literal-Hitlergate, 9/11, Saddam’s WMDs, Douma, the January 6 “insurrection,” the official Covid narrative, etc.)
This is not at all what is happening. Facts mean absolutely nothing to the adherents of totalitarian systems.
You can show the New Normals the facts all you like. You can show them the fake photos of people dead in the streets in China in March of 2020. You can show them the fake projected death rates. You can explain how the fake PCR tests work, how healthy people were deemed medical “cases.” You can show them all the studies on the ineffectiveness of masks. You can explain the fake “hospitalization” and “death” figures, send them articles about the unused “emergency hospitals,” the unremarkable age-and-population-adjusted death rates, cite the survival rates for people under 70, the dangers and pointlessness of “vaccinating” children. None of this will make the slightest difference.
Or, if you’ve bought the Covid-19 narrative, but haven’t completely abandoned your critical faculties, you can do what Glenn Greenwald has been doing recently. You can demonstrate how the corporate media have intentionally lied, again and again, to whip up mass hysteria over “domestic terrorism.”
You can show people videos of the “violent domestic terrorists” calmly walking into the Capitol Building in single file, like a high-school tour group, having been let in by members of Capitol Security. You can debunk the infamous “fire-extinguisher murder” of Brian Sicknik that never really happened. You can point out that the belief that a few hundred unarmed people running around in the Capitol qualifies as an “insurrection,” or an “attempted coup,” or “domestic terrorism,” is delusional to the point of being literally insane. This will also not make the slightest difference.
I could go on, and I’m sure I will as the “New Normal” ideology becomes our new “reality” over the course of the next several years. My point, at the moment, is … this isn’t an argument. The global-capitalist ruling classes, government leaders, the corporate media, and the New Normal masses they have instrumentalized are not debating with us. They know the facts. They know the facts contradict their narratives. They do not care. They do not have to. Because this isn’t about facts. It’s about power.
I’m not saying that facts don’t matter. Of course they matter. They matter to us. I’m saying, let’s recognize what this is. It isn’t a debate or a search for the truth. The New Normals are disassembling one “reality” and replacing it with a new “reality.” (Yes, I know that reality exists in some fundamental ontological sense, but that isn’t the “reality” I’m talking about here, so please do not send me angry emails railing against Foucault and postmodernism.)
The pressure to conform to the new “reality” is already intense and it’s going to get worse as vaccination passes, public mask-wearing, periodic lockdowns, etc., become normalized. Those who don’t conform will be systematically demonized, socially and/or professionally ostracized, segregated, and otherwise punished. Our opinions will be censored. We will be “canceled,” deplatformed, demonitized, and otherwise silenced. Our views will be labeled “potentially harmful.”
We will be accused of spreading “misinformation,” of being “far-right extremists,” “racists,” “anti-Semites,” “conspiracy theorists,” “anti-vaxxers,” “anti-global-capitalist violent domestic terrorists,” or just garden variety “sexual harassers,” or whatever they believe will damage us the most.
This will happen in both the public and personal spheres. Not just governments, the media, and corporations, but your colleagues, friends, and family will do this. Strangers in shops and restaurants will do this. Most of them will not do it consciously. They will do it because your non-conformity represents an existential threat to them … a negation of their new “reality” and a reminder of the reality they surrendered in order to remain a “normal” person and avoid the punishments described above.
This is nothing new, of course. It is how “reality” is manufactured, not only in totalitarian systems, but in every organized social system. Those in power instrumentalize the masses to enforce conformity with their official ideology. Totalitarianism is just its most extreme and most dangerously paranoid and fanatical form.
So, sure, keep posting and sharing the facts, assuming you can get them past the censors, but let’s not kid ourselves about what we’re up against.
We’re not going to wake the New Normals up with facts. If we could, we would have done so already. This is not a civilized debate about facts. This is a fight. Act accordingly.

As evidence has grown that the novel coronavirus came from a Chinese virology lab, White House health adviser Dr. Anthony Fauci and others have speculated that the virus still could have made a natural jump from animals to humans.
A naturally evolved strain might have been among the various coronaviruses extracted from horseshoe bats in caves in the southern province of Yunnan and stored in vials at the Wuhan Institute of Virology. But increasingly evidence is pointing to the virus having been manipulated by scientists in research funded by Fauci's National Institute of Allergy and Infectious Diseases.
Now, a 2017 report by Science News spotlighted by the National Pulse is shedding more light on the focus of research at the Wuhan lab led by Chinese virologist Dr. Shi Zhengli in collaboration with the U.S.-based British zoologist Dr. Peter Daszak.
The lab had obtained "all the genes to make a SARS coronavirus similar to the epidemic strain," the Science News report said.
The article is titled "Bats in China carry all the ingredients to make a new SARS virus." A hotlink to the article by the Wuhan lab's website has been deleted.
"After five years of surveying bats in a cave in southern China’s Yunnan Province," the article states, "Zhengli Shi and colleagues discovered 11 new strains of SARS-related viruses in horseshoe bats (especially in Rhinolophus sinicus).
"Within the strains, the researchers found all the genes to make a SARS coronavirus similar to the epidemic strain, says Shi, a virologist at the Wuhan Institute of Virology, Chinese Academy of Sciences."
Meanwhile, video of a 2016 speech by Daszak has been unearthed in which the scientist boasted his "colleagues in China" were creating a "killer" coronavirus.
The admission, at an event discussing "emerging infectious diseases and the next pandemic," conflicts with Fauci's repeated insistence that the U.S. government never funded dangerous gain-of-function research at the Wuhan lab. In gain-of-function research, virologists enhance the lethality and transmissibility of viruses that pose the threat of jumping from animals to humans so they can prepare treatments and vaccines in advance. The NIH under President Obama imposed a moritorium on the research in 2014 because of the security risks. But NIH kept funding it through third parties, particularly Daszak's non-profit EcoHealth Alliance.
Daszak and Shi Zhengli are listed as co-authors of more than a dozen research papers that were produced through $3.7 million in NIAID grants. Shi has included the Fauci-backed grants on her resume. Until March 2021, when the issue was brought up by lawmakers such as Sen. Rand Paul, R-Ky., the Wuhan lab listed the National Institutes of Health as one of its "partners."
'We sequenced the spike protein'
In his 2016 remarks, Daszak describes the Wuhan lab's work of "insert[ing] spike proteins” into viruses to see if they can "bind to human cells."
"Then when you get a sequence of a virus, and it looks like a relative of a known nasty pathogen, just like we did with SARS," he said.
Daszak said "a whole host" of other coronaviruses were discovered in bats that "looked very similar to SARS."
"So we sequenced the spike protein: the protein that attaches to cells. Then we -- well I didn't do this work, but my colleagues in China did the work -- create pseudo particles, you insert the spike proteins from those viruses, see if they bind to human cells."
"At each step of this you move closer and closer to this virus could really become pathogenic in people," he said.
"You end up with a small number of viruses that really do look like killers."
