The scientist who combined two widely available over-the-counter compounds that inhibited the novel coronavirus by 99% in early tests told WND he's hopeful his treatment will be available "within months."
"An FDA-approved treatment could be in sight within months if pharmaceutical companies utilize existing clinical trial resources," said Dr. David Ostrov in an email interview with WND.

(BASED UNDERGROUND) – In an interview, Monday with America’s Frontline Doctors, Dr. Theresa Lawrie, MBBCh, Ph.D., discussed the efficacy of ivermectin for treating COVID. She also questioned the safety of COVID vaccines.
Lawrie, a UK medical doctor and research analyst who served as a consultant for the World Health Organization, founded the British Ivermectin Recommendation Development initiative (BiRD International) and is co-founder of the new World Council for Health, a coalition of more than 80 international health advocacy organizations in more than 30 countries.

It was several years ago when Jeremy Grantham quietly turned from stock bull to vocal permabear, and while his market notes turned breathlessly alarmist (if only to those who were long his multi-billion fund GMO), such as this from June 2020 "Stock-market legend who called 3 financial bubbles says this one is the ‘Real McCoy,’ this is ‘crazy stuff’", it wasn't until early 2021 that Grantham's warnings of an imminent crash became especially shrill... and spectacularly wrong. Recall, back in January 2021, Grantham wrote that "Bursting Of This "Great, Epic Bubble" Will Be "Most Important Investing Event Of Your Lives", while was followed by warnings of a "Spectacular" Crash In "The Next Few Months."
Needless to say, no crash followed as the Fed and other central banks went all in on stabilizing the market, resulting in an epic year for risk assets which closed 2021 at all time highs, while GMO suffered not only steep losses but also substantial redemptions, a humiliating outcome for Grantham who had previously called the bursting of both the dot com and housing bubbles, but failed to account for just how determined the Fed is to avoid another bubble bursting.

But with stocks again swooning on fears Fed support of gradually fading, it didn't take long for the 83-year-old Grantham to publish his most apocalyptic note yet, "Let The Wild Rumpus Begin" out this morning, in which he revisits the familiar them that we are currently living in a superbubble - only the fourth of the past century - and like the crash of 1929, the dot-com bust of 2000 and the financial crisis of 2008, Grantham is "nearly certain" the bursting of this bubble has begun, sending indexes back to statistical norms and possibly further.

(DAILY WIRE) – Canadian psychologist and bestselling author Jordan Peterson announced that he is no longer a tenured professor at the University of Toronto.
In an article for The National Post, Peterson — who recently sat down with Daily Wire editor emeritus Ben Shapiro in the inaugural episode of “The Search” — pointed to the school’s obsession with “Diversity, Inclusivity and Equity,” which he abbreviated simply as “DIE.”
“I had envisioned teaching and researching at the U of T, full time, until they had to haul my skeleton out of my office. I loved my job. And my students, undergraduates and graduates alike, were positively predisposed toward me,” Peterson said. “But that career path was not meant to be.”

The 35-page discussion paper on a government-backed coin makes no firm conclusions on whether (making it clear it did not “favour any policy outcome” at this point) it should be issuing a CBDC, but instead solicits feedback (as Powell had previously explained would be its purpose).
Powell has previously said any CBDC should serve “as a complement to, and not a replacement of, cash and current private-sector digital forms of the dollar, such as deposits at commercial banks”.
The bank in the paper said a digital dollar could bolster the financial system by ensuring the U.S. dollar remains the preeminent currency in the international financial system, improve cross-border payments and increase financial inclusion and ease the dollar’s use in new technology.
However, the central bank also warned of possible negative effects, including draining deposits from traditional banking and making runs on financial firms more likely or more severe.

I’m not sure how it happened, but Cheerios somehow became the finger food of choice for older babies and toddlers several decades ago. Visit the mall or anywhere families hang out and, in short order, you will probably see a child in a stroller munching the familiar round snack.
This is troublesome as boxed cereal is toxic food. All brands, even organic, are incredibly hard to digest from the ultra-processing. Eating this type of food sets a child up for potential development of food allergies.

America’s founding generation believed that an informed citizenry was vital to the survival of the Republic. Writing to theologian and philosopher Richard Price on January 8, 1789, Thomas Jefferson observed with satisfaction how his countrymen had come to largely embrace the new constitutional form of government just recently adopted.
“A sense of this necessity, and a submission to it,” Jefferson told Price, “is to me a new and consolatory proof that wherever the people are well informed they can be trusted with their own government; that whenever things get so far wrong as to attract their notice, they may be relied on to set them to rights.”
But what if that same government takes deliberate, calculated steps to try to ensure that the public is not well informed about the government’s own actions, especially those carried out under a legal cloak of secrecy?
Over 200 years after Jefferson’s missive to Price, the United States now has a sprawling national security bureaucracy that has created tens of millions of classified documents. In 2017 alone (the last year for which figures are available), federal employees created some 50 million classified records. Estimated cost to you, the taxpayer? Around $18 billion.
What’s worse is that many of the classified records created since World War I (when the US government classification system essentially began) – tens of millions of pages – remain classified to this day, out of the reach of the public, historians, journalists and others interested in understanding the totality of America’s history.
