Restaurant industry warns of 'economic freefal

ORIGINAL LINK

restaurant_closed.jpg

(ZEROHEDGE) – The National Restaurant Association (NRA) sent a damning letter to Congress addressing the collapse of more than one hundred thousand restaurants across the country this year because of the virus pandemic. In just the last three months, the letter said more than 10,000 eateries have closed, and thousands of others are in "economic freefall."

The letter goes into detail about the association's most recent nationwide survey, which determines that most restaurants are still experiencing a plunge in sales revenue. Many operators believe more furloughs or layoffs are imminent. As we noted last week, the layoffs have already begun.

"What these findings make clear is that more than 500,000 restaurants of every business type – franchise, chain, and independent – are in an unprecedented economic decline. And for every month that passes without a solution from Congress, thousands of more restaurants across the country will close their doors for good," Sean Kennedy, executive vice president of public affairs at the association, said in a letter to Congress.

Trump supporters are right to doubt election integrity

ORIGINAL LINK

rudy-giuliani-1.jpg

Some accuse Trump supporters of manufacturing allegations of voter fraud out of whole cloth and resisting the presidential election results in response to their supposed cult leader's wishes. As usual, President Donald Trump is the villain and his supporters are complicit.

But again, the Trump-hating critics are wrong. Nationwide GOP distrust and outrage over the election is a grassroots phenomenon. Trump supporters did not take their cue from Trump. They witnessed the numerous anomalies on election night and beyond and recognized mischief when they saw it.

Am I saying the election was stolen? Well, I firmly believe that massive cheating occurred, especially in the so-called swing states. I can't be sure whether there was enough to change the outcome of the election, though I strongly suspect it.

Millions of Americans don't just strongly suspect it; they are sure of it. You should see my emails – not from fringers but sober, reasonable people. They are not, as some Trump haters have charged, trying to steal the election themselves by throwing out bogus claims of election fraud.

That doesn't even make sense. It would be pointless for them to knowingly allege unprovable election fraud with any expectation of reversing the election in court. Conservative, originalist judges wouldn't do that without compelling evidence, and even then, they may not because of the monumental gravity of such an action. Dishonest advocates might falsely allege voter fraud for partisan reasons, such as to delegitimize President-elect Joe Biden, but not to steal back the election.

A large percentage of Republicans, and a surprising percentage of Democrats, genuinely believe Democrats stole the election. You don't have to take my word for it, but if you have any interest in understanding the mindset of Trump supporters, you would be wise to realize they believe they were robbed.

Let me give you some of the many reasons. We all see things through our own lens and filter them through our respective worldviews and presuppositions. But consider what Trump supporters have observed over the past four years and on election night.

  • Democrats (and the media) orchestrated and pursued a phony case of Trump-Russia collusion. They've investigated and harassed him from the beginning and fraudulently impeached him.
  • Many leftists believe Trump is Hitler – their words, not mine – and, for that reason alone, would cheat to beat him.
  • The legacy media's reporting on Trump has been almost 100% negative, and it has willfully covered up Democratic corruption, including that of Hunter Biden.
  • Democrats ran for president a man who is clearly in cognitive decline, who didn't campaign and whom the media insulated from scrutiny. They deceptively presented Joe Biden as moderate and as nothing like the extreme leftists who control his party but couldn't win a national election if honest about their agenda. Democrats knew Biden would never be the real president and would only be a stand-in for his leftist puppet masters until he could be replaced by Kamala Harris, America's most liberal senator. Biden unwittingly confirmed this sinister Manchurian scheme recently. Prefacing his remarks with "All kidding aside," he said that he told "Barack" that while he and Harris agree on most everything, if they later disagree on a matter of moral principal, he will "develop some disease" and resign. This was a chilling admission from a failing loose cannon who, if inaugurated, will have access to the nuclear launch codes – unless his handlers wisely withhold them.
  • Social media giants Twitter, Facebook, YouTube and Google clearly censored conservatives and overtly interfered with the election. Facebook CEO Mark Zuckerberg contributed $350 million – that's a third of $1 billion – to get out the Democratic vote.
  • Mainstream liberal polling outfits showed Biden with absurd leads over Trump.
  • The leftist-dominated national Democratic Party subscribes to an end-justifies-the-means philosophy, meaning it schemes and cheats to advance its agenda. It has shown this with its fealty to liberal judicial activism; its plan to pack the Supreme Court and add territories as states to gain more Democratic electoral votes; and its crusade to diminish election integrity through opposing voter identification measures, grossly expanding unverifiable mail-in voting under the cover of COVID-19 and falsely accusing Republicans of suppressing the black vote.
  • Trump's explosive popularity is undeniable, as shown by his mega-rallies, which contrasts with Democrats' utter indifference toward Biden. Trump expanded the GOP base, especially with blacks and Hispanics. Yes, many people hate Trump, but not enough to get millions of unengaged people who never voted before – millions more than voted for former President Barack Obama – to vote for Biden.
  • On election night, Trump was way ahead. Vote counting was stopped in the middle of the night in certain pivotal states, and Biden surged way ahead by morning. Kraken aside, this is suspicious on its face and even more so considering the reported ballot drops in select cities in those states. Statisticians have questioned the statistical unlikelihood of this dramatic vote reversal, even accounting for more mail-in ballots among Democrats. I frankly don't know what to make of this theory, but it certainly catches one's eye.
  • Hundreds of affidavits throughout the country allege vast voter fraud. It's impossible to know for sure what happened, but reasonable Trump supporters – and many Democrats – view these events most skeptically.
  • Republicans performed extraordinarily well in congressional races, yet Trump fell behind them in certain swing states. Scoffers say this is due to Trump's off-putting manner, which we're told particularly offends suburban women. But these same people say Trump ruined the GOP. OK, so how did his ruined party outperform him? We saw the equivalent of one of the greatest coattail effects in the modern era, and yet we are to believe that the owner of that coat didn't benefit from his own coat? Why would those who hated him reward his party – a party that has been extremely loyal to him? Truth be told, many who hate Trump are contemptuous of his supporters.

I can't possibly know how much the Democratic Party cheated in this election, but I have given you ample reasons to understand why millions are highly suspicious and many among them are further convinced the cheating changed the outcome of the election.

If President Trump's challenges fail in court, it won't necessarily mean massive cheating didn't occur. It could mean any number of other things: that his lawyers couldn't quantitatively prove sufficient cheating after the fact, that no viable legal remedy was available, that procedural hurdles (like laches) precluded consideration of the case on the merits or that the Supreme Court didn't want to inject itself into a political question.

But be assured that people are rightly concerned and brushing them off as partisan crazies will do nothing to mollify them, especially when Democrats have telegraphed their intention of rigging the system to make future GOP victories increasingly difficult. What a colossal mess!

Please pray for the nation.

California Versus Texas Tyler Durden Thu, 12/10/2020 - 20:00

California has had a nearly identical case trajectory as Texas...

  • In TX, schools are open. Businesses are open. People can go for a walk.

  • In CA, not so much!

And then there's this...

I don’t know if there’s a better indicator of how completely useless interventions are than the fact that Pennsylvania & Delaware have essentially followed the exact same curve since mid-October. Like, the same, almost to the exact number.

Chest Doctor Lambasts Health Agencies For Ignoring Re-Purposed Drug That Provides Almost Complete Protection Against COVID-19 And Would Replace Need For All Vaccines

Speaking on the cusp of FDA licensure of COVID-19 vaccines and coerced immunization of the entire U.S. population, chest doctor Dr. Pierre Kory MD, speaking before the US Congress, passionately begs the National Institutes of Health to cease touting expensive drugs and vaccines and analyze compelling data produced by ivermectin, a long-standing, safe, Nobel-prize winning anti-parasitic drug, that is convincingly saving lives and completely preventing healthcare workers from coming down with symptoms of COVID-19.

According to data tabulated by the Front Line Covid-19 Critical Care Alliance, use of Ivermectin would eliminate the need for immunizing 325 million Americans with unproven vaccines that are only being tested to see if they allay symptoms, not save lives.

With less than 1 in 10,000 Americans without co-morbid conditions coming down with COVID-19 associated symptoms and dying, a completely safe and effective vaccine would have to be administered to 9,999 people to spare 1 life.  A 100% effective vaccine would be less than 1% effective.

Effectively treating ~9000 ICU COVID-19 patients, the current ICU census,  with a highly effective drug would be more targeted, economical and practical.

Took Kory took umbrage over criticism he is touting ivermectin for political reasons.

Dr. Kory said “he is severely troubled by the FDA, CDC and NIH is touting novel and/or expensive pharmaceutically-engineered drugs.”

Kory said there is a “a drug of miraculous impact.  It basically obliterates the transmission of this virus.  If you take it, you will not get sick.  Ivermectin not only is a prophylactic – it was used among 800 healthcare workers, not one got sick; in the 400 who did not get Ivermectin, 237 (58%) got sick.”

Dr. Kory went on to say Ivermectin has immense antiviral activity.  “If you take Ivermectin in the hospital, you will not die or almost eliminate your risk of dying.  It is critical for use in this disease.”

“Any further deaths are going to be needless deaths!” he told Congress.

In a landmark paper, the Front Line Covid-19 Critical Care Alliance has published evidence of Ivermectin’s efficacy.  Other evidence is also available for analysis.

A statement issued by the Front Line COVID-19 Critical Care Alliance is also available for review. Or hear Dr. Kory plead with Congress for NIH review.

What Happens When the Suspension on Evictions Ends

ORIGINAL LINK

logo-med.png

International Man: Earlier this year, CDC was able to extend its powers unprecedentedly by issuing a nationwide suspension on evictions.

What’s your take on how a public health agency grew to be in the position of telling property owners what they can do on their properties?

Doug Casey: Health paranoia is an excellent method of control. People put their health above almost everything. I’m only surprised it hasn’t been used as a lever up until now. It’s part of a trend toward mass control that has started in earnest early in the 20th century and has been increasing exponentially over time.

First was the income tax. If you didn’t comply, it was not only seen as a legal crime but also promoted as a moral sin. The prohibition of liquor from 1919 to 1933 got under way as a moral failing and then was turned into a crime. It’s the same with the prohibition of some drugs; Nixon started that hysteria in 1971, and it was put on steroids, so to speak, by Nancy Reagan. Next came the war on terror, especially since 2001. These were all promoted with both legal and moral taboos. Everybody is supposed to line up with them shoulder to shoulder, like in one of those old socialist realism propaganda posters the Soviets and the Nazis specialized in. The public is supposed to self-police under the supervision of the authorities, like they did in Salem in 1692.

Public health is the current impetus for mass hysteria and paranoia. All of these things impinge upon your right to ownership of private property, including your own body, which is the primary form of property. The public health angle is potentially the most dangerous and invasive one from the viewpoint of freedom. Busybodies—the type of people who work for and actively support the State—always need an excuse to control others en masse. This pandemic provides an excellent template for the future.

Wearing a mask—whether or not you want to or think it helps—isn’t just about virtue signaling. It also shows whether you’re willing to do as you’re told—whether you’re “politically reliable”, as the communists like to say. It’s like wearing the Party’s armband.

In fact, wearing a mask and social distancing in stores, bars, restaurants, and gymnasiums shouldn’t be up to the government. It should be strictly up to the property owner. Decisions that the individual makes regarding his own health are his own; it’s between the individual and his doctor.

I have no problem if the owner of a bar or restaurant wants to keep me out if I’m not wearing a mask. It’s his property. He makes the rules. I can go elsewhere, where it suits me better. It’s an affront and an imposition on restaurateurs and storekeepers to be told what they and their guests can and cannot do.

This isn’t, incidentally, about a technical or medical problem. The value of wearing masks, social distancing, and obeying quarantines and lockdowns is questionable at best, as Sweden has shown. The real problem is ethical and that there’s no moral pushback from either the public or the property owners. People are arguing on strictly technical grounds: “Yes, you have a right to tell me what to do, and even close my business. But you shouldn’t because it’s not ‘fair’, or your solutions aren’t optimal”. They accept the busybody’s premises. The argument is over before it even begins. Americans are truly acting like whipped dogs.

Whether the masks, distancing, and the rest of it work or not, isn’t the point. My own belief is they’re at best of marginal value and may well be counterproductive. But that’s beside the point. The point is that it’s immoral and destructive for the State to tell people how to relate to each other.

As for the CDC, it’s just another government bureaucracy concerned with putting itself in the limelight, gaining more power, enhancing its budget, and the number of its employees—and making Fauci, a lifelong but previously insignificant swamp creature, into an international celebrity.

International Man: Currently, over 18 million Americans are currently behind on their mortgage or rent payments.

That temporary suspension on evictions ends December 31st. What do you think will happen next?

Doug Casey: Just as with the financial markets, the government has no alternative but to “do something.” They will—they have to—print more money to keep the rotten house of cards from collapsing on itself.

The Democrats have already said that they want to increase the next stimulus to over $3 trillion. The fact that most of the last round of stimulus was either overtly wasted, went to cronies, or can’t be accounted for, is completely lost on them. They recognize that unless they give a lot of money directly or indirectly to the hoi polloi, there are going to be millions of them on the streets.

Approximately 11 million renters and 4 or 5 million mortgagees are now in forbearance. They’ll be kicked out of their houses and apartments come January 1, barring a huge bailout. Where are those people going to go?

If Obama had made good on his ridiculous promise about shovel-ready projects, there’d be a lot more bridges that they could camp out under. But he didn’t. They have a real problem on their hands. Millions of people have been living above their means and have no savings. At this point, if they let landlords and banks kick all those people out, a number of things will happen. Residential property prices will collapse. Millions of people will be scrambling for somewhere to live. Lots of banks and landlords would go bust.

The longer the government kicks the can down the road, the bigger the inevitable bust will be. The stimulus money will have to continue because Biden doesn’t want it all to come unglued on his watch. The State is not only going to have to pay individuals and business owners that their idiotic policies have busted. They’ll be subsidizing banks, landlords, and utility companies—because you can’t live in a house or an apartment without water and electricity.

It’s worse than that because even if you cover the bare essentials, there’s no money leftover for maintenance. There will be millions of buildings across the country suffering from deferred maintenance. The South Bronx, East St. Louis, and Baltimore will be replicated across the country.

And no one’s talking about how to cover the real estate taxes due on these properties. Many local governments are already bankrupt. Their expenses are going way up even while their tax income collapses. The whole country has painted itself into a corner at this point. That’s what happens when you adopt a collectivist economic policy, as the Soviets, the Chinese, and scores of other countries have discovered.

I’m not sure how they’re going to get out of it because the economy itself has just started to collapse. Of course, they’ll print up more money because they see that as a solution when it’s actually a cause. It’s going to worsen the collapse.

International Man: For the tens of millions behind on their mortgage and rent payments, will their back rent and overdue payments ever be repaid?

Doug Casey: The government will not only have to pay the rent for the future, but it’s going to have to cover landlords’ previously unpaid rent—if they don’t want lots of bankrupt landlords and banks.

It will lead to a guaranteed annual income, which they’ve been thinking about for some time. In some cases, the government will take over properties. It’s nothing new. Most major US cities already have significant public housing. None of it’s good, but most isn’t as bad as Cabrini-Greene or Pruitt-Igoe.

Who knows where this daisy chain will lead? With all the unemployed people who can’t pay their rent, perhaps the government will develop something like national service. Then there will be millions more people working for the government, doing god knows what. It will lead to the socialization of society. Remember, this COVID hysteria is just the pin that broke the bubble. The Greater Depression was already in the cards. Americans will beg the government to cure it, which is guaranteed to make it vastly worse and longer-lasting and invite some charismatic authoritarian to be their savior and take charge.

International Man: Assuming the COVID hysteria and lockdowns are behind us in 2021, what lasting effects could we see taking place?

Doug Casey: It’s going to destroy the restaurant, retail, and travel industries all at once.

Stores, restaurants, and small businesses are always failing—maybe 15% of them annually— and new ones are starting up in normal times. It’s the circle of life. The problem is that about half of these businesses are failing all at once. That makes it much harder to recover.

The economy is a lot like a body. If you burn your finger, it hurts, but you’ll recover. But if you suffer burns on over 50% of your body all at once, it might kill you. That’s what we’re looking at right now.

Commercial real estate is another area that is going to be devastated because a lot of people will continue working at home and prefer it over working in an office.

Who knows what’s going to happen to all that commercial real estate and how it’s going to be repurposed. It’s certainly going to consume a huge amount of capital.

Another area that will change is schools. I would have been happy to have a year off from school because classes bored me. I would have read many more things on my own. But today, most kids don’t read books. Public school kids are lucky to absorb a few things by osmosis.

Now they’re mostly playing video games or are on social media—mostly doing nonproductive things on their computers at home. I don’t know the effect of not being able to associate with other kids.

For most kids, it may be damaging. On the bright side, many parents have decided that school is a waste of time and have started homeschooling their kids. That’s generally a positive thing.

Here’s the important thing, we don’t know how long this hysteria is going to last. People are so scared that they’ll be easy to control for fear of the next real or imagined virus that comes down the road. When people are scared and don’t know what to do, they will want somebody to kiss it and make it better.

So, I expect we’re heading towards a genuine strong man for president in the US, whether that’s Kamala Harris or somebody else. If the 2020 election was bad, the 2024 election would be worse.

The most controversial Supreme Court case since Bush v. Gore will decide who is president for the next 4 years

ORIGINAL LINK

The mainstream media and many on the left are greatly underestimating the importance of the election case that was put on the Supreme Court docket this week, and that is a tragic mistake on their part.  Just like Bush v. Gore in 2000, Texas v. Pennsylvania will be “outcome determinative”.  In other words, the Supreme Court is about to decide whether Donald Trump or Joe Biden will be president for the next four years.  Very late on Monday, Texas Attorney General Ken Paxton filed a suit that alleged that voting procedures in the states of Georgia, Michigan, Pennsylvania, and Wisconsin violated the U.S. Constitution.  This is how Paxton’s bill of complaint began

“Our Country stands at an important crossroads. Either the Constitution matters and must be followed, even when some officials consider it inconvenient or out of date, or it is simply a piece of parchment on display at the National Archives. We ask the Court to choose the former.”

I completely agree with Paxton’s assessment.

Either we have a Constitution or we don’t, and if the Supreme Court chooses to ignore the plain meaning of the Constitution in this case we will cross a line that will never be able to be uncrossed.

The Supreme Court could have taken one look at Paxton’s suit and thrown it out, but that didn’t happen.

Instead, the case was officially put on the docket about 12 hours later.

There has been a lot of confusion about what this means, and so let me try to clear that up.  According to the official website of the federal court system, a case is placed on the docket once the Court officially decides to accept a case…

If the Justices decide to accept a case (grant a petition for certiorari), the case is placed on the docket. According to the Supreme Court’s rules, the petitioner has a certain amount of time to write a brief, not to exceed 50 pages, putting forth his/her legal case concerning the issue on which the Court granted review. After the petitioner’s brief has been filed, the other party, known as the respondent, is given a certain amount of time to file a respondent’s brief. This brief is also not to exceed 50 pages.

In this case, there was no petition for certiorari because the Supreme Court has original jurisdiction over controversies between states.

Many on the left are still trying to argue that the Court will never actually consider Paxton’s arguments, but the case has already been accepted and Georgia, Michigan, Pennsylvania, and Wisconsin have been ordered to file their responses by 3 PM eastern time on Thursday.

So the ball is rolling, and no amount of huffing and puffing by the left will be able to stop it.

On Wednesday, Missouri and 16 other states filed an amicus brief in support of the claims that Texas is making…

The amicus brief was led by Missouri. Other states whose attorneys general signed on are all Republican: Alabama, Arkansas, Florida, Indiana, Kansas, Louisiana, Mississippi, Montana, Nebraska, North Dakota, Oklahoma, South Carolina, South Dakota, Tennessee, Utah, and West Virginia.

Subsequently, the state of Arizona filed their own amicus brief in support of Texas.  Here are a few lines from that brief

The State of Arizona will first argue that election integrity is of paramount importance. “Every voter” in a federal election “has a right under the Constitution to have his [or her] vote fairly counted, without its being distorted by fraudulently cast votes.” Anderson v. United States, 417 U.S. 211, 227 (1974).

In addition, President Trump has also petitioned to be part of the case, and he tweeted about that fact on Wednesday

We will be INTERVENING in the Texas (plus many other states) case. This is the big one. Our Country needs a victory!

So on one side of the case we have 19 different states and the president of the United States.

There is no way that the Supreme Court could ignore that even if the justices wanted to do so.

Of course just because the Supreme Court is going to consider the case does not mean that they are going to rule a certain way.

Ultimately, the state of Texas and those supporting Texas will need to make a winning legal case.

According to the brief that Texas filed, there are three primary issues that need to be addressed.  First of all, it is alleged that officials in Georgia, Michigan, Pennsylvania, and Wisconsin violated the U.S. Constitution by taking “non-legislative actions to change the election rules” that had been established by their respective state legislatures.  But the Electors Clause of the  U.S. Constitution gives state legislatures the sole authority for determining how electors are selected, and so changing election rules without legislative approval should never be done.  In an article that I published yesterday, I shared a list from the Heritage Foundation that contains a few examples of election rules being unconstitutionally altered…

  • Pennsylvania: The complaint accuses Pennsylvania Secretary of State Kathy Boockvar of, among other things, “without legislative approval, unilaterally abrogating” Pennsylvania statutes that require “signature verification for absentee or mail-in ballots.” These changes were “not ratified” by the Pennsylvania legislature.
  • Georgia: Similarly, the complaint describes how Georgia’s Secretary of State, Brad Raffensperger, also “without legislative approval, unilaterally abrogated Georgia’s statute governing the signature verification process for absentee ballots.”
  • Michigan: The complaint states that Michigan Secretary of State Jocelyn Benson “abrogated Michigan election statutes related to absentee ballot applications and signature verification.”
  • Wisconsin: Lastly, the Wisconsin’s elections commission made similar changes in state laws without the permission of the legislature that “weakened, or did away with, established security procedures put in place by the Wisconsin legislature to ensure absentee ballot integrity.”

Secondly, Texas is alleging that voters and ballots were treated very differently in left-leaning areas of Georgia, Michigan, Pennsylvania, and Wisconsin than they were in right-leaning areas of those states.  Here is just one example of that phenomenon

Pennsylvania’s Secretary of State Kathy Boockvar gave partisan activist groups direct access to Pennsylvania’s official voter rolls.

Left-leaning counties illegally “pre-canvassed” by scanning and weighing mail-in ballots so that they could be “cured” before the election.

This is a clear violation of the Equal Protection Clause of the Fourteenth Amendment, and there are many other examples just like this in the four states in question.

Thirdly, the state of Texas is alleging widespread “voting irregularities”, but ultimately those don’t even need to be proven.  Because if Texas is successful in proving violations of the Electors Clause and/or proving violations of the Equal Protection Clause in each of the four states, the Supreme Court should rule in their favor.

So what would happen then?  Well, it is likely that such a Supreme Court decision would throw our nation into a state of complete and utter chaos because Joe Biden would no longer be the “winner” of the presidential election.

The electoral votes in Georgia, Michigan, Pennsylvania, and Wisconsin would suddenly not belong to anyone, and the Supreme Court would need to give those states direction about how to proceed, and that is something that I will be discussing in Part II of this series

Attorney Ty Clevenger’s Determination Led to the FBI Announcing Today They Actually Did Have Thousands of Documents and Seth Rich’s Laptop

ORIGINAL LINK

Attorney Ty Clevenger

For years we reported on the murder of Seth Rich and followed up with numerous posts about the emails that were used as the basis to create the Trump – Russia conspiracy.

For four years the FBI lied and said they had nothing on Seth Rich, but then today we learn that the FBI has 20,000 pages and a laptop all related to Seth Rich.  The Deep State FBI liars finally brought the Seth Rich case out of the closet.

This story started with the release of emails by WikiLeaks related to the DNC and Hillary’s Campaign Manager creepy John Podesta.  Within days, in June 2016, Ellen Nakashima, a Deep State favorite from the Washington Post, released a report that the Democrat National Committee (DNC) had been hacked by Russia. The firm that validated this was Crowdstrike and its President Shawn Henry confirmed the claims.

In December 2016, Ms. Nakashima followed up her reporting with the outlandish claim that the CIA had determined that Russia hacked the DNC because Russia wanted Trump to win the election. Nakashima also reported that the the Intel Community had determined that Russia also sent the emails to WikiLeaks. This position was reinforced by the Mueller gang in their efforts to have President Trump removed from office.

WikiLeaks did release DNC emails related to John Podesta, Hillary Clinton’s Campaign Manager, in the months before the 2016 Presidential election which showed massive corruption combined with an elitist attitude from members of the Hillary Clinton team – all willing to do whatever it took to win the election.

The Trump – Russia fairy tale sounded fraudulent from the start and even preposterous.

On March 8, 2020 and before on June 16, 2019, we presented arguments against the Mueller gang’s assertion that the DNC was hacked by Russians.

Cyber expert Yaacov Apelbaum posted an incredible report with information basically proving that the DNC was not hacked by the Russians.

Then, after years of being hidden by corrupt lying Representative Adam Schiff in Congress, a number of testimonies related to the Russia collusion sham were unveiled after Schiff received pressure from Richard Grenell, the Acting Director of National Intelligence (ADNI) to release the transcripts. One transcript was from Crowdstrike’s Shawn Henry who stated under oath that Crowdstrike had no evidence that Russia even “exfiltrated” the emails from the DNC. The whole ‘Russia stole the DNC emails and sent them to WikiLeaks’ story was a fraud.

Many people suspected that in 2016 a young man working for the DNC by the name of Seth Rich, copied emails from the DNC and shared them with WikiLeaks. Mr. Rich was murdered in Washington D.C. in July 2016 and it was labeled a robbery, but his wallet, phone and watch were found on his person when the police arrived at the scene. We reported numerous oddities surrounding his death.

The Mueller gang never looked into the Seth Rich matter and never interviewed Julian Assange from WikiLeaks to determine who provided Assange the DNC emails which were reportedly the cause of the Russia collusion sham.  We know this based on his thousand pages of reports where this is never mentioned.

We reported in mid-February 2020 how Attorney Ty Clevenger, who represents a client who is being sued for his comments about Seth Rich, reported to the courts that despite numerous assurances from the FBI that they had no information related to Seth Rich, emails related to Seth Rich were identified and provided to Judicial Watch. It looked like the FBI was lying to Clevenger all along.

(There is much, much more in our prior posts that refer to this matter. Please take a look.)

For years the Seth Rich story has been covered up and labeled a conspiracy.  In April 2020 we reported that Judicial Watch released documents obtained in a FOIA request. These emails revealed that corrupt cops Peter Strzok and Jonathan Moffa were copied in an email regarding a report from Daily Mail where ex-Brit Craig Murray claimed he traveled to Washington DC and obtained Clinton emails in an exchange in a wooded area near American University.

(Here is a link to the article that was shared between the dirty cops in 2016.)

In an April 2020 post related to this subject we detailed the many actions taken over the past few years to determine if Seth Rich was the one who provided emails to WikiLeaks.  In this post, transcripts of a conversation between George Papadopoulos and a confidential informant believed to be Stefan Halper were released by the DOJ. These transcripts confirm that Papadopoulos was spied on and recorded, and that they discussed the WikiLeaks emails and likely Seth Rich (his name is redacted).

We know from another April 2020 report that a Deep State Anti-Trump former Assistant US Attorney claimed under oath that the FBI did examine Seth Rich’s computer and that she met with an FBI Agent and prosecutor from the Mueller gang. Her name is Deborah Sines. Her statements indicate the meeting should have been recorded but the FBI continued to claim no records related to Seth Rich are available!

The May Shocker

In early May (as we reported at the time), Attorney Ty Clevenger wrote to Richard Grenell at the DNI and shared the following:

I am reliably informed that the NSA or its partners intercepted at least some of the communications between Mr. Rich and Wikileaks. Before elaborating on that, however, I should first note the extent to which the “deep state” has already tried to cover up information about Mr. Rich. In an October 9, 2018 affidavit submitted in a Freedom of Information Act lawsuit, FBI section chief David M. Hardy testified that (1) the FBI did not investigate any matters pertaining to Mr. Rich, and (2) the FBI was unable to locate any records about Mr. Rich. Both claims were unequivocally false.

According to Ty, the NSA, knows exactly who sent the records to Wikileaks. So does the FBI.

It was then suspected that the CIA had a more prominent role in the fabrication that Russians hacked the DNC and “fingerprints” were identified in the purported hacking.

The attorneys requested relief from the court because they believed the delay in providing records from the DOJ and FBI was so no records would have to be produced before the 2020 election. If the records show Seth Rich provided the emails to WikiLeaks then it would prove: “(1) Special Counsel Robert Mueller’s entire investigation of President Donald J. Trump was premised on a fraud, and (2) current FBI and DOJ officials aided and abetted that fraud.”

Then in July 2020, we received word from attorney Ty Clevenger, that the FBI was declining to provide any documents related to former DOJ Attorney Sines per a FOIA request because of an ‘invasion of personal privacy’. This is despite Sines publicly stating she discussed the Seth Rich case with the Mueller gang:

The DOJ also responded to FOIA requests related to Seth Rich’s brother. Many people believe he may be involved in the transfer of records from his brother to WikiLeaks. The FBI responded to this request by also stating that this too was an invasion of privacy:

This was basically the last we heard from Ty Clevenger about Seth Rich until today.  For some unknown reason the FBI reached out to Clevenger and admitted having 20,000 pages of documents and Seth Rich’s laptop:

HUGE: After 4 Years of Stonewalling Corrupt FBI Finally Admits They’re Holding Seth Rich’s Laptop

After several years of investigative reporting we now know there is no evidence Russia hacked the DNC and sent the hacked emails to WikiLeaks.

After Attorney Ty Clevenger has been asserting for years that the FBI and/or DNI has been covering up the fact that they have communications between Seth Rich and WikiLeaks they finally notify Clevenger that they basically lied and have thousands of pages of documents and Seth Rich’s laptop.

What a disgrace our FBI has become.  Thank God for heros like Ty Clevenger who are willing to fight for the truth.
