The Most Important Podcast You Can Hear About COVID-19

If you could only listen to one podcast to get up to speed on COVD-19, you are in luck as one of the top clinicians in the world on understanding COVID-19, Dr. Peter McCullough, finally made his way to the largest podcast in the world, Joe Rogan and, as expected, it was epic. You will do yourself a serious disservice if you don’t watch the entire, nearly three-hour, interview at normal speed.

McCullough is an internist, cardiologist and epidemiologist, and in this podcast, he reviews and summarizes what we know about the COVID jabs. McCullough also discusses the importance of early treatment, which has been universally suppressed and ignored from the start.

He’s convinced, and states unequivocally in this interview, that of the COVID-19 deaths in the U.S., none received adequate and/or early-enough treatment. In short, people did not, and certainly don’t now, need to die from this infection, barring some serious underlying condition.

It’s treatable, and later variants, such as Delta and Omicron, appear generally milder than the original virus, resulting in even easier-to-treat illness. From early on, researchers and clinicians demonstrated that early treatment, be it with hydroxychloroquine, ivermectin or steroids and anticoagulants — in some combination — resulted in far better outcomes and saved lives.

When you just let the infection run its course without treatment, most COVID-19 patients were riddled with blood clots and other complications by the time they were hospitalized. According to McCullough, we know that at least 85% of all COVID deaths could have been avoided with early treatment.

No, 73% of US COVID-19 Cases Aren’t Omicron Yet (Prep.)

Something extremely odd happened this afternoon. The press, including the New York Times, the Washington Post, CNN, the Wall Street Journal, USA Today, and Axios, reported that the CDC had announced that 73% of US COVID-19 cases were now being caused by the Omicron variant, and major public health gurus like Ashish Jha, Eric Topol, Florian Krammer, Eric Feigl-Ding, and Scott Gottlieb circulated the reports at face value. But that’s not really what’s happening. There was some kind of bug in an automated statistical algorithm at the CDC, known as the variant proportions Nowcast. Omicron isn’t really dominant in most of the USA yet (although all evidence continues to indicate it will be soon). And the bug in Nowcast went from a quiet database update on a quiet CDC web page, to a national press sensation, in a matter of hours.

What actually happened? No humans at the CDC stood up in front of a podium and announced the 73% number, or wrote a press release. It came from the CDC’s automated COVID data tracker website. But it’s also not a statement of hard data, it’s the output of an algorithm called the Nowcast. The Nowcast algorithm is based on the CDC’s variant proportions data. Every week a small percentage of US COVID-19 cases are subjected to genome sequencing, which identifies them by strain. Right now it’s about 3.6%, but it varies by state. The CDC collates this data to produce weekly reports on the prevalence of each variant in each of ten regions of the continental USA. However, the genomic data takes time to generate and process, then get deposited into genomics databanks, then get analyzed by the CDC, so the newest data is about two weeks old at each weekly refresh (today, sixteen days old; the week ending December 4).

To display an estimate of current prevalence, the CDC uses an algorithm it calls a “Nowcast,” to project forward from two weeks ago and give an estimate of current prevalence for different strains. The Nowcast algorithm has been remarkably accurate and useful in the past; I followed it with great interest as Alpha, Gamma, Delta, Mu, and other strains washed across the USA from early 2021 until Delta attained total dominance in the summer. It’s a significant achievement for the CDC, and I celebrate them for it. But something is on the fritz now. In this week’s update, which dropped Monday afternoon, the Nowcast algorithm is presenting results that don’t make sense.

Biden Plans To Distribute 500 Million Tests As Omicron Variant Overwhelms Most Vaccinated States

Biden Plans To Distribute 500 Million Tests As Omicron Variant Overwhelms Most Vaccinated States

Last night, with the number of new COVID cases surging across the US, the CDC revealed that the number of new COVID cases caused by the omicron variant has already grown to 73% during the last week, up from the low teens a week ago, and less than 1% the week of the Thanksgiving holiday, when evidence of the new variant with some 50 mutations to help it avoid vaccine and natural immunity was first shared with the WHO.

But in the US, at least, one of the most surprising aspects of this new wave is the fact that the states with the highest vaccination rates are seeing the biggest surge in new cases. This includes - but isn't limited to - New York, New Jersey and the six New England states, CT, MA, NH, VT, MA and RI. A few days ago, the RI chapter of the American College of Emergency Medicine warned in a letter to the governor and the top public health official that the hospital system in the state is "currently collapsing". In Maine, and a handful of other more populous states, the National Guard has been called in to help with hospital staffing shortages.

And just last night, the NHL became the first US pro sports league to delay all play across all its teams due to the rising COVID numbers, although game cancellations have afflicted the NFL and NBA.

President Biden is set to address the public Tuesday and lay out his plans to respond to the latest COVID "emergency" not with lockdowns and new restrictions, but with plans to get more COVID tests into the hands of the public.

Instead, he will announce a sweeping plan to deploy 1,000 military medical professionals to help at overburdened hospitals, setting up new federal testing sites, deploying hundreds of federal vaccinators and buying 500MM rapid tests to distribute free to the public.

According to the NYT, which published the news promptly at 0500ET, the measures were outlined to reporters Monday night by two senior administration officials who spoke on condition of anonymity, likely under the conditions of an embargo - news business jargon for when a story is leaked with the explicit agreement that reporters will wait until a given time to publish.

The 500MM tests that the administration intends to purchase will not be available until January, adding that the federal government intends to create a website where people can request that tests be sent to their homes, free of charge. It was not immediately clear where the tests would come from.

If this sounds like a repeat, or a do-over, of the president's unveiling of his big winter plan to fight the pandemic a few weeks ago, that's largely because it is. Albeit with a different set of more popular (and more costly) measures that doesn't rely so much on the OSHA vaccination mandate that has been held up in the courts.

In addition to the tests, here's a breakdown of the other measures being ordered by Biden (text courtesy of the NYT):

  • Biden intends to direct his defense secretary, Lloyd J. Austin III, to “ready an additional 1,000 service members — military doctors, nurses, paramedics and other medical personnel — to deploy to hospitals during January and February, as needed,” according to a fact sheet prepared by the White House.
  • At the same time, Biden will announce that six federal emergency response teams, with more than 100 health professionals and paramedics, will deploy immediately to six states: Michigan, Indiana, Wisconsin, Arizona, New Hampshire and Vermont. Already, 300 federal medical workers have been deployed since Omicron was discovered in late November.
  • Biden will also direct the Federal Emergency Management Agency to work with hospitals across the country to make plans to expand capacity. FEMA will also stand up new pop-up vaccination clinics, the officials said, to handle hundreds of additional vaccinations per week.
  • The government is also sending ventilators to the states - last week, officials said, it sent 330 - and will have hundreds of ambulances and emergency medical teams, overseen by FEMA, at the ready "so that if one hospital fills up, they can transport patients to open beds in other facilities," according to the fact sheet. It was not clear who would staff those teams, but the fact sheet said that even now, "30 paramedics are heading to New Hampshire, 30 to Vermont and 20 to Arizona, and 30 ambulances are headed to New York and eight to Maine."

Per the NYT, the new Biden plan "has a more urgent tone than the winter pandemic strategy that Mr. Biden announced three weeks ago at the National Institutes of Health, just days after the new variant was discovered in South Africa." At the time, Biden promised that the 150MM Americans with private health insurance would be able to get reimbursed for at-home COVID tests starting in mid-January, and that his administration would improve access to booster shots and impose new testing requirements for international travelers.

Unfortunately for the president, even the NYT is criticizing Biden's last plan for relying too heavily on vaccination as its "central strategy."

But that plan — and Mr. Biden’s broader response to the Omicron variant — has drawn criticism from public health experts, who say the president has focused too heavily on vaccination as his central strategy. Many have called on him to be more aggressive about testing as a means of slowing the variant’s spread — including possibly sending rapid tests to the homes of every American, free of charge.

Yesterday, the White House Press Secretary Jen Psaki insisted that lockdowns are no longer being considered as part of the federal response to the pandemic, and the Administration has stopped short of asking Americans to cancel holiday travel plans, which has elicited another round of warnings from the 'experts'. Some have warned that Biden is facing a "viral blizzard" that could be a major test for his presidency in the coming weeks.

The US also reported its first confirmed omicron related death overnight, identified only as an unvaccinated man in Texas.

But there's one issue the media hasn't really addressed: how come all the most heavily vaccinated states are also the ones seeing the biggest surge in cases and hospitalizations (which, also, have been less severe than the peak of last year's winter surge).

This Is Going To Be A REALLY “Dark Winter” For Both America And The Entire Planet

Enjoy the times that you are able to spend with family and friends now, because things are starting to get really crazy out there. The official beginning of winter is upon us, and just in time there is a frightening new COVID variant that is scaring the living daylights out of politicians all over the planet. Of course those deeply frightened politicians are going to respond to this new threat just like they have responded to every other chapter of this crisis so far. They are going to spend even more money, they are going to relentlessly promote the injections that the big pharmaceutical companies are pushing, and they are going to impose more absurd authoritarian measures. Needless to say, that means that this is going to be a really bad winter for the entire globe. http://theeconomiccollapseblog.com/this-is-going-to-be-a-really-dark-winter-for-both-america-and-the-entire-planet/

Omicron overtakes Delta, now accounts for 73% of all new U.S. COVID cases

The COVID-19 variant Omicron accounted for 73.2% of all new COVID-19 infections in the United States last week, according to data from the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC). In some regions of the United States such as New York, the Southeast, the Pacific Northwest and the industrial Midwest, Omicron accounts for 90% or more of all new infections. More than 650,000 Omicron infections may have occurred in the United States last week, according to the Associated Press. In less than a month, Omicron overtook Delta as the primary COVID-19 variant in the U.S. https://justthenews.com/politics-policy/health/omicron-overtakes-delta-now-accounts-73-all-new-us-covid-cases

Archbishop warns Americans of globalist 'coup'

ORIGINAL LINK

In an open letter to the American people, Roman Catholic Archbishop Carlo Maria Viganò, a former papal ambassador to the United States, warned that a "global coup" is being carried out by elites who are exploiting the COVID-19 pandemic to accelerate their globalist plans.

Noting that he was labeled "a conspiracy theorist" for being among the first to point out "the gravity of the looming threat" through what the World Economic Forum termed the "Great Reset," the archbishop said today "more and more people are opening their eyes."

The letter was first published by the Gateway Pundit..

Viganò names WEF, the United Nations, the World Health Organization and "a galaxy of organizations and foundations" that are "ideologically characterized as clearly anti-human" and "anti-Christian."

"We all know how much the mainstream media has contributed to supporting the insane pandemic narrative," he said, which has resulted in "imposing forms of control that violate the fundamental rights and natural liberties of citizens."

In his conclusion, he urged Americans to "be proud of your identity as American patriots and of the Faith that must animate your life."

"Do no allow anyone to make you feel inferior just because you love your homeland, because you are honest at work, because you want to protect your family and raise your children with healthy values, because you respect the elderly, because you protect life from conception to its natural end."

Hear audio of Archbishop Vigano's remarks:

In October 2020, Viganò warned then-President Trump in October that the leader of the free world was "the final garrison" against the "Great Reset."

In an open letter to the president, the archbishop said globalists are creating a "health dictatorship" to combat the virus, threatening the sovereignty of nations and religious freedom.

Cardinal Raymond Burke has called the "Great Reset" an attempt to manipulate "citizens and nations through ignorance and fear" as Marxist materialism takes hold in the United States.

Burke, the former archbishop of St. Louis and now a member of the highest judicial authority in the Roman Catholic Church, said in a homily Dec. 12 that the "worldwide spread of Marxist materialism ... now seems to seize the governing power over our nation."

Vigano wrote a letter to Trump in May 2020 warning that the COVID-19 pandemic was being used to usher in a "world government" stripping people of their freedoms. In a letter in June, he encouraged Trump in his fight against the "Deep State."

'Build back better'
In June, British Prime Minister Boris Johnson affirmed the motto of the World Economic Forum's "Great Reset of capitalism," which has been adopted by the Biden administration, urging leaders of the G7 nations to "build back better" in response to the COVID-19 pandemic and climate change.

At WEF's virtual meeting in January featuring its Great Reset initiative, a Fortune 500 CEO affirmed WEF's assertion that "capitalism as we have known it is dead."

In November 2020, WND reported, former Secretary of State John Kerry and European Commission President Ursula von der Leyen said in a WEF panel that a Joe Biden presidency would help propel the "Great Reset" plan.

Kerry, saying "we're at the dawn of an extremely exciting time," promised that the upcoming Biden administration engage "every sector of the American economy" in achieving "a 2035 goal to achieve net neutrality with respect to power and production."

Kerry said the U.S. is "ready to come back in and help to lead and raise the ambition in Glasgow to accelerate this incredible capacity for a transformation in the private sector."

The White House said ahead of the G7 in June that Biden wanted "to discuss ways to forge a more fair, sustainable, and inclusive global economy that meets the unique challenges of our time," including implementation of a "global minimum tax" on multinational corporations of at least 15%.

EDITOR'S NOTE: Last year, America's doctors, nurses and paramedics were celebrated as frontline heroes battling a fearsome new pandemic. Today, under Joe Biden, tens of thousands of these same heroes are denounced as rebels, conspiracy theorists, extremists and potential terrorists. Along with massive numbers of police, firemen, Border Patrol agents, Navy SEALs, pilots, air-traffic controllers, and countless other truly essential Americans, they're all considered so dangerous as to merit termination, their professional and personal lives turned upside down due to their decision not to be injected with the experimental COVID vaccines. Biden’s tyrannical mandate threatens to cripple American society – from law enforcement to airlines to commercial supply chains to hospitals. It's already happening. But the good news is that huge numbers of "yesterday’s heroes" are now fighting back – bravely and boldly. The whole epic showdown is laid out as never before in the sensational October issue of WND's monthly Whistleblower magazine, titled "THE GREAT AMERICAN REBELLION: 'We will not comply!' COVID-19 power grab ignites bold new era of national defiance."
