Here is my plan to prevent and treat Covid-19. There are 4 stages to treat. Stage 1 is for the individual to be as healthy as possible. This is where good nutrition, a healthy lifestyle, Vitamin C, Vitamin D, etc come in. Stage 2 is what happens if the virus enters the body.
