An essential reading list on viral gain-of-function research

From Dick Atlee:

I first became aware of U.S. Right To Know as one of the main substantive aggressive organizations in the battle to label GMOs. I foolishly thought they were limited to that and had kind of disappeared after the food industry won that battle. Foolish me. They’re investigating a lot of things. One of them is SARS-Cov-2. They have amassed a bibliography of articles and papers on the topic of the dangers of biolab gain-of-function research. Please consider bookmarking for reference going forward. ————————————————————————
Biohazards News Tracker: Best articles on SARS-CoV-2 origins, biolabs and gain of function research Here is a reading list about what is known and not known about the origins of SARS-CoV-2, accidents and leaks at biosafety and biowarfare laboratories, and the health risks of gain-of-function (GOF) research, which aims to increase the host range, transmissibility, infectivity or pathogenicity of potential pandemic pathogens. U.S. Right to Know is conducting research on these topics and posting the findings in our Biohazards Blog ( This reading list is a work in progress [last update was January 12]. We will update it.
