National Security Search Engine: Google’s Ranks are Filled with CIA Agents

Google – one of the largest and most influential organizations in the modern world – is filled with ex-CIA agents. Studying employment websites and databases, MintPress has ascertained that the Silicon Valley giant has recently hired dozens of professionals from the Central Intelligence Agency in recent years. Moreover, an inordinate number of these recruits work in highly politically sensitive fields, wielding considerable control over how its products work and what the world sees on its screens and in its search results.

Chief amongst these is the trust and safety department, whose staff, in the words of then Google trust and safety vice president Kristie Canegallo, “[d]ecide what content is allowed on our platform” – in other words, setting the rules of the internet, determining what billions see and what they do not see. Before Google, Canegallo had been President Obama’s Deputy White House Chief of Staff for Implementation and is currently Chief of Staff at the Department of Homeland Security.

 

“We lied, we cheated, we stole”

Many of the team helping Canegallo make calls on what content should be allowed in Google searches and on platforms like YouTube were former CIA employees. For example:

• Jacqueline Lopour spent more than ten years at the CIA, where she served as “a leading U.S. Government expert on security challenges in South Asia and the Middle East and the go-to writer of quickly needed papers for the U.S. President.” She joined Google in 2017 and is currently a senior intelligence collection and trust and safety manager.

• Between 2010 and 2015, Jeff Lazarus was an economic and political analyst for the CIA. In 2017, he was hired as a policy advisor for trust and safety at Google, where he worked on suppressing “extremist content.” He moved to Apple in 2021.

• Ryan Fugit spent eight years as a CIA officer. Then, in 2019, Google convinced him to leave and become a senior manager of trust and safety.

• As a director of trust and safety, Bryan Weisbard led teams that adjudicated “the most sensitive YouTube trust and safety escalations globally” and “enforced” the most “urgent and highest priority” misinformation and sensitive content decisions. Between 2006 and 2010, he was an intelligence officer with the CIA. He is now a director at Facebook.

• Like Lopour and Lazarus, Nick Rossman concentrated on Iraq while he was a CIA analyst (2009-2014). Since January, he has been a senior manager in Google’s trust and safety division.

• Jacob Barrett, Google’s global lead for safe browsing operations, was an analytic lead and open source officer at the CIA between 2007 and 2013.

• A 12-year CIA political and leadership analyst, Michelle Toborowski, left the agency in 2019 to take a job as the intelligence analyst lead in trust and safety at YouTube.

The problem with former CIA agents becoming the arbiters of what is true and what is false and what should be promoted and what should be deleted is that they cut their teeth at a notorious organization whose job it was to inject lies and false information into the public discourse to further the goals of the national security state.John Stockwell, former head of a CIA task force, explained on camera how his organization infiltrated media departments the world over, created fake newspapers and news agencies, and planted fake news about Washington’s enemies. “I had propagandists all over the world,” he said, adding,

We pumped dozens of stories about Cuban atrocities, Cuban rapists [to the media]… We ran [faked] photographs that made almost every newspaper in the country… We didn’t know of one single atrocity committed by the Cubans. It was pure, raw, false propaganda to create an illusion of communists eating babies for breakfast.”

This continues to this day, with the CIA promoting dubious stories about the so-called “Havana Syndrome” and how the Russian government was supposedly offering money to the Taliban to kill U.S. soldiers.

Mike Pompeo, former director of the CIA, admitted as much in a talk he gave in 2019. As he said to the audience at Texas A&M University,

When I was a cadet, what’s the cadet motto at West Point? You will not lie, cheat, or steal or tolerate those who do. I was the CIA director. We lied, we cheated, we stole. We had entire training courses [on] it!”

And all this is to say nothing about the coup attempts on foreign governments, the drug and weapons smuggling and the worldwide network of “black sites” where thousands are tortured. Furthermore, many of the ex-CIA employees listed participated in some of the worst crimes against humanity of the 21st century, the invasions of Afghanistan and Iraq – and are clearly proud of it. So while there is admittedly a limited pool of qualified people for roles in cybersecurity, it is wholly inappropriate that Google is employing so many spooks to run their most sensitive, influential operations. And it is especially troubling that so many of the individuals mentioned throughout were plucked directly from the CIA to work at Google – a fact that suggests that either Google is actively recruiting from the intelligence services or that there is some sort of backroom deal between Silicon Valley and the national security state.

Elizabeth Murray, a retired intelligence agent who spent 27 years at the CIA and other intelligence organizations, explained how Google might benefit from hiring former spies. “By snagging a CIA employee, a company can save a considerable sum,” she told MintPress, noting that these individuals have been highly trained and likely have a security clearance – something that is exceptionally difficult to attain in civilian organizations.

“In terms of benefit to the CIA, a CIA officer could spend several years acquiring a unique set of skills at a social media conglomerate and then return to the agency, parlaying their newly acquired expertise to the benefit of the agency,” Murray added.

Even if there is nothing explicitly nefarious about this relationship, it still means that Google will start to think like and see problems the same way as the CIA does. Google has become immensely powerful, transforming itself into a behemoth that dominates online communication, commerce, information gathering, entertainment and more. In previous articles in this series, I have detailed how Twitter has hired dozens of individuals from the FBI, how Facebook is awash with CIA agents, how NATO has gained a huge presence in TikTok’s upper ranks and how a hawkish war planner from the Atlantic Council was mysteriously appointed to become Reddit’s director of policy. But Google is different; you can ignore or choose not to use those other platforms. Google, on the other hand, is far too big to escape from.

An inordinate amount of Google’s intelligence and security teams appear to come from the intelligence and security services. These include the following individuals:

• Deborah Wituski, who between 1999 and 2018, rose up the CIA’s ranks, becoming chief of staff to the director. She left the agency for Google, where she is now vice president of global intelligence.

• Chelsea Magnant also left the CIA for Google in 2018, leaving an 8-year career as a political analyst for a job as a global threat analyst for the tech giant.

• Yong Suk Lee spent 22 years at the CIA, leaving to take a position in global risk analysis and global security at Google. In May, he was promoted to become a director.

• Beth Schmierer worked as a strategic analyst for the CIA between 2006 and 2011. She then became a political officer at the State Department. She joined Google in January as a global threat analyst and is now an Americas intelligence manager for the company.

• Toni Hipp joined Google as a global threat team manager (intelligence) in 2017 and is now a global affairs and public policy manager in strategy and operations. Before joining Google, she spent nearly six years at the CIA as a foreign policy analyst.

• Jamie W. is the director of threat assessment for Google and the company’s former global intelligence manager. Before Google, she held a number of senior positions in the CIA, including chief of targeting for the near east region. Before her 13-year stint in the CIA, she also worked as an analyst for the FBI.

• Meaghan Gruppo worked as an intelligence analyst and public affairs officer at the CIA from 2008 until 2014. Since 2018, she has worked in security risk analysis and threat management for Google.

• Clinton Dallas’ LinkedIn profile notes that, until December, he was a CIA officer. In January of this year, he became a risk programs specialist at Google.

The professional background of so many of its security and risk management staff may go a long way to explaining why Google seems focused on countering threats from official enemy states of the United States. The company’s Threat Analysis blog is full of published reports about state-backed efforts from Iran, North Korea, Russia and China to influence its platform. But it never seems to detect any nefarious activities from the U.S. government.

This is despite the fact that the United States is carrying out the largest and most extensive attempt in history to manipulate the internet. A long exposé in Newsweek last year detailed how the Pentagon alone fields a clandestine army of at least 60,000 individuals whose job it is to ruthlessly run national security state propaganda campaigns online. Calling it “the largest undercover force the world has ever known.” The exposé explained that,

​These are the cutting-edge cyber fighters and intelligence collectors who assume false personas online, employing ‘nonattribution’ and ‘misattribution’ techniques to hide the who and the where of their online presence while they search for high-value targets and collect what is called ‘publicly accessible information’—or even engage in campaigns to influence and manipulate social media.”

 

A spook in every department

Google employs ex-CIA agents in a myriad of different departments, a selection of which includes:

• Michael Barlett. Between 2007 and 2017, Barlett was chief of operations at the CIA. Since 2019, he has worked as a risk lead in workforce solutions for Google.

• Nicole Menkhoff. Menkhoff spent more than ten years as a weapons analyst at the CIA. In February 2015, she left the CIA for Google, where she was a senior human resources business partner and later became engineering chief of staff.

• Candice Bryant. Bryant spent nearly 17 years at the CIA, where she rose to become its chief of public communications. In September, she was headhunted from the CIA by Google to become its executive communications manager.

• Kyle Foster. Foster spent six years at the agency, then four more at the CIA’s venture capitalist wing, In-Q-Tel. He left In-Q-Tel in 2016 for a job as a software engineer at Google.

• Joanna Gillia. Gillia was a leadership analyst at the CIA until 2014, the same year she took a job with Google. She worked in staffing until 2020.

• Katherine Tobin. Tobin was a CIA branch chief between 2014 and 2018. She is now head of workspace innovation for Google.

• Christine Lei. Lei left her job as an economic intelligence analyst for the CIA in 2015 for the post of executive compensation manager at Google, where she continues to work to this day.

• Justin Schuh. Schuh retired last year after 11 years as engineering director for Google Chrome. Before Google, however, he had a long career in national security, working as an intelligence analyst for the U.S. Marine Corps, a global network exploitation analyst for the NSA, and a technical operations officer for the CIA.

• Tom Franklin. Franklin worked as a program manager at the CIA between 2011 and 2013. Between 2015 and 2021, he was a product manager for Google.

• Katherine Pham. According to her LinkedIn profile, Pham did “some cool stuff” at the CIA in 2016. Since October, she has been a software engineer for Google.

• Corey Ponder. Ponder was a policy advisor for Google between 2019 and 2021. Before that, he spent six years with the CIA.

Thus, it is clear that former CIA personnel are deeply embedded within the Silicon Valley giant. Of course, Google is a huge company with thousands of employees. It could therefore be argued that it is unsurprising that some number of former national security state agents work for it, especially those who have the rare and highly developed skills necessary to preside over user privacy and safety. But this tolerance of spooks in the ranks is not applied evenly. This study could find no examples of former agents of the SVR, the SEBIN or the Ministry of Intelligence – the CIA’s Russian, Venezuelan or Iranian equivalents – working at Google. Indeed, the very idea seems absurd. Yet dozens of Google employees casually note on public websites that they worked for the CIA and appear to see that as entirely unproblematic.Therefore, this relationship is, at best inappropriate and, at worst, a U.S. government power play to control cyberspace. Google users frequently say they want more agency over their data. But the only agency they get is the Central Intelligence kind.

 

Google: Nurtured by the CIA

In their 2013 book, “The New Digital Age,” then Google CEO Eric Schmidt and Director of Google Ideas Jared Cohen wrote about how companies like theirs were fast becoming the U.S. empire’s most potent weapon in retaining Washington’s control over the modern world. As they said,

Part of defending freedom of information and expression in the future will entail a new element of military aid. Training will include technical assistance and infrastructural support in lieu of tanks and tear gas—though the latter will probably remain part of the arrangement. What Lockheed Martin was to the twentieth century, technology and cyber-security companies will be to the twenty-first.”

Their prediction has turned out to be accurate. But few people know that Google, from its very inception, was fundamentally intertwined with the CIA. As journalist Nafeez Ahmed’s investigation found, the CIA and the NSA were bankrolling Stanford Ph.D. student Sergey Brin’s research – work that would later produce Google.

Not only that, but, in Ahmed’s words, “senior U.S. intelligence representatives including a CIA official oversaw the evolution of Google in this pre-launch phase, all the way until the company was ready to be officially founded.” He concluded that,

The United States intelligence community funded, nurtured and incubated Google as part of a drive to dominate the world through control of information. Seed-funded by the NSA and CIA, Google was merely the first among a plethora of private sector start-ups co-opted by US intelligence to retain ‘information superiority.’”

As late as 2005, In-Q-Tel, the CIA’s venture capitalist arm, was a major shareholder in Google. These shares were a result of Google’s acquisition of Keyhole, Inc., a CIA-backed surveillance firm whose software eventually became Google Earth. By 2007, Google was selling the government-enhanced versions of Google Earth that it was using for targeting in Iraq, as well as secret search engines that spy agencies were using for surveillance, according to The Washington Post. By this time, the Post also notes, Google was partnering with Lockheed Martin to produce futuristic technology for the military.

In the 21st century, warfare is far more than just bullets and tanks. But Google’s attempts to feed from the trough of the military-industrial complex have proven controversial. In 2018, it faced an employee rebellion after securing Pentagon funding for a project designing lethal weaponry systems. That same year, the company dropped its longstanding motto, “don’t be evil.” Since then, it has also become a huge CIA contractor. In 2020, it secured part of a CIA cloud services contract reportedly worth  “tens of billions of dollars.”

Therefore, while the company, for the longest time, presented itself as a group of outsiders attempting to make the world a better place, from the very start, it has been closely connected with the halls of power. Indeed, in 2016, The Google Transparency Project identified at least 258 examples of a “revolving door” between Google and various branches of the federal government as individuals moved from one to the other.

Schmidt and Cohen are two of those individuals. Schmidt was chairman of both the National Security Commission on Artificial Intelligence and the Defense Innovation Advisory Board, bodies created to help Silicon Valley assist the U.S. military with cyberweapons. Meanwhile, Cohen left his high-powered job at the State Department to work for Google. Schmidt had served as an advisor (particularly on the Middle East) to both Secretaries of State Condoleezza Rice and Hillary Clinton. He even participated in an unsuccessful 2009 regime change attempt in Iran, successfully pressuring Twitter to maintain services to the country during a U.S.-backed uprising aimed at toppling the government.

While this article is not trying to claim any of the individuals named are nefarious CIA plants, the way in which Google and the CIA have worked so closely together raises national security questions for all other nations, especially those attempting to pursue foreign policies independent of the United States. Ultimately, the line between big tech and big brother has been blurred beyond recognition.

Murray also warned that this hand-in-hand relationship also endangers individual freedoms, meaning that the Google/CIA connection should worry everybody. “All of this threatens individual rights to privacy, free speech, freedom of expression. Once they have your data, the U.S. government can use it against you at any time,” she told MintPress, “It’s really quite frightening.”

Dr. Vernon Coleman: Nothing’s Happening by Accident

It’s July 2022 and this is video number 314.

All around the world, governments are crumbling. The only certainty is that the lies will be followed by more lies. Johnson has gone, drowned in a cess pit of his own design. Assassination in Japan. Sri Lanka’s Presidential palace burning. Biden, Macron, Trudeau et al are all in deep trouble. As is that maniac in New Zealand. And is there anyone in charge in Australia?

It’s all leading us by our noses into the world government they’ve been planning for years. Schwab, Gates, Blair, Prince Charles, a Rothschild or two, a Rockefeller or two and so on.

Look around you these days and you’ll see an absence of hope in people’s eyes; despair and a sad acceptance of the manufactured reality; a willingness to do anything they are told to do.

Did you notice, by the way, that Blair, Britain’s best known war criminal, is trying to resurrect the ID card that was thrown out years ago? His unique selling point now is that it will thwart illegal immigrants, which has the virtue of being funny if nothing else.

They lied when they said there was a pandemic in 2020. There wasn’t one.

They lied when they said there was a pandemic in 2021. There wasn’t one.

They lied about the covid jabs. They didn’t work and they were toxic.

They lied about masks – which manage to be useless and dangerous at the same time.

They lied about the climate emergency. There isn’t one.

Russia’s invasion of Ukraine was deliberately triggered by the west and never had anything more to do with us than the last Russian invasion of Ukraine a few years ago, or the wars currently killing hundreds of thousands in Yemen and Syria. The war in Russia is a designer war and was triggered because the conspirators knew it would result in oil and food shortages and hundreds of millions of deaths in Africa and Asia. Only fools and the BBC cannot see what is happening.

Nothing is happening by accident.

We are living in a totalitarian society. There is no more press freedom in the UK or America or Australia or Canada than there is in Russia, Hong Kong or those totalitarian communist regimes which cause so much heartache among members of Amnesty International and the even blinder readers of Bill Gates’ financially compromised chums at The Guardian newspaper. Freedom of speech is the basic building block of democracy but The Guardian, like the BBC distorts the truth without hesitation. At least the BBC is honest about suppressing the truth. The Guardian is one of the most toxic supporters of the conspiracy. And whatever happened to the grandly named International Consortium of Investigative Journalists? Even if they can’t recognise the truth when they see it they should at least have the decency to ensure that doctors with an alternative point of view aren’t suppressed, silenced and demonised. And where is Amnesty International when you need them? There is no free speech in Britain, America, the EU, Australasia or most of the rest of the world.

The conspirators deliberately created fear. The covid fraud was always about fear and compliance. And they are deliberating dividing young against old, men against women, black against white. They have manufactured stories about racism and sexism in order to create divisions and distrust. It makes us easier to control if we are fighting among ourselves. And the unfathomable complaints about nicknames and childish nonsense result in endless wringing of hands, pathetic grovelling, bleatings and the eventual destruction of anything of cultural or historical value. They are even doing everything they can to ruin summer by pretending we’re living in some incredible heat wave. It’s summer. We get a bit of sunshine. It’s no hotter than usual.

You can tell when propaganda is inspired by the conspirators and the heat hoax is a good example. When critics of a hoax are hammered and demonised then you know that the hoax or fraud has been created by the conspirators – usually to try and push people into accepting the global warming confidence trick.

The constant onslaught of lies and uncertainty and the deliberate attempts to divide people by sex, by race and by age and by family have created uncertainty and emotional chaos. Big brother is training people to do exactly what they are told – just like that TV series.

The most important trick among magicians is to make people look the other way. And that’s the trick the conspirators are using. The media dazzles us with superficial nonsense – Harry and Meghan for example – knowing that while we are distracted they can magic away our freedom.

There is constant talk among millennial liberals of a four day week and the importance of work-life balance. But someone has to be prepared to work if the country is to be made to work. And most under 40s have no idea just how close we are to the edge of a cliff. There are nearly 1.5 million vacant jobs in the UK. And over five million people at home on benefits which the country cannot afford.

Farms everywhere are struggling with new regulations. Young people don’t want to work on farms because the work is too hard. In the UK the average age for farmers is 59. The average hill farmer grossed £15,000 last year. They’d have been better off on benefits. An astonishing four million European farms have shut in recent years – encouraged by EU regulations designed to destroy farming and make the way for laboratory food. Farmers in the UK have cut food production because their costs have soared. And the climate change nutters still want a third of all our land to be covered with ragwort, hogweed, brambles, nettles and Japanese knotweed. They call it rewilding. Actually, there is no other conceivable explanation for rewilding than that it is planned to kill billions of people.

For centuries the amount of land used for producing crops and livestock has been steadily rising. Now the figure is going the other way. Global agricultural land in use more than quadrupled between 1700 and 1960, when the conspirators began working, and it has been declining steadily since the start of the millennium. The dreaded Gates, chum of Epstein and financial partner with the treacherous BBC is buying up more and more of America. I wonder why.

Talking of climate change nutters I see that Prince Charles took more than 20 private flights within the UK to avoid being struck in traffic. That was when he wasn’t collecting a couple of million quid in plastic bags. Why do we put up with this?

Oh, and in case you missed it, the UK Government received a report advising that all UK airports must close before the end of this decade and that all new building construction must stop in the same time frame. And there can be no beef or lamb. They didn’t ask you to vote for any of that, did they?

It’s not surprising that food shortages are coming very fast. Within the EU there is already talk of food rationing. Food and fuel rationing are inevitable. And they’ll be controlled by an App. Electricity supplies will be controlled with the smart meters so many have in their homes.

Cash is being demonised and many shops now refuse to accept cash. Citizens are forced to do everything via an App. Schools are introducing social credit points schemes to control students. We are only a few months away from a society which will be just as oppressive as China’s. A dear friend tried to buy a ticket for a cricket match. They wanted to know his ethnicity and his gender because he wanted to watch a cricket match. Maybe they want to limit ticket sales to white men. Who knows.

If you buy a BMW and want a heated seat they will charge you a subscription of £15 a month. If you want a heated steering wheel they’ll want another tenner a month. If they can do that then I bet they can turn off your engine when it takes their fancy.

And the media lies and suppression of the truth continues.

I have been banned from all mainstream medium for two and a half years now. The suppression of truths is getting worse. Government agencies prevented me from appearing on TNT radio with Dolores Cahill because they were frightened of the truths I was planning to share.

Isn’t that incredible?

When I tried to talk to Dolores Cahill on her radio show, my telephone was suddenly blocked. I got through to the studio but couldn’t speak to Dolores on the radio. Not once – but three times. The security services really have been working overtime – paid by us, of course. It’s by no means the first time it’s happened, by the way.

I cannot see any of it because I’m banned from accessing all social media but I hear that social media is now full of fake news (controlled by governments and secret services), hate speech (much of it put there by governments and secret services), extremism (much of it put there by governments and secret services), trolling (organised by governments and secret services) and bullying (run by governments and secret services). The big search engines and internet sites belong to the conspirators just as much as the mainstream media.

A BBC presenter apparently complained that he’d been terribly upset by unpleasant accusations about him on social media. Well poor him. I’ve been slaughtered on social media and in the mainstream media for two and a half years and I’m completely banned from social media and the mainstream media so I cannot defend myself. The BBC apparently sneered and smeared me but I’m not allowed to defend myself because the BBC doesn’t allow doctors onto its programmes if they have truths about vaccines to share. They can attack us but we have no right to reply.

I am not only banned from putting videos on YouTube I am even banned from looking at other people’s videos on YouTube. If I try I get a rather pathetic message from them telling me that I’m suspended.

Too many people accept it all without a murmur.

The collective silence will be our undoing.

They are picking us off one at a time.

I estimate that we’ve got just months of freedom left unless we fight this war with more determination.

And if you think I’m exaggerating look back over the last two years. I’ve predicted everything that has happened. My old videos are still available (for the moment) on www.vernoncoleman.org Look at a few of the old videos and you’ll soon see why I am the most banned doctor in the world. One of my books has now been banned four times – all it contains is the truth. The truth is the one thing the conspirators fear. To them the truth is as deadly as sunshine and garlic are to vampires.

Racism is being encouraged. Prince Charles (who proves himself a bigger and bigger enemy to the English people with every day that passes) now says that we should teach children about our role in slavery? Someone should buy the idiot a history book. It was the English who fought against slavery and led to its end. Charles still has servants (which is a modern version of slavery) and should learn to keep his big mouth shut. But he is spouting the official Great Reset line and schools will soon be teaching five-year-olds to feel guilty about slavery. All this stokes up racism – an essential part of the conspirators plan for their divide and conquer philosophy. And meanwhile, Charles accepts bags full of cash. If you or I tried to pay a million quid in cash into the bank we’d be in serious trouble.

The BBC told presenters of a programme called The Antiques Road show to be careful about discussing the British Empire. Beowulf and Chaucer have been removed from English Literature courses. Garwain and the Green Knight have been vanquished. 007 was portrayed as a black woman. Even the MCC, the last bastion of sporting history, has become unceasingly woke and determined to get rid of tradition – apparently not realising that when you throw the tradition out of a club built on tradition there really isn’t anything left worth keeping. When it isn’t demanding a 30% pay rise, the British Medical Association, the doctors’ trade union seems to have become a cheerleader for climate change nutters.

One of England’s examination boards has decided to drop poems by great poets and introduce poems according to ethnicity or sexuality. So out have gone Philip Larkin, Dylan Thomas, Wilfred Owen and so on and in have come 15 new poems of which 14 are by poets of colour and which now include disabled and LGBTQ voices. If that isn’t pure, 100% racism then I don’t know what is. If you pick poems because the people writing them were of colour its teaching children that racism is fine and that white people are to be ignored. And, incidentally, where did this phrase `of colour’ come from? Isn’t pink a colour? A spokesman said that `this demonstrates our ongoing commitment to greater diversity in the English literature that students engage with’. That’s what she said. Literacy is out, it’s now unfashionable and probably racist.

Incidentally, in my book about my 100 English heroes, The 100 Greatest Englishmen and Englishwomen, I was attacked for including Lord Byron by people who had apparently discovered that Byron, famous as mad, bad and dangerous to know, was politically incorrect and wasn’t always very nice to the women in his life. But if we remove all the politically incorrect from history we’ll be left with David Lammy and Boris Johnson’s sister whose name, I’m pleased to say, escapes me.

Attacks on the elderly are commonplace now. There is far more ageism in Britain than there is racism or sexism. Much of the racism is patently manufactured. Why anyone with functioning cerebral tissue thinks that kneeling down, on one knee, is of any value whatsoever is a mystery no one has even attempted to solve.

Indeed ageism is the only notable ism in the country. Lewis Hamilton said that `older voices should be refused a platform’. He is always campaigning against racism. I wonder how he’d like it if someone said `black voices should be refused a platform’.

I take grave exception to this ism. I’m an endangered species because I’m a doctor and I care about the truth. And I’m also under threat because, and you’ll find this difficult to believe I know, I’m over 40-years-old.

It is government policy to kill the elderly in our hospitals. Can you imagine the fuss if doctors and nurses started to routinely slaughter immigrants? Why are the elderly treated with so little respect?

During the warm spell recently, hospitals were turning patients away because the weather was nice and many of the staff were away – having tested positive for covid with the entirely useless PCR test.

Nearly half of children leaving primary school in the UK are innumerate and illiterate. Those are a staggering sign of failure. Teachers should be hanging their heads in shame. Instead they are threatening to go on strike for more money.

Powerful forces in London are pushing hard to reverse Brexit. The conspirators have (as I predicted in my book `Coming Apocalypse’) made sure that Brexit has been a complete failure. Now they’ll reverse it and push us back into the European Union – the fascist, Nazi designed precursor of the Great Reset. (This is what I said in `Coming Apocalypse’, published in April 2020: `If there is any Brexit at all, it will probably be a weakened, watered down version of the one we were promised.’) The third of the three stooges to play at being mayor of London, Sadiq Khan, said that UK should rejoin the single market. Right back into the comforting arms of the conspirators.

In the autumn of 2022, there’s going to be heavy promotion of the covid-19 jab and similar products – possibly including jabs which have never been tested. There’s a good chance that lockdowns and masks will come back as the misleading and useless PCR tests allow the conspirators to claim that the covid threat is back. Many people who took part in one covid-19 vaccine trial never finished the trial. Some died, some withdrew their consent and some were injured. Pfizer, of course, is only releasing its vaccine safety data bits at a time – after a judge allowed it to do this. There was the claim from Imperial College that the covid jabs saved 20 million lives in the first year. They might as well have claimed it was 200 billion lives in the first week. Does anyone other than Bill Gates and the BBC believe anything that comes out of Imperial College? The mainstream media reached new lows the other day when it was reported that the blood clots are caused by covid not the jab. I warned in 2020 that they would blame the jab’s well-established side effects on covid – the rebranded flu – and that is exactly what they have done. The same, they claim is true for all the other serious problems created by the jab. How can journalists and doctors lie so much? And still politicians talk about suppressing misinformation. If they really want to shut down misinformation they should close the BBC and all other mainstream media. I saw a headline which said: `The worst version of covid is spreading. Can we update our vaccines in time?’

I revealed nearly a month ago, back in June, that the Chief executive of jab maker BioNTech has told health watchdogs that they have to decide soon whether or not to approve the new covid jabs for the most recent strains of the coronavirus – without needing clinical data. WITHOUT NEEDING CLINICAL DATA! They now want to jab people with the stuff without testing it at all. Even arsenic has been tested. Even bombs are tested. But covid jabs? Why bother? The crooks will do the jabbing and the cretins will roll up their sleeves.

The UK Health Security Agency (just how many of these health organisations are we paying for?) declared a national incident and warned that parents must check that their children are vaccinated against polio after traces of the virus were detected in Britain’s water system.

It’s difficult to avoid the suspicion that this could be just a scam to persuade more parents to have their children vaccinated against polio. (Like most people I no longer trust anything that comes from any quango, government advisor, minister or government department.)

But one or two things are worth mentioning.

First, polio was officially eradicated in the UK in 2003. So, why are the authorities still vaccinating children against a disease that was eradicated 19 years ago? (Actually, the last case was in 1984 – nearly 40 years ago.) If you want to the astonishing truth about the polio vaccine take a look at my book on vaccines which is called `Anyone who tells you vaccines are safe and effective is lying’.

Second, the UK HSA suspects that a person vaccinated abroad with the oral polio vaccine (which contains live virus) entered the UK and spread the infection.

Third, it has been well known for some time that the polio outbreak in Africa is largely a result of the Gates polio vaccination programme. I revealed this nearly two years ago. Even the WHO admitted that there were vaccine derived polio outbreaks in Africa. The vaccine used there contains an attenuated or weakened virus. This weak virus is still alive and can cause disease. (I suspect that the mainstream media such as the BBC won’t allow discussion of this because to do so would be to venture into the uncomfortable realms of the truth. As I have reported before, the BBC, which I regard as a propaganda organisation masquerading as a news organisation, refuses to allow critics of vaccines on their programmes `even if they’re right’.)

Fourth, as I have been warning since the early 1980s, drug residues and viruses can get into our water supplies from our sewage systems. Waste sewage (sometimes treated, sometimes not) is discharged into rivers. Actually, it doesn’t matter whether or not the sewage is treated because the purification programmes cannot remove these tiny particles. And fresh drinking water supplies are then taken out of the rivers into which the sewage had been dumped. (For more about this take a look at my book Superbody.) And that, I suspect, is how Bill Gates’ polio has got back into Britain. Now that it’s here, it could be very difficult to get rid of it.

Talking of water, by the way, we need to be aware of the coming water shortages which are going to result in the introduction of water rationing and of stand-pipes. Germany, by the way, is not far from introducing fuel rationing. And if you’ve been worried about what is happening in Sri Lanka take a look at Italy and Greece – both of which are no more than a fistful of dollars from bankruptcy. In France, the nasty little oik Macron talks of energy rationing. He told the nation that they needed a `general mobilisation’ and that they would start with turning off public lights at night when they were not useful – which rather begs the question, if they were not useful why were they on in the first place?

Was all this accidental?

No. It is part of the plan to create chaos, encourage mass vaccination programmes and, ultimately, reduce the global population.

And that is the point. It’s all deliberate.

Meanwhile the chaos continues, greedy railway workers want a 7.1% pay rise (even though the median salary of a rail worker is £10,000 greater than the average salary in Britain) and their strikes will help destroy an already fractured society. People forced to work at home love the strike. They can get paid to do nothing again. Incidentally, in Holland the Dutch Parliament has approved a law giving people a legal right to work from home. Everyone will want to take advantage of it. If you want to catch a bus you’ll be expected to telephone the driver at his home and listen in while he makes Brmmm Brmmm noises.

Barristers are also going on strike. (Well, who can blame them? It must be difficult trying to manage on £500,000 a year these days.) Teachers and doctors and other civil servants are also talking of strike action. Airports are going to be closed because of strikes. Teachers are going to be offered 7% and doctors want 30%. Police are also talking about going on strike. In Norway, oil and gas workers decided to go on strike. None of these people understands that by going on strike they are helping to do the work of the conspirators. They are creating yet more inflation and helping to destroy the economy. Even the IMF has warned of a darkening global economic outlook. The losers, of course, will be the elderly, the sick and the frail – the very people the conspirators want to get rid of.

And social credit policies are coming in every day. Everything I warned about in my video `Nightmare on Your Street’ is coming to pass very quickly. Please watch it if you haven’t done so.

Gender-neutral policies are being heavily promoted and schools seem to me to be introducing increasingly bizarre and oppressive policies. One school has banned girls from wearing skirts to create `a more gender-neutral uniform policy’. Who, pray, told teachers that anyone needed or wanted gender-neutral policies?

One headmistress tried to introduce a `no touching, no hugging’ rule for children. It’s been abandoned. But it will be back. I believe other teachers have tried it. And more will do the same. The result will be massive dehumanisation and tremendous levels of mental illness among children. If schools bring in this crazy policy they will be training psychopaths. Children aren’t born with empathy or kindness – they learn it. No hugging rules will mean that they learn nothing. Teachers who introduce such rules should be prosecuted for cruelty to children. Parents who allow it should be ashamed.

A girl wasn’t allowed to attend her school prom because she didn’t have enough points. That’s pure Chinese-style social credit. If that story alone doesn’t scare you half to death then I’m afraid you haven’t been paying attention.

And just in case you fancied drowning your sorrows with alcohol, the number of pubs in England has now reached a record low.

Although they are much promoted by social credit enthusiasts it is clear that facial and voice recognition programmes don’t work as well as they should. As social credit schemes spread there is going to be serious fraud and chaos for millions.

The EU has declared it is at war with Russia. NATO keeps pushing. And politicians are constantly boasting that the war will last a long time. The result will be ever-increasing starvation in Africa and Asia and more wars everywhere. Just what the conspirators want as they lead us into the Great Reset.

The EU has awarded Ukraine `candidate’ status for membership of the EU. This guarantees a longer, more vicious war and many more deaths both in Europe and in Africa and Asia. The EU is, of course, doing exactly what the conspirators tell it to do. (My book `The Shocking History of the EU’ explains the startling truth about the EU.)

The arms industry wants a big war and they usually get what they want. When the military and the arms companies want something I wouldn’t bet against them.

Absurd levels of wokeness are everywhere. The BBC apologised after a 78-year-old man said he’d never eaten coronation chicken and recalled that his nan called it foreign muck. Listeners complained so the BBC broadcast an apology. I’ve never eaten coronation chicken and the phrase `foreign muck’ also seems suitable as a description of all legislation which has come out of the EU. If the BBC wants to apologise for that they can. They seem big on apologies. The shindig at Glastonbury looked more like the Annual Party Conference for the Woke Party than a music festival. There was even a special App for the daft wokies to download.

Ambulance call outs for heart problems have doubled among all age groups since covid-19 jabs began. And a hospital in the north of England has confirmed that the number of people referred to its Heart Failure Diagnostic Clinic more than doubled after the covid-19 jabbing started. When, over 18 months ago, I first broke the news that the covid jabs could cause myocarditis I was viciously attacked – as usual.

If you get admitted to hospital it can’t be much fun. Hospital staff has been told to cut back on fresh sheets. They are, of course, blaming Brexit though in truth they have been doing this for years with some hospitals not even changing sheets between patients. And the, even though patients are sleeping in dirty sheets, they want everyone to wear a mask to stop infections.

You’d have to be drunk to make up stuff like this. But it’s all true.

The cost of giving £120,000 to everyone injured by the covid-19 jab is going to push Britain further towards bankruptcy. I’m sorry to have to say this but from now on I think those choosing to be jabbed should be on their own. The information about the dangers of the covid-19 jab has been available now for over 18 months. I have no sympathy left for those who still choose to allow their health to be put at risk by accepting a toxic experimental jab. Eighteen months ago I warned that doctors and nurses who gave the toxic jab would be tried as war criminals. When compliance is treason, defiance is patriotic

Let me ask one simple question: What small scrap of freedom are you holding onto that is worth watching the complete destruction of America in silence? That is not a question for this audience, because they’re largely motivated and act in whatever way they can to secure freedom and they are vocal. It’s a rhetorical question to ruminate over when you see your fellow Americans waving the flag for all they’re worth on July 4th with a mask on their face.

It’s a question for those who go to work everyday, believing, still, in the righteousness of the United States Government after two full years of demonstrating Soviet/communist tactics, lies and distortions of people like Deborah Birx, who openly admitted in her book that she falsified Covid numbers and death rates to inspire compliance from the people. The very simple term for that is fraud. She says, in essence, “yes, I lied about the dangers of Covid, because I wanted people to do what I said.” And, this is not a one-off, this is the typical attitude of our government employees. Another example of the hubris involved here is the video of the ATF showing up at someone’s house to demand serial numbers of recently purchased weapons, without a warrant. Listen to the condescending, casual method of stripping someone of their rights, the nonchalant oppression and subtle threats, particularly, “so we don’t have to come back.” part. It’s the bluff and bluster of low-level government officials to command obedience and to the degree that there is compliance, that is treasonous.

Every act of resistance begins with non-compliance. Over the years this should have become a habit of the patriot, to step up and deny any government agency’s authority, the laws, etc. I’ve always done this, but admittedly, only when my own ox was being gored, perhaps its time to fight back on a few other fronts. One doesn’t have to make filing lawsuits their life’s work, but one or two goes a long way.

Yes, the 2022 election, if not awash in fraud, as it likely will be, will be a watershed moment for the country. It’s likely to support and reaffirm that the green agenda is a political loser. Republicans are licking their lips over the successes that they’ll have, but they need to understand, the nation is not turning Republican, they are rebelling against insanity and a few candidates in the Republican Party carry the popular message for that rebellion. That’s all. To the extent that they grow emboldened to offer their own form of oppression, communist-lite oppression, they are overplaying their hand, which is what politics are made of, the ebb and flow of hubris.

The evil nature of government and those attracted to it are the opponents and only by taking on the administrative state on their own terms will the people succeed.

Do note that last: On our terms. Not the Satanstate’s—OURS, and ours alone. Reject our decades-long acceptance of the grotesque fallacy that we must prove ourselves to be more deserving of victory than them via agreeing to do battle exclusively on their terms—thereby confirming Team Liberty’s status as The Better Men, forever Taking The High Road and treating grunting swine rooting around in their own filth as if they were Our Esteemed Colleagues Across The Aisle and Right Honorable Gentlemen—and start kicking some asses up between some shoulder blades instead, and we just might turn this damned thing around.

As with the police and the military, We The People are under no obligation whatever to obey unlawful edicts. By both word and deed our Ruling Class, their misbegotten, twisted government, and its enabling creatures both high and low have forsaken all and every claim on our loyalty, our cooperation, our allegiance, and our forbearance. Their law is not our law anymore, if it ever truly was, thus is our duty not to respect it, but to undermine it, evade it, and sabotage its agents and works whenever practicable.

Too many of our putative allies tacitly offer the Ruling Class a benefit of the doubt they in no way deserve when they foolishly claim that all the havoc and calamity they wreak must surely be “unintended consequences,” issuing from mere ignorance or stupidity and not perfidy and dishonorable motives. This is purblind delusion of the most damaging sort imaginable, leading those still susceptible to such inane blibbering astray to mire themselves up to the axles in folly and futility. Worse, it also emboldens our Enemy, convincing him that his inapt subterfuges are actually working quite well, and ought to be not just continued but expanded.

Our traitorous would-be lords and masters and their servants, minions, and helpmates are all vermin—craven, treacherous, and conniving. They are both mentally and morally diseased, sick with an ideological affliction which is extremely contagious, one that’s universally fatal if it’s allowed to gain a foothold in the body politic and metastasize without treatment. An aggressive regimen of large doses of high-velocity lead, applied topically to the infected areas, is the only known cure. Thankfully, it works every time it’s tried.

We owe these infernal parasites nothing but our scalding, implacable enmity. To ourselves and our posterity, however, we owe everything: our deathless hatred for all tyrants, our fierce resistance, our unflagging resolve. Most especially, we owe to our posterity a ceaseless quest for vengeance against the pestilential plague-rats who wrested a once great and noble nation from our grasp, only to ruin and humiliate both it and us for no greater purpose than their own fleeting amusement.

With their compliance—their disgraceful cowardice and docility, their bland acceptance of the sibling modern scourges of despotism and raw brigandry, all melding to attain their most exalted expression as High Art during the lockdowns, mandates, and societal persecution of the Covid Infidels—Those Who Are No Longer Our Countrymen in effect chose a side. In the memorable words of the Knight Guardian of the Holy Grail, they chose…poorly. Let them burn in the fires of Righteousness alongside their lords and masters for their error, then.

Wall Street Is Buying Everyone’s Homes and Driving Up Prices

Buying a home — often viewed as a cornerstone of the American dream — is getting harder to afford in the U.S. The reasons why are complex, a perfect storm of rising interest rates and high housing prices have priced many people out of the market.¹ But there are other factors at play, including record-low inventory² and competition from investors, who purchase homes in cash about 75% of the time.³

An influx of investors — including Wall Street — entered the housing market during the pandemic, drawn in by low mortgage rates, easy access to loans and enticing home appreciation.⁴

It’s now clear that not only did investors, including bigwigs like Blackstone and iBuyers — which make instant, cash offers online — dabble in the housing market during the pandemic, but their participation may have been instrumental in driving up prices and making it harder for the average American to achieve homeownership.⁵

Big Investors Doubled Their Share of Home Purchases

Investors range in size from small to large — spanning the space of mom-and-pop shops renting out a couple of vacation rentals to Wall Street giants with hundreds or thousands of units. Most investor home purchases (74%) in September 2021 were made by those with portfolios of less than 100 properties,⁶ but the gap is closing. Mega investors significantly expanded their scope in recent months, such that they’ve had a major impact on the market.

According to Daniel McCue, a senior research associate at the Harvard Joint Center for Housing Studies, “Adding to the pressure on prices, investors moved aggressively into the single-family market over the past year, buying up moderately priced homes either to convert to rental or upgrade for resale.”⁷ In “The State of the Nation’s Housing 2022,” a report by the Joint Center for Housing Studies of Harvard University, it’s further noted:⁸

“CoreLogic reports that the investor share of single-family homes sold in the first quarter of 2022 hit 28 percent, well above the 19 percent share a year earlier and the 16 percent share averaged in 2017–2019. Not surprisingly, investors focused on markets with rapid home price appreciation …”

However, investors with large portfolios are increasingly making their mark. They nearly doubled their share of purchases from September 2020 to September 2021, reducing the supply of available housing — particularly in lower-priced markets — and driving up prices further. According to the report:⁹

“Investors have moved rapidly into the single-family market since the pandemic began … Investors with large portfolios (at least 100 properties) drove much of this growth, nearly doubling their share of investor purchases from 14 percent in September 2020 to 26 percent in September 2021.

By buying up single-family homes, investors have reduced the already limited supply available to potential owner-occupants, particularly first-time and moderate-income buyers. Indeed, investors are more likely to target lower-priced properties.

In September 2021, investors bought 29 percent of the homes sold that were in the bottom third by metro area sales price, compared with 23 percent of homes sold in the top third. Investor-owned homes are typically converted from owner-occupied units to rentals or upgraded for resale at a higher price point.”

Blackstone Back in the Home-Buying Business

Blackstone, a giant private equity firm, is deeply entrenched in U.S. real estate. Blackstone is the largest landlord in the U.S. as well as the largest real estate company worldwide, with a portfolio worth $325 billion.¹⁰ In 2012, Blackstone founded Invitation Homes and spent billions buying foreclosures and distressed properties and turning them into single-family rental properties.

With about 80,000 homes in its portfolio, Invitation Homes has been criticized for evicting tenants, hiking rents, delaying repairs and charging excessive fees.¹¹ At its peak, Blackstone was spending more than $100 million a week buying up properties.¹²

The company went public in 2017, raising more than $1.5 billion from its initial stock sale, but Blackstone sold its remaining shares of the company in 2019, earning about $7 billion.^13,14 It re-entered the market during the pandemic, however, with a $300 million minority investment in Tricon Residential, which owns more than 30,000 single family and multifamily rental homes throughout the U.S. and Canada.¹⁵

In June 2021, Blackstone agreed to buy Home Partners of America, a company that rents single-family houses, and its more than 17,000 houses, for $6 billion.¹⁶

BlackRock Threatens Middle-Class Home Ownership

BlackRock, one of the largest asset management firms, is another mega firm buying up U.S. houses; they also control the media and Big Pharma, and have ties to Blackstone. Blackstone’s cofounder, billionaire Steve Schwarzman, said during an interview on Squawk Box that he and BlackRock founder and CEO Larry Fink started in business together.

“We put up the initial capital,” he said. BlackRock used to be called Blackstone Financial, but Fink went off on his own. Schwarzman said, “Larry and I were sitting down and he said, ‘What do you think sort of about having a family name with ‘black’ in it,’”¹⁷ and BlackRock was born.

In the first quarter of 2021, 15% of U.S. homes sold were purchased by corporate investors¹⁸ — competing with middle-class Americans for the homes. There’s really no competition, however, as the average American has virtually no chance of winning a home over an investment firm, which may pay 20% to 50% over asking price,¹⁹ in cash, sometimes scooping up entire neighborhoods at once so they can turn them into rentals.²⁰

“Yield-chasing investors are snapping up single-family homes, competing with ordinary Americans and driving up prices,” The Wall Street Journal warned in a 2021 exposé.²¹ The question is: Why would institutional investors and BlackRock, which manages assets worth $5.7 trillion,²² be interested in overpaying for modest, single-family homes?

To understand the answer, you must look at BlackRock’s partners, which include the World Economic Forum (WEF),²³ and their extreme political and financial clout. In a Twitter thread posted by user Culturalhusbandry, it’s noted:^24,25

“Black Rock, Vanguard, and State Street control 20 trillion dollars worth of assets. Blackrock alone has a 10 billion a year surplus. That means with 5-20% down they can get mortgages on 130-170k homes every year. Or they can outright buy 30k homes per year. Just Blackrock.

… Now imagine every major institute doing this, because they are. It can be such a fast sweeping action that 30yrs may be overshooting it. They may accomplish feudalism in 15 years.”

If the average American is pushed out of the housing market, and most of the available housing is owned by investment groups and corporations, you become beholden to them as your landlord. This fulfills part of the Great Reset’s “new normal” dictum — the part where you will own nothing and be happy. This isn’t a conspiracy theory; it’s part of WEF’s 2030 agenda.²⁶

BlackRock’s Aladdin ‘Owns Everything’

Aladdin, which stands for Asset, Liability, Debt, and Derivative Investment Network, is BlackRock’s technology platform, which controls $21 trillion of the global economy — that’s more than the $20 trillion GDP of the U.S., or the $15 trillion GDP of the E.U.²⁷

To put this into perspective, if you were to collect every last cent from the world’s 7.6 billion people, you would amass about $5 trillion, which is considerably less than the $6.3 trillion in assets BlackRock is managing. As reported by The New Statesman:²⁸

“The total value of assets under management by BlackRock is $6.3 trillion. But Aladdin also delivers risk analysis on the assets managed by its clients, which are valued at more than double that amount.

Overall, Aladdin has an effect on the management of around ten per cent of the world’s financial assets, or around $20 trillion. Over 25 years, it has grown into a system that is directly or indirectly responsible for more than four times the value of all the money in the world.”

This “robot” directs the actions of the U.S. Federal Reserve, nearly every major bank and Wall Street investment fund and more than 17,000 traders. It also controls half of exchange-traded funds (ETFs), 17% of the bond market, 10% of the stock market and carries out 250,000 trades daily.²⁹

Its powerful artificial intelligence and algorithms are so instrumental that Anthony Malloy, CEO of New York Life Investors, which manages $238 billion in assets, told Forbes, “Aladdin is like oxygen. Without it we wouldn’t be able to function.”³⁰ Even when it comes to government regulation, BlackRock is there.

The U.S. government appointed Brian Christopher Deese as the 13th director of the National Economic Council — he previously worked as the global head of sustainable investing at BlackRock. Adewale Adeyemo, a former BlackRock chief of staff, was also appointed as a top official at the Treasury Department.³¹ “This means BlackRock is now the treasury as well as the treasury adviser,” notes futurist and social entrepreneur Roger James Hamilton.³²

Humans Are Free also explained,³³ “Bloomberg calls BlackRock ‘The fourth branch of government,’ because it’s the only private agency that closely works with the central banks. BlackRock lends money to the central bank but it’s also the adviser. It also develops the software the central bank uses.”

In 2019, Blackrock expanded Aladdin’s reach even further by acquiring eFront, a private markets data firm, to gain a “whole portfolio view.”³⁴ This put the private assets that were once a blind spot for Aladdin firmly under its thumb — including data on the global real estate market, data that BlackRock used to buy up single-family homes in the coming years.

“I’m not into conspiracy theories, but even a skeptic with eyes wide open can see the signs. We’re at a point where no one can compete without Aladdin,” Hamilton said, adding:³⁵

“This story is far from over. Aladdin has already reached a tipping point where one robot controls more wealth than any person or country. But as Aladdin’s AI capabilities continue to grow, and with its rate of control rising by another trillion to $2 trillion in new assets every year, it looks inevitable that Wall Street’s secret weapon could end up owning everything, and we end up owning nothing.”

14 Signs That The U.S. Economy Is Poised To Crash Really Hard During The Second Half Of 2022

It looks like we are going to get official confirmation that a recession has already begun when the GDP number for the second quarter comes out later this week.  But that isn’t what we should be focusing on.  Yes, things weren’t great during the first half of 2022, but they are going to be significantly worse during the second half.  Small businesses are starting to fail all over the country, a housing crash of potentially epic proportions has started, layoffs are on the rise from coast to coast and economic activity is really slowing down all around us.  So if you think that things are bad now, just wait, because they will soon be a whole lot more painful.

In recent days we have gotten more new numbers which seem to confirm that a major economic slowdown is upon us.  The following are 14 signs that the U.S. economy is poised to crash really hard during the second half of 2022…

#1 One survey that was just released discovered that 35 percent of all small business owners in the U.S. “could not pay their rent in full or on time in June”.

#2 A different survey found that 51 percent of all small businesses owners in the U.S. believe that rising prices could “force them to close their businesses within the next six months”.

#3 It is being reported that 45 percent of all small businesses in the U.S. have already decided to freeze the hiring of new workers.

#4 Sales of previously owned homes dropped 5.4 percent during the month of June.  That is now the fifth month in a row that we have seen a decline.

#5 In three-fourths of the metro areas that Redfin tracks, at least 25 percent of home sellers reduced their asking price during the month of June.

#6 Blackstone has prepared a war chest of 50 billion dollars so that it can scoop up depressed real estate all over the country after housing prices have crashed in the months ahead.

#7 The number of Americans applying for jobless benefits has risen to the highest level in eight months.

#8 Employment postings for software development jobs have dropped off by more than 12 percent during the past four weeks.

#9 The Conference Board’s index of leading economic indicators has now fallen for four months in a row.

#10 The S&P Global Flash U.S. PMI Composite Output Index just went negative for the very first time since the last recession.

#11 The latest number for the Philadelphia Fed manufacturing index came in at -12.3, and that was much worse than what most experts were anticipating. Any reading below zero indicates contraction, and needless to say this reading was way below zero.

#12 Inflation continues to rage out of control even as economic activity in the U.S. significantly slows down.  If you can believe it, the average price of a used vehicle in the United States has now risen to a whopping $33,341.

#13 The Atlanta Fed is now projecting that U.S. economic growth for the second quarter will come in at -1.6 percent.  If it is ultimately confirmed that the U.S. economy has already been contracting for two quarters in a row, that would mean that we are officially in a recession right now.

#14 Thanks in part to the rapidly tanking economy, Joe Biden’s approval rating has plunged all the way down to 31 percent.

At this point, even the tech giants are extremely concerned about what is coming.

For years, nothing could seem to quash the relentless optimism of the big tech companies, and their stocks soared to absolutely absurd heights.

But now everything has changed as we head into the second half of this year.  The following comes from the Washington Post…

Big Tech is bracing for an economic recession and an uncertain future. That, in turn, is triggering more economic angst.

The biggest tech firms, most of whom report quarterly earnings next week, have offered recent hints they are hunkering down. News of layoffs and hiring slowdowns have become commonplace across Silicon Valley. Start-ups are saying capital is drying up. Workers are being put on notice that businesses are changing.

I don’t remember ever seeing such pessimism from Silicon Valley.

Incredibly, even the Biden administration is admitting that the economy is slowing down, but Janet Yellen insists that what we are witnessing is quite “appropriate” for a “healthy economy”…

Treasury Secretary Janet Yellen acknowledged Sunday that the U.S. is experiencing an economic “slowdown” but downplayed the potential for a recession, arguing that the country is in a period of “transition” following rapid economic growth.

“The economy is slowing down,” Yellen said on NBC News’ “Meet the Press,” adding that a correction is “appropriate” for a healthy economy.

You can believe her if you want.

But she also told us that inflation would be “transitory”, and we can all see how that prediction turned out.

Even though we are still only in the early stages of this new recession, lines are already getting really long at food banks all over the nation.  The cost of living continues to soar to unprecedented heights, and this is hitting the poor harder than anyone.

In the months ahead, we should expect to see a tsunami of layoffs, stunning declines in housing prices, hordes of small businesses going under and a tremendous spike in the number of bankruptcies.

Needless to say, all of this will not be good for the financial markets either.

The stage is clearly set for the sort of historic economic meltdown that I have been warning about for a long time, and the pain that our society will experience will be extremely severe.

I hope that you are using this summer to get prepared for the difficult times that are ahead of us.

The remainder of 2022 is not going to be pleasant, and 2023 is going to be even worse.

As we detailed Friday, unsurprisingly it took no time at all for the federal jury in Washington DC to find the former Trump adviser guilty on two charges of contempt of Congress, after he refused to comply with a subpoena from the House select committee investigating the Jan. 6, 2021 Capitol riot.

In his closing statements, Steve Bannon's attorney, M. Evan Corcoran, suggested that the J6 committee was illegitimate and politically motivated.

It is hard to argue otherwise, when egregious examples abound including President Obama's Attorney General Eric Holder, who like Bannon, ignored a congressional subpoena of documents related to the infamous Fast and Furious scandal.

The DOJ didn't indict Eric Holder when he ignored a congressional subpoena, but did to Steve Bannon. His real crime is that he consistently calls out the globalization that has hollowed out American industry and attacked American culture. Nancy Pelosi is playing with fire here.

As JustTheNews.com's John Solomon reports, it is significant that famed Harvard law professor Alan Dershowitz is predicting that Bannon’s contempt of Congress conviction by a jury will be overturned on constitutional grounds.

Friday’s convictions are “entirely in violation of the Constitution” in part because the jury was comprised of “probably 97 percent Trump haters,” Dershowitz told Newsmax.

”The only provision of the Constitution, which appears basically twice, is trial by jury in and in front of a fair jury,” he explained.

”Number one, he didn’t have a fair jury. Number two, the judge took his defenses away from him,” he added.

As Luis Cornelio writes at ElAmericano.com, there is something unarguably wrong with our Justice Department. It is a shame that it is allowing itself to be used by the partisan hacks of the J6 Committee, despite the committee’s extensive record of violating basic principles of judicial processes.

Noam Chomsky: US Now Under a Totalitarian Culture Much Worse Than Soviet Union

America is now subjected to a culture of totalitarianism worse than the former Soviet Union, according to liberal linguistics professor Noam Chomsky.

Chomsky argued that the U.S. is experiencing a form of information warfare and censorship that’s much more radical and oppressive than what the Soviets inflicted upon their people at the height of the Cold War.

“Take the United States today. It is living under a kind of totalitarian culture which has never existed in my lifetime, and is much worse in many ways than the Soviet Union before Gorbachev,” Chomsky said Friday on “Under the Skin with Russell Brand.”

“Go back to the 1970s, people in Soviet Russia could access BBC, Voice of America, German television if they wanted to find out the news.”

Chomsky went on to argue that the ongoing Ukraine conflict has prompted the Western governments and tech companies to engage in unprecedented censorship, preventing the American people from hearing information from Russia’s point of view.

“If today, in the United States, you want to find out what [Foreign Minister Sergei] Lavrov of Russia is saying, can’t do it. It’s barred. Americans are not permitted to hear what Russians are saying. Can’t get Russian television, can’t access Russian sources,” Chomsky said, adding that also includes “fine American journalists” who happen to do business with Russian media.

“You want to find out what the adversary is saying, which is of the utmost importance, you can maybe tune into Indian state television and find it out, or you can read it on Al-Jazeera,” he said.

“But the United States has imposed constraints on freedom of access to information which are astonishing, which in fact go beyond what was the case in post-Stalin Soviet Russia,” Chomsky added.

Shortly after Russia launched its military operation in Ukraine in February, Big Tech barred Russian state media like RT and Sputnik from disseminating across platforms like Facebook and YouTube in the name of fighting “disinformation.”

Twitter also censored Russia’s Foreign Ministry from appearing in its search results, prompting Russia to call on the social media platform to “revise their policy that limits the audience’s right to access to information and to renounce the use of anti-democratic tools of unfair competition between American mainstream news outlets and alternative media sources.”

Independent journalist Glenn Greenwald noted that defending free speech used to be a “central” virtue of the left before it became radicalized by its “authoritarian wing.”

“This is how the American Left used to think before its authoritarian wing that supports censorship, Big Tech control of political discourse, and the US security state and its various narratives about Russia became dominant,” he wrote on Twitter.

Chomsky, like everyone, has had some bad moments, including his call for the unvaccinated to be housed in camps and his Vote Dem mania.

But he has never wavered an inch in his unyielding defense of free speech and contempt for censorship. That value was once central to leftists.

Naturally, Chomsky was immediately chastised by the left for criticizing U.S. censorship.
